| 1 | 种植密度对玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆光合、产量及茎秆抗倒的影响显示文摘【目的】阐明玉米-大豆带状间作下大豆植株冠层在不同种植密度下的光环境变化规律,明确种植密度对间作大豆叶片光合特性、产量形成及茎秆抗倒的影响,为构建寡日照地区间作大豆合理群体密度提供理论参考。【方法】本研究以大豆(川豆-16)和玉米(正红-505)为试验材料。采用双因素随机区组设计,主因素为种植方式,设玉米-大豆带状间作和大豆带状单作2个水平,副因素为大豆的3个种植密度(PD1=17株/m^(2),PD2=20株/m^(2),PD3=25株/m^(2)),研究种植密度对间作大豆冠层内部光环境变化、叶片光合特性、植株生长动态、田间倒伏率及产量构成等的影响。【结果】2年结果表明,在玉米-大豆带状间作系统中,大豆生长中后期受高位作物玉米遮荫和自荫性增加的影响,其植株群体冠层内部的光合有效辐射(PAR)、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶片光合能力、分枝数及产量显著降低,但受玉米影响的程度因大豆种植密度的不同而不同。在间作模式下,PD1和PD2处理的大豆植株群体冠层光合有效辐射比PD3处理分别增加了45.4%和24.8%,净光合速率分别增加了46.1%和12.3%,单株有效荚数分别增加了53.2%和27.2%,单株分枝数分别增加了270.4%和140.9%,田间倒伏率分别降低了50.3%和19.3%。相关性分析发现,间作大豆的田间倒伏率与冠层内部光合有效辐射、叶片净光合速率、茎秆抗折力、茎叶干物质比、单株分枝数及单株有效荚数呈显著负相关,与株高、叶面积指数和单株无效荚数呈显著正相关。【结论】在玉米-大豆带状间作模式下,20株/m^(2)的大豆密度(PD2)有利于创造良好的群体冠层内部光环境,降低植株田间大豆倒伏率,增加光合产物积累,从而提高大豆产量。 | 程彬 刘卫国 王莉 许梅 覃思思 卢俊吉 高阳 李淑贤 Ali RAZA 张熠 Irshan AHMAD 敬树忠 刘然金 杨文钰 | 2021 | 中国农业科学2021,54,19: | 42 |
| 2 | 高原土著动物适应性进化的研究进展显示文摘青藏高原是世界上海拔最高、面积最大、地形最为复杂的地理单元,其独特的地形地貌造就了极端的环境气候特征--高寒、低氧、强紫外线辐射等。历经数百万年,高原土著动物在长期的适应性进化过程中形成了独特的低氧适应策略。经过长期的自然选择和进化,高原土著动物不仅在生理、生化、形态学及行为上获得稳定的高原低氧适应能力,并在细胞和分子水平形成了一系列独特的调节机制。近一个世纪以来,高原动物适应性进化的研究主要集中在生理形态方面,近期随着基因组数据的不断更新,利用分子技术探索高原动物适应性进化已成为研究热点,但全面解析高原动物为何能够良好的适应高原极端环境的分子机制亟待进一步研究。因此,今后的研究可结合已报道的相关表型和基因型数据,全面、系统地解析高原动物适应性进化的分子机制和遗传原理,为培育耐低温、低氧及强紫外辐射的动物新品种提供理论和技术依据,也为临床预防和治疗高原性疾病提供新思路。为此,本文以青藏高原特有的低氧、低温和强紫外辐射为线索,并结合相关微生物的研究成果,综述了近几十年关于高原土著动物适应性进化的研究进展。 | 张剑搏 丁学智 Anum Ali Ahmad 李晨 梁泽毅 杜梅 阎萍 | 2019 | 畜牧兽医学报2019,50,9: | 29 |

| 4 | Crosstalk of liver immune cells and cell death mechanisms in different murine models of liver injury and its clinical relevance显示文摘BACKGROUND: Liver inflammation or hepatitis is a result of pluripotent interactions of cell death molecules, cytokines, chemokines and the resident immune cells collectively called as microenvironment. The interplay of these inflammatory mediators and switching of immune responses during hepatotoxic, viral, drug-induced and immune cell-mediated hepatitis decide the fate of liver pathology. The present review aimed to describe the mechanisms of liver injury, its relevance to human liver pathology and insights for the future therapeutic interventions.DATA SOURCES: The data of mouse hepatic models and relevant human liver diseases presented in this review are systematically collected from Pub Med, Science Direct and the Web of Science databases published in English. RESULTS: The hepatotoxic liver injury in mice induced by the metabolites of CCl4, acetaminophen or alcohol represent necrotic cell death with activation of cytochrome pathway, formation of reactive oxygen species(ROS) and mitochondrial damage. The Fas or TNF-α induced apoptotic liver injury was dependent on activation of caspases, release of cytochrome c and apoptosome formation. The Con A-hepatitis demonstrated the involvement of TRAIL-dependent necrotic/necroptotic cell death with activation of RIPK1/3. The α-Gal Cer-induced liver injury was mediated by TNF-α. The LPS-induced hepatitis involved TNF-α, Fas/Fas L, and perforin/granzyme cell death pathways. The MHV3 or Poly(I:C) induced liver injury was mediated by natural killer cells and TNF-α signaling. The necrotic ischemia-reperfusion liver injury was mediated byhypoxia, ROS, and pro-inflammatory cytokines; however, necroptotic cell death was found in partial hepatectomy. The crucial role of immune cells and cell death mediators in viral hepatitis(HBV, HCV), drug-induced liver injury, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and alcoholic liver disease in human were discussed.CONCLUSIONS: The mouse animal models of hepatitis provide a parallel approach for the study of human liver pathology. | 6 | Effect of Salicylic Acid on Salinity-induced Changes in Brassica juncea显示文摘Seeds of Indian mustard (Brassica juncea (L.) Czern. et Coss.) were exposed to 0, 50, 100 and 150 mmol/L NaCl for 8 h and seeds were sown in an earthen pot. These stressed seedlings were subsequently sprayed with 10 μmol/L salicylic acid (SA) at 30 d and were sampled at 60 d to assess the changes in growth, photosynthesis and antioxidant enzymes. The seedlings raised from the seeds treated with NaCl had significantly reduced growth and