1掺镱铋酸盐玻璃近红外发光的温度特性显示文摘研究了组分为55Bi2O3-25B2O3-10SiO2-(10-x)Ga2O3-xYb2O3(x=0.5,2.0,5.0)掺镱铋酸盐玻璃在1μm近红外波段发光的温度特性。测定了9K低温到350K高温条件下975nm和1003nm主次荧光峰,它们的半峰全宽基本没有大的变化,表明铋酸盐玻璃基质对镱离子的非均匀加宽是谱线加宽的主要原因。另外,电子-声子耦合对镱离子荧光光谱和荧光寿命也有一定程度的影响。对于荧光寿命的温度特性,本身具有较大荧光俘获效应的镱离子的寿命受到明显影响,其中在高温区的影响比在低温区的更强。程继萌 李韦韦 赵国营 李顺光 陈伟 胡丽丽 Georges Boulon 2013中国激光2013,40,10:3
2Yb^(3+)掺杂铋酸盐玻璃的发光特性显示文摘研究了Yb^(3+)掺杂铋酸盐玻璃的发光特性参数,讨论了Yb^(2+)、Bi^(3+)等缺陷淬灭中心与Yb^(3+)之间的能量转移。对于已优化的基质组成,在荧光寿命没有大幅下降的前提下,玻璃中Yb^(3+)近红外波段的发射截面明显增大,吸收截面减小,激光增益能力和饱和抽运强度均得到提高。采用有效的除羟基工艺,玻璃中不会产生比磷酸盐玻璃中更为严重的Yb^(3+)发光淬灭效应,但铋酸盐玻璃中还可能存在Yb^(2+)、Bi^(3+)等价态不稳定的缺陷淬灭中心。汪韬 范慧艳 赵国营 程继萌 陈伟 胡丽丽 Guzik Malgorzata Boulon Georges 2017中国激光2017,44,9:2
