1Effect of Saline-alkali Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Oat显示文摘Neutral black soil was mixed with strong saline-alkali soil in different weight ratios,then physiological indexes during seed germination and seedling growth in soil of different ratios and the corresponding leaching liquor treatments were observed to explore effect of saline-alkali stress on oat seed germination and seedling growth,and analyze tolerance of oat to saline-alkali soil.The results showed that germination ability of oat seeds reduced with the increasing salinealkali stress,salt injury index increased and seedling growth was inhibited.Effect of different saline-alkali stresses on germination ability of oat seeds showed difference,and effect of leaching liquor treatment on oat seed germination was stronger than that of soil treatment.Wang Guijun Wang Lei Meng Xuan Xu Zhenwen 2015Plant Diseases and Pests2015,6,2:6
2性信息素诱杀技术控制烟草斜纹夜蛾研究(英文)显示文摘[目的]推广应用性信息素诱杀技术控制烟草斜纹夜蛾的为害。[方法]按26m×26m(1个/676m2)的密度在田间设置3层斜纹夜蛾性诱剂(诱捕器),进行田间防治试验。[结果]在该密度下,通过性诱剂对雄蛾的诱杀,田间卵量减少了62.16%,虫量与常规防治的对照区相当,控制作用持续、稳定,效果显著。使用面积越大,效果越好。[结论]利用该技术可有效控制烟草斜纹夜蛾,减少农药使用量80%以上,具经济、安全、高效的特点,可将其纳入烟草斜纹夜蛾的防治技术体系之中。杨明文 何元胜 张开梅 彭桂清 王继明 许银莲 2011Plant Diseases and Pests2011,2,4:6

4人参土传病害生防菌株的筛选及抑菌活性研究(英文)显示文摘[目的]筛选获得对人参土传病害具较好防治作用的生防菌株。[方法]采用稀释平板法和平板对峙培养法从患病人参根际土中分离筛选生防菌,并对菌株进行形态学、生理生化特征和16SrDNA鉴定。[结果]以立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、尖镰孢菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和腐皮镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)为指示菌株,从黑龙江铁力农场患病人参根际土中筛选获得2株具较强拮抗作用的生防菌株B59和X1,鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。2株生防菌对8种不同真菌的抑菌率平均达90%以上,初步研究表明B59和X1菌株可分泌抗菌活性物质。[结论]2株生防枯草芽孢杆菌B59和X1菌株对人参土传病原菌具较强的拮抗作用,具有一定的开发应用潜力。于丽萍 姜竹 王玉霞 张云湖 李晶 2011Plant Diseases and Pests2011,2,2:5
5几种植物源农药对两种茶树害虫的防治效果(英文)显示文摘[目的]研究几种植物源农药防治两种茶树害虫的药效。[方法]采用随机区组试验设计,在茶尺蠖低龄幼虫和茶小绿叶蝉高峰期喷施不同浓度的植物源农药,药后1、3、7、10d调查虫口减退率和防治效果。[结果]5%鱼藤酮乳油800倍液防治茶尺蠖速效果最好;0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂800倍液防治茶小绿叶蝉效果最好。0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂、0.2%苦皮藤乳油、0.3%苦参碱水剂和7.5%鱼藤酮乳油均可选择用于防治茶尺蠖;0.5%藜芦碱可溶性液剂、0.2%苦皮藤乳油、0.3%印楝素乳油、0.3%苦参碱水剂和7.5%鱼藤酮乳油均可选择用于防治茶小绿叶蝉,其中0.3%印楝素乳油600倍液防治茶小绿叶蝉的持效性最好,药后7d防效达100%。[结论]研究结果为植物源农药在有机茶园害虫防治中的应用奠定了基础。周顺玉 尹健 马俊义 2011Plant Diseases and Pests2011,2,4:5
6陕西关中地区猕猴桃溃疡病调查及其生物防治研究(英文)显示文摘[目的]掌握陕西关中地区猕猴桃溃疡病发病特点,筛选出对猕猴桃溃疡病有防治作用的植物内生放线菌。[方法]对陕西关中地区(杨陵、周至、眉县)13个村65个猕猴桃园中猕猴桃溃疡病发病特点进行调查分析,同时在242株植物内生放线菌中筛选猕猴桃溃疡病菌拮抗菌株并进行田间病害防治试验。[结果]陕西关中地区猕猴桃溃疡病的平均发病率达7.95%;猕猴桃品种与发病率密切相关。对猕猴桃溃疡菌有抑制活性的菌株有76株,其中35株的发酵液对猕猴桃溃疡菌的抑菌圈直径≥20mm,TIASA5菌株对4种靶标细菌均具有抑制活性,而gCLA4菌株不仅对4种靶标细菌具有抑制活性,还对10种植物病原真菌有较强的抑制活性。田间试验结果表明,gCLA4菌株发酵液对猕猴桃溃疡病具有明显防效,21d的相对防效可达66.7%。[结论]gCLA4菌发酵液的抑菌谱广,gCLA4菌具有开发成为一种广谱农用杀菌剂的潜力。涂璇 申哲 郜佐鹏 康振生 黄丽丽 2011Plant Diseases and Pests2011,2,1:5
7Control Effect of Different Microbial Agents on Tobacco Bacterial Wilt显示文摘[Objectives] The paper was to study effects of different microbial agents on occurrence of tobacco bacterial wilt. [Methods] Antagonistic strains against Ralstonia solanacearum were screened from in situ soil,and prepared into four different combinations. The number of soil microorganisms and incidence of bacterial wilt of four combinations were observed. [Results] The incidence rate of bacterial wilt treated by microbial agent OR-1 was significantly lower than that in control,and the control efficacy against bacterial wilt reached 67%. 8Changes in Antioxidant Enzyme Activities and Malondialdehyde(MDA) Content of Rice with Blast Resistance Induced by Ag-antibiotic 702显示文摘The paper was to explore the effect of rice blast resistance induced by Ag-antibiotic 702 on antioxidant enzyme activities and malondialdehyde( MDA)content. At three-leaf and one-heart stage of Luliangyou 996,15 μg/mL Ag-antibiotic 702 was sprayed,while Validamycin and distilled water were sprayed as positive control and negative control,respectively. The antioxidant enzyme( SOD,POD,PPO,CAT and PAL) activities and malondialdehyde( MDA) content in rice leaves were determined every 24 h within 168 h post spraying. Compared with CK,the MDA content and activities of the five antioxidant enzymes increased in Agantibiotic 702 treatment,Validamycin treatment and M. grisea inoculation treatment. The MDA content and SOD,CAT and POD activities in Ag-antibiotic 702 treatment were significantly higher than those in M. grisea inoculation treatment in early stage,and the APX and LOX activities increased more remarkably and rapidly. The induction effect of Ag-antibiotic 702 could reach or exceed that of Validamycin treatment. Ag-antibiotic 702 enhanced the resistance to rice blast because MDA content and antioxidant enzymes activities were improved in rice leaves. 