| 1 | 口服消炎痛和布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭的比较显示文摘目的静脉注射消炎痛是早产儿动脉导管未闭的常规治疗方法,但治疗过程中常出现一些副作用,如少尿、消化道出血、脑血流灌注减少。近年来,静脉注射布洛芬已用于治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭。布洛芬治疗不会减少脑血流灌注,也不会影响胃肠道和肾脏的血流动力学。伊朗目前尚无消炎痛和布洛芬的静脉制剂供应。该研究旨在比较这两种药的口服制剂治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭的疗效和安全性。方法36例胎龄小于34周经超声心动图确诊患有动脉导管未闭的早产儿被随机分为两组,每组18人。一组给予消炎痛口服,每次0.2mg/kg,24h给药1次,共3次。另一组给予布洛芬口服,共3次,间隔时间为24h,首剂为10mg/kg,随后两次各5mg/kg。用药后观察导管闭合率、副作用、并发症及临床过程。结果用药后布洛芬组18例患儿动脉导管都闭合(100%),而消炎痛组18例中有15例患儿动脉导管闭合(83.3%)(P〉0.05)。两组疗效差异统计学无显著性意义。治疗前后两组的血清尿素氮和肌酐含量差异也无显著性意义。消炎痛组发生了3例(16.6%)坏死性小肠结肠炎,布洛芬组则无,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。治疗1个月后两组成活率均为94%(17/18)。消炎痛组1例死于坏死性小肠结肠炎,布洛芬组1例死于败血症。结论口服布洛芬治疗早产儿动脉导管未闭和口服消炎痛治疗一样有效,而且坏死性小肠结肠炎的发生率较口服消炎痛治疗低。 | Saed Hossein FAKHRAEE Zohreh BADIEE Saied MOJTAHEDZADEH Mohammad KAZEMIAN Roya KELISHADI Shahid Beheshti | 2007 | 中国当代儿科杂志2007，9，5： | 11 |
| 2 | Hepatitis B virus genotypes in southwest Iran: Molecular, serological and clinical outcomes显示文摘AIM: To investigate the associations of hepatitis B virus (HBV) genotype with HBeAg and anti-HBe status, alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels and HBV-DNA detection in different groups of HBV-infected patients in southwest Iran. METHODS: A total of 89 HBsAg-positive serum samples were collected from the same number of patients. All sera were then investigated to determine HBV DNA and serological markers. For all the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-positive samples, biochemical, histopathological assays and genotyping were also performed. RESULTS: Genotype D was the only type of HBV foundin different clinical forms of acute and chronic infections. There was a high prevalence of HBeAg-negative HBV- infected patients with chronic hepatitis (52.7%). Out of 55 patients with chronic hepatitis, seven (12.7%) were diagnosed with cirrhosis. A significant association between the presence of anti-HBe antibody and an increase in ALT level, among either HBeAg-negative (P = 0.01) or HBeAg-positive (P = 0.026) patients, was demonstrated. No significant differences were observed between the clinical outcomes of HBeAg-positive and -negative individuals (P = 0.24). CONCLUSION: Genotype D has been recognized as the only type of HBV found in different clinical forms of HBV infections, including cirrhosis, among the residents of southwest Iran. | 3 | Effectiveness of two conventional methods for seismic retrofit of steel and RC moment resisting frames based on damage control criteria显示文摘This study investigates the efficiency of two types of rehabilitation methods based on economic justification that can lead to logical decision making between the retrofitting schemes. Among various rehabilitation methods, concentric chevron bracing(CCB) and cylindrical friction damper(CFD) were selected. The performance assessment procedure of the frames is divided into two distinct phases. First, the limit state probabilities of the structures before and after rehabilitation are investigated. In the second phase, the seismic risk of structures in terms of life safety and financial losses(decision variables) using the recently published FEMA P58 methodology is evaluated. The results show that the proposed retrofitting methods improve the serviceability and life safety performance levels of steel and RC structures at different rates when subjected to earthquake loads. Moreover, these procedures reveal that financial losses are greatly decreased, and were more tangible by the application of CFD rather than using CCB. Although using both retrofitting methods reduced damage state probabilities, incorporation of a site-specific seismic hazard curve to evaluate mean annual occurrence frequency at the collapse prevention limit state caused unexpected results to be obtained. | 4 | Spectral-spatial Classification of Hyperspectral Images Using Signal Subspace Identification and Edge-preserving Filter显示文摘Hyperspectral images in remote sensing include hundreds of spectral bands that provide valuable information for accurately identify objects.In this paper,a new method of classifying hyperspectral images using spectral spatial information has been presented.Here,using the hyperspectral signal subspace identification(HYSIME)method which estimates the signal and noise correlation matrix and selects a subset of eigenvalues for the best representation of the signal subspace in order to minimize the mean square error,subsets from the main sample space have been extracted.After subspace extraction with the help of the HYSIME method,the edge-preserving filtering(EPF),and classification of the hyperspectral subspace using a support vector machine(SVM),results were then merged into the decision-making level using majority rule to create the spectral-spatial classifier.The simulation results showed that the spectral-spatial classifier presented leads to significant improvement in the accuracy and validity of the classification of Indiana,Pavia and Salinas hyperspectral images,such that it can classify these images with 98.79%,98.88% and 97.31% accuracy,respectively. | Negin Alborzi Fereshteh Poorahangaryan Homayoun Beheshti | 2020 | International Journal of Automation and computing2020，17，2： | 3 |