the activities of carbonic anhydrase, nitrate reductase and photosynthesis, and the decrease was proportional to the increase in NaCl concentration. However, the antioxidant enzymes (catalase, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase) and proline content was enhanced in response to NaCl and/or SA treatment, where their interaction had an additive effect. Moreover, the toxic effects generated by the lower concentration of NaCl (50 mmol/L) were completely overcome by the application of SA. | 7 | Histological and biochemical alterations in early-stage lobar ischemia-reperfusion in rat liver显示文摘AIM:To investigate the structural and biochemical changes in the early stage of reperfusion in the rat livers exposed to lobar ischemia-reperfusion (IR).METHODS: The median and left lobes of the liver were subjected to 60 min ischemia followed by 5, 10, 30, 45, 60 and 120 min reperfusion. Blood samples were taken at different time intervals to test enzyme activities and biochemical alterations induced by reperfusion. At the end of each reperfusion period, the animals were killed by euthanasia and tissue samples were taken for histological examination and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Cell vacuolation, bleb formation and focal hepatitis were the most important changes occur during ischemia. While some changes including bleb formation were removed during reperfusion, other alterations including portal hepatitis, inflammation and the induction of apoptosis were seen during this stage. The occurrence of apoptosis, as demonstrated by apoptotic cells and bodies, was the most important histological change during reperfusion. The severity of apoptosis was dependent on the time of reperfusion, and by increasing the time of reperfusion,the numbers of apoptotic bodies was significantly enhanced. | 10 | Predictors of long term survival after hepatic resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma:A retrospective study of 5-year survivors显示文摘AIM:To determine predictors of long term survival after resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HC) by comparing patients surviving > 5 years with those who survived < 5 years.METHODS:This is a retrospective study of patients with pathologically proven HC who underwent surgical resection at the Gastroenterology Surgical Center,Mansoura University,Egypt between January 2002 and April 2013.All data of the patients were collected from the medical records.patients were divided into two groups according to their survival:patients surviving less than 5 years and those who survived > 5 years.RESULTS:There were 34(14%) long term survivors(5 year survivors) among the 243 patients.Fiveyear survivors were younger at diagnosis than those surviving less than 5 years(mean age,50.47 ± 4.45 vs 54.59 ± 4.98,p = 0.001).Gender,clinical presentation,preoperative drainage,preoperative serum bilirubin,albumin and serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase were similar between the two groups.The level of CA 19-9 was significantly higher in patients surviving < 5 years(395.71 ± 31.43 vs 254.06 ± 42.19,p = 0.0001).Univariate analysis demonstrated nine variables to be significantly associated with survival > 5 year,includingyoung age(p = 0.001),serum CA19-9(p = 0.0001),non-cirrhotic liver(p = 0.02),major hepatic resection(p = 0.001),caudate lobe resection(p = 0.006),well differentiated tumour(p = 0.03),lymph node status(0.008),R0 resection margin(p = 0.0001) and early postoperative liver cell failure(p = 0.02).CONCLUSION:Liver status,resection of caudate lobe,lymph node status,R0 resection and CA19-9 were demonstrated to be independent risk factors for long term survival. | Mohamed Abd El Wahab Ayman El Nakeeb Ehab El Hanafy Ahmad M Sultan Ahmed Elghawalby Waleed Askr Mahmoud Ali Mohamed Abd El Gawad Tarek Salah | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2016,8,6: | 10 |
