| 5 | 澳洲淡水龙虾(Cherax quadricarinatus)商业饲料中鸡肉粉替代鱼粉研究显示文摘水产动物红螯螯虾(Cherax quadricarinatus),俗称澳洲淡水龙虾,在热带和亚热带区域养殖发展十分迅速。由于饲料工业处于初级发展期,红螯螯虾营养需求与各种原料消化吸收率数据极其有限,生产饲料一般并未按照螯虾的特殊要求来单独设计配方。考虑到近期鱼粉价格上涨,使用类似鸡肉粉等替代蛋白源显得更为经济。本研究评价螯虾幼虾投喂使用鸡肉粉替代鱼粉的商业饲料生长效果。红螯螯虾幼虾(0.45±0.01) g暂养在户外圆池(容积24 600 L),密度为12.5尾/m2。养殖池水源为水库抽提,养殖期间保持流水。小龙虾投喂6种饲料,蛋白为26%,粗脂肪为7%,每个处理4个重复,在同等环境条件下生长良好。基础饲料中的鱼粉按比例被鸡肉粉替代,鱼粉含量递减为15%、12%、9%、6%、3%和0,而鸡肉粉含量递增为7.8%、10.5%、13.2%、15.8%、18.5%和21.2%,等氮等能饲料。经过56 d养殖试验,小龙虾所有试验组的存活率大于83%,增长11.3 g以上,处理组间没有显著差异。基于以上试验结果,可以得出结论,鸡肉粉适合作为小龙虾饲料中鱼粉的替代物。 | 刘训华 何志刚 Saoud,I P Rodgers,L J Davis,D A | 2019 | 饲料与畜牧2019，0，6： | 2 |
| 6 | Age at diagnosis of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular risk factor profile:A pooled analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes(T2D)in younger adults,an increasingly common public health issue,is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular complications and mortality,which may be due to a more adverse cardiovascular risk profile in individuals diagnosed at a younger age.AIM To investigate the association between age at diagnosis and the cardiovascular risk profile in adults with T2D.METHODS A pooled dataset was used,comprised of data from five previous studies of adults with T2D,including 1409 participants of whom 196 were diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 years.Anthropometric and blood biomarker measurements included body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,body fat percentage,glycaemic control(HbA1c),lipid profile and blood pressure.Univariable and multivariable linear regression models,adjusted for diabetes duration,sex,ethnicity and smoking status,were used to investigate the association between age at diagnosis and each cardiovascular risk factor.RESULTS A higher proportion of participants diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 were female,current smokers and treated with glucose-lowering medications,compared to participants diagnosed later in life.Participants diagnosed with T2D under the age of 40 also had higher body weight,BMI,waist circumference and body fat percentage,in addition to a more adverse lipid profile,compared to participants diagnosed at an older age.Modelling results showed that each one year reduction in age at diagnosis was significantly associated with 0.67 kg higher body weight[95%confidence interval(CI):0.52-0.82 kg],0.18 kg/m^(2) higher BMI(95%CI:0.10-0.25)and 0.32 cm higher waist circumference(95%CI:0.14-0.49),after adjustment for duration of diabetes and other confounders.Younger age at diagnosis was also significantly associated with higher HbA1c,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides.CONCLUSION The diagnosis of T2D earlier in life is associated with a worse cardiovascular risk factor profile,compared to those diagnosed later in life. | Mary M Barker Francesco Zaccardi Emer M Brady Gaurav S Gulsin Andrew P Hall Joseph Henson Zin ZinHtike Kamlesh Khunti Gerald P McCann Emma L Redman David R Webb Emma G Wilmot Tom Yates Jian Yeo Melanie J Davies Jack A Sargeant | 2022 | World Journal of Diabetes2022，13，3： | 2 |
| 7 | Incidental non-benign gallbladder histopathology after cholecystectomy in an United Kingdom population: Need for routine histological analysis?显示文摘AIM To analyse the range of histopathology detected in the largest published United Kingdom series of cholecystectomy specimens and to evaluate the rational for selective histopathological analysis.METHODS Incidental gallbladder malignancy is rare in the United Kingdom with recent literature supporting selective histological assessment of gallbladders after routine cholecystectomy.All cholecystectomy gallbladder specimens examined by the histopathology department at our hospital during a five year period between March 2008 and March 2013 were retrospectively analysed.Further data was collected on all specimens demonstrating carcinoma,dysplasia and polypoid growths.RESULTS The study included 4027 patients.The majority(97%) of specimens exhibited gallstone or cholecystitis related disease.Polyps were demonstrated in 44(1.09%),the majority of which were cholesterol based(41/44).Dysplasia,ranging from low to multifocal high-grade was demonstrated in 55(1.37%).Incidental primary gallbladder adenocarcinoma was detected in 6 specimens(0.15%,5 female and 1 male),and a single gallbladder revealed carcinoma in situ(0.02%).This large single centre study demonstrated a full range of gallbladder disease from cholecystectomy specimens,including more than 1% neoplastic histology and two cases of macroscopically occult gallbladder malignancies.CONCLUSION Routine histological evaluation of all elective and emergency cholecystectomies is justified in a United Kingdom population as selective analysis has potential to miss potentially curable life threatening pathology. | Krashna Patel Khaled Dajani Satheesh Iype Nikolaos A Chatzizacharias Saranya Vickramarajah Susan Davies Rebecca Brais Siong S Liau Simon Harper Asif Jah Raaj K Praseedom Emmanuel L Huguet | 2016 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2016，8，10： | 2 |
