| 1 | 稀土离子(Ce^(3+),Tb^(3+),Pr^(3+))掺杂重金属锗酸盐玻璃的光谱透过及抗辐射性能显示文摘从新型抗辐射闪烁体材料的应用背景出发 ,对某些稀土离子掺杂重金属锗酸盐玻璃进行了紫外与可见光谱区的透过性能及抗辐射性能的表征 ,重点讨论玻璃基质组成与短波截止波长之间的关系以及一些元素对玻璃抗辐射性能的影响。玻璃基质组成涉及GeO2 ,Gd2 O3,BaO ,SnO ,La2 O3,掺杂的稀土元素包括Ce3+ ,Tb3+ ,Pr3+ 。实验结果表明 :这些重金属锗酸盐玻璃的紫外截止波长适中 ( 35 0nm ) ,适于用作掺杂稀土离子的基质材料。Sn2 + 和Ce3+ 使玻璃的紫外截止波长明显红移 ,其原因与特殊的紫外吸收机理有关。在所加入的元素中 ,Sn2 +和稀土离子Ce3+ ,Tb3+ ,Pr3+ 均对玻璃的抗辐射性能有增强作用 ,其中以Ce3+ 抗辐射效应最为明显 。 | 陈国荣 BACCARO S 聂佳相 张永辉 杜永娟 CECILIA A 汪山 | 2003 | 硅酸盐学报2003，31，7： | 16 |
| 2 | Determinants of percutaneous coronary intervention success in repeat chronic total occlusion procedures following an initial failed attempt显示文摘AIM To investigate the rates and determinants of success of repeat percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) following an initial failed attempt at recanalising the chronic total occlusions(CTO) percutaneously.METHODS In 445 consecutive first attempt CTO-PCI procedures in our institution,procedural failure occurred in 149(33.5%). Sixty-four re-PCI procedures were performed in 58 patients(39%) all had a single CTO. Procedural and outcome data in the re-PCI population was entered into the institutional database. A retrospective analysis of clinical,angiographic and procedural data was performed. RESULTS Procedural success was achieved in 41(64%) procedures. Univariate analysis of clinical and angiographic characteristics showed that re-PCI success was associated with intravascular ultrasound(IVUS) guidance(19.5% vs 0%,P = 0.042),while failure was associated with severecalcification(30.4% vs 9.7%,P = 0.047) and a JCTO score > 3(56.5% vs 17.1% P = 0.003). Following multiple regression analysis the degree of lesion complexity(J-CTO score > 3),IVUS use,involvement of an experienced CTO operator and LAD CTO location were significant predictors of successful re-PCI. Overall the complication rate was low,with the only MACCE two periprocedural MI's neither of which required intervention. CONCLUSION Re-PCI substantially increases the overall success rate of CTO revascularization. | 3 | 基于离子液的超声辅助萃取小蓼叶中的精油及真实溶剂似导体屏蔽模型研究显示文摘Ionic liquids ( ILs) based ultrasonic-assisted extract has been applied for the extraction of essential oil from Persicaria minor leaves. The effects of temperature,sonication time,and particle size of the plant material on the yield of essential oil were investigated. Among the different ILs employed,1-ethyl-3-methyli midazolium acetate was the most effective,providing a 9. 55% yield of the essential oil under optimum conditions( 70 ℃,25 min,IL ∶hexane ratio of 7 ∶10 ( v /v) ,particle size 60-80 mesh) . The performance of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate in the extraction was attributed to its lowviscosity and ability to disintegrate the structural matrix of the plant material. The ability of 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate was also confirmed using the conductor like-screening model for realistic solvents. | 5 | Renal dopaminergic system:Pathophysiological implications and clinical perspectives显示文摘Fluid homeostasis, blood pressure and redox balance in the kidney are regulated by an intricate interaction between local and systemic anti-natriuretic and natriuretic systems. Intrarenal dopamine plays a central role on this interactive network. By activating specific receptors, dopamine promotes sodium excretion and stimulates anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory pathways. Different pathological scenarios where renal sodium excretion is dysregulated, as in nephrotic syndrome, hypertension and renal inflammation, can be associated with impaired action of renal dopamine including alteration in biosynthesis, dopamine receptor expression and signal transduction. Given its properties on the regulation of renal blood flow and sodium excretion, exogenous dopamine has been postulated as a potential therapeutic strategy to prevent renal failure in critically ill patients.