| 11 | Catalytic evaluation of promoted CeO_2-ZrO_2 by transition, alkali, and alkaline-earth metal oxides for diesel soot oxidation显示文摘Series of mixed metal oxides were synthesized by gel-combustion method and their catalytic activities for soot oxidation were investigated. The catalysts were M-Ce-Zr(M = Mn, Cu, Fe, K, Ba, Sr), and xK-20Mn-Ce-Zr(x = 0, 5, 10, 20), they were characterized by XRD, SEM, TPR and BET surface area techniques. The results of soot temperature programmed oxidation(TPO) in an O2 oxidizing atmosphere indicate that K-Ce-Zr has the highest catalytic activity for soot oxidation under loose contact condition, due to enhancement of the soot and catalyst contacts. On the other hand, under a tight contact condition, Mn-Ce-Zr and Cu-Ce-Zr nano-composites have high activities for soot oxidation and lower the soot TPO peak temperatures by about 280 and 270℃, respectively, as compared to non-catalytic soot oxidation. | 14 | Bulk and bubble-scale experimental studies of influence of nanoparticles on foam stability显示文摘Influence of silicon oxide(SiO_2) and aluminum oxide(Al_2O_3) nanoparticles on the stability of nanoparticles and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) mixed solution foams was studied at bulk and bubble-scale. Foam apparent viscosity was also determined in Hele-Shaw cell In order to investigate the foam performance at static and dynamic conditions. Results show that the maximum adsorption of surfactant on the nanoparticles occurs at 3 wt% surfactant concentration. Foam stability increases while the foamability decreases with the increasing nanoparticle concentration. However, optimum nanoparticle concentration corresponding to maximum foam stability was obtained at 1.0 wt% nanoparticle concentration for the hydrophilic SiO_2/SDS and Al_2O_3/SDS foams. Foam performance was enhanced with increasing nanoparticles hydrophobicity. Air-foams were generally more stable than CO_2 foams.Foam apparent viscosity increased in the presence of nanoparticles from 20.34 mPa·s to 84.84 mPa·s while the film thickness increased from 27.5 μm to 136 μm. This study suggests that the static and dynamic stability of conventional foams could be improved with addition of appropriate concentration of nanoparticles into the surfactant solution. The nanoparticles improve foam stability by their adsorption and aggregation at the foam lamellae to increase film thickness and dilational viscoelasticity. | 15 | Statistical approach to determination of overhaul and maintenance cost of loading equipment in surface mining显示文摘The purpose of this research was to develop a new approach in determination of overhaul and maintenance cost of loading equipment in surface mining. Two statistical models including univariate exponential regression (UER) and multivariate linear regression (MLR) were used in this study. Loading equipment parameters such as bucket capacity, machine weight, engine power, boom length, digging depth, and dumping height were considered as variables. The results obtained by models and mean absolute error rate indicate that these models can be applied as the useful tool in determination of overhaul and maintenance cost of loading equipment. | 16 | Effects of uniconazole with or without micronutrient on the lignin biosynthesis,lodging resistance,and winter wheat production in semiarid regions显示文摘Lodging stress results in grain yield and quality reduction in wheat. Uniconazole, a potential plant growth regulator significantly enhances lignin biosynthesis and thus provides mechanical strength to plants in order to cope with lodging stress. A field study was conducted during the 2015–2016 and 2016–2017 growing seasons, to investigate the effects of uniconazole sole application or with micronutrient on the lignin biosynthesis, lodging resistance, and production of winter wheat. In the first experiment, uniconazole at concentrations of 0(CK), 15(US1), 30(US2), and 45(US3) mg L^-1 was applied as sole seed soaking, while in the second experiment with manganese(Mn) at concentration of 0.06 g L^-1 Mn, 0.06 g L^-1 Mn+ 15 mg L^-1 uniconazole(UMS1), 0.06 g L^-1 Mn+30 mg L^-1 uniconazole(UMS2), and 0.06 g L^-1 Mn+45 mg L^-1 uniconazole(UMS3), respectively. Uniconazole sole application or with micronutrient significantly increased the lignin content by improving the lignin-related enzyme activities of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase, tyrosine ammonialyase, and peroxidase, ameliorating basal internode