9Enzyme Inhibition Rate Method for Rapid Detection of Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticides in Cowpea显示文摘[Objectives] The paper was to explore enzyme inhibition rate method for rapid detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in cowpea.[Methods]Acetylcholinesterase( ACh E) was added to cowpea extract,to determine the inhibition rate of extract against enzyme. The influences of different sampling methods and sampling parts on detection results were compared. [Results]The positive rate of standard sampling was 18. 18% higher than that of non-standard sampling,and the positive rate of samples collected from cowpea tail was 16. 67% higher than that collected from other parts. 18Preliminary Investigation on the Main Fungal Diseases of Sugarcane in Guangxi Province of China显示文摘[Objective] The purpose was to understand species and occurrence status of major fugal diseases in sugarcane cultivation areas of Guangxi in China, so as to provide scientific references for integrated control against sugarcane diseases. [Method] Species and occurrence degrees of major fugal diseases in sugarcane cultivation areas of Guangxi were investigated through randomized surveys, farmer interviews, literature references and location investigations from 2009 to 2011. Diseased sugarcane samples were collected and their species were identified through pathogen isolated culture and other relevant methods. [Result] Thirteen species of fungal diseases were identified in the survey, including pineapple disease [Thielaviopsis paradoxa (de Seynes) V. Hohnel], smut(Ustilago scitaminea Sydow), top rot disease (Fusarium moniliforme Sheldon), rust (Puccinia melanocephala H.﹠P. Syd.), leaf scald disease (Stagonospora sacchari Lo et Ling), red rot disease (Colletotrichum falcatum Went), zonate spot disease (Phyllosticta saccharicola P. Henn.), leaf red spot disease [Pellicularia sasakii (Shirai) Ito], white rash disease (Elsinoe sacchari L.), eye spot [Helminthosporium sacchari (Breda de Haan) Butler], yellow spot [Mycovellosiella koepkei (kruger) Deighton], brown stripe [Bipolaris stenospilum (Drechs.) Shoem.]and brown spot (Cercospora longipes Butler). Smut, rust, top rot, and pineapple disease were the most rampantly detrimental to quality and yield of sugarcane. 19Generation and Analysis of Pathogenicity-related Gene Mutants of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Using a Novel Promoter Trapping System显示文摘Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation(ATMT) is an efficient tool for insertional mutagenesis and is used in a wide variety of plants. This paper reports a promoter trapping method to generate mutants in the filamentous fungus,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,by ATMT insertion of a trapping vector(pCAHPH) that carries a promoterless hygromycin phosphotransferase(hph) gene. Transformants were selected on the media containing 200 μg/mL hygromycin B,and screened for pathogenicity-related gene mutants. Their pathogenicity-related mutants T-DNA flanking sequences were then cloned and analyzed. Hph genes were amplified from mutant genomic DNA but not from wild-type DNA,indicating that the phenotypic alternations of these mutants were the results of T-DNA insertion. T-DNA flanking sequences were obtained using modified thermal asymmetric interlaced PCR. 20Control Efficacy of 45% Propamocarb·Denamidone SC against Potato Late Blight显示文摘The effects of different doses of 45% propamocarb·fenamidone SC on potato late blight were studied in the paper. The results showed that the overall control effect of 45% propamocarb·fenamidone SC against potato late blight on the 14 th day after the third spraying were 67. 64%- 83. 78%. The yield of potato reached 19 972. 5- 23 302. 5 kg / hm2,with higher marketable tuber rate and lower rotten tuber rate. With the increase in fungicide dose,the difference in control effect against late blight was significant,but the yield-increasing effect on potatoes was not significant.