characteristics, and breaking strength. The spike length, spike diameter, spikes/plant, weight/spike, yield/spike, and grain yield increased and then decreased with uniconazole application at a higher concentration, where their maximum values were recorded with UMS2 and US2 treatments. The lignin accumulation was positively correlated with lignin-related enzyme activities and breaking strength while, negatively correlated with lodging rate. | 18 | PI3K signaling pathway targeting by using different molecular approaches to treat cancer显示文摘Recent evidence of research has been proposed that the phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K) pathway is noticeable target for searching novel anticancer agents. The phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K) is accountable for harmonizing a diverse range of cell functions, such as transcription, proliferation, cell survival, cell growth, degranulation, vesicular trafficking and cell migration, which are mostly involved in carcinogenesis. Particularly, PI3K-mediated signaling molecules and its effects on gene expression contribute to tumorigenesis. PI3Ks generally are grouped into three distinct classes: Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ according to their structure and function. The class IA of PI3K includes an alpha, beta or delta p110 catalytic subunit(p110α, p110β, or p110γ), which are associated with the activation of RTKs. Mutations in PIK3CA, the gene encoding the p110α catalytic subunit of PI3K, have just been recognized as novel mechanisms of inducing oncogenic PI3K signaling. Therefore, the class IA PI3K is the only one of most evidently implicated in cancer. The PI3K pathway is mostly mutated in more cancer patients compared with normal person, making it an eyecatching molecular target for analyses based on inhibitor molecule. In this article, we highlighted the signaling effects and regulation pathway of PI3K involved in the development and survival of tumor cells. | 20 | Diet high in fructose leads to an overexpression of lipocalin-2 in rat fatty liver显示文摘AIM:To explore lipocalin-2(LCN-2)expression and its possible role and mechanism(s)of production in rat models of diet-inducible fatty liver.METHODS:Fatty liver was triggered in male SpragueDawley rats fed either with liquid Lieber-DeCarli(LDC)or LDC+70%cal fructose(L-HFr)diet for 4 or 8 wk.Chow-nourished animals served as controls.Hepatic expression of LCN-2 and other metabolic and inflammatory mediators was assessed by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting.Serum LCN-2,fasting leptin,and lipid profile were evaluated via Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay,Radioimmunoassay,and colorimetric assays,respectively.The localization of LCN-2 in the liver was detected by using immunofluorescence staining.Furthermore,HE stain was used to evaluate hepatic fatdegeneration and inflammation.RESULTS:Both LDC-fed and L-HFr-fed rat histologically featured fatty liver.In the liver,mRNA transcriptions of Mcp-1,a2-m,Il-8 and Glut5 were increased in the L-HFr group at both time points(P<0.001),while the transcription of Tlr4,Inos,and Tnf-a was significantly up-regulated at week 4.Interestingly,hepatic Lcn-2 expression was 90-fold at week 4 and 507-fold at week 8 higher in L-HFr-subjected rats vs control(P<0.001).In contrast to HDL-cholesterol,systemic levels of LCN-2,fasting leptin and triglycerides were elevated in the L-HFr regimen(P<0.001).Moreover,protein expression of hepatic LCN-2,CD14,phosphoMAPK,caspase-9,cytochrome c and 4-hydroxynonenal was increased in the L-HFr group.Conversely,the hepatic expression of PGC-1a(a mitochondrial-biogenic protein)was reduced in the L-HFr category at week 8.The localization of LCN-2 in the liver was predominantly restricted to MPO+granulocytes.CONCLUSION:Fructose diet up-regulates hepatic LCN-2 expression,which correlates with the increased indicators of oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction.The LCN-2 may be involved in liver protection. | Salamah Mohammad Alwahsh Min Xu Hatice Ali Seyhan Shakil Ahmad Sabine Mihm Giuliano Ramadori Frank Christian Schultze | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,7: | 7 |
