| 1 | 顶空气相色谱法测定小麦中熏蒸剂氰及其代谢物氰化氢的残留量显示文摘采用溶剂顶空毛细管气相色谱-氮磷检测器(NPD)建立了熏蒸剂氰(C2N2)及其代谢物氰化氢(HCN)在小麦中残留的分析方法。在气相与液相体积比(β)为4时,采用GS-Q大孔毛细管色谱柱和进样60μL顶空气体,可提高C2N2和HCN的分离效果和灵敏度。以质量分数为50%的磷酸作溶剂,在25℃下平衡4 h,C2N2和HCN在液相与气相间的分配系数(k)分别为0.44和48.82。平衡温度和基质对C2N2和HCN挥发的影响存在差异,而盐化效应的影响较小。用50%的磷酸提取熏蒸过的小麦72 h,释放至顶空的C2N2和HCN的量最大,用添加标准品的小麦作标准可评价熏蒸小麦中C2N2和HCN的残留量。C2N2和HCN标准曲线的线性范围分别在质量浓度为1.0~500μg/L和1.2~500μg/L之间,相关系数(R2)分别为0.999 7和0.999 8,相对标准偏差分别为4.6%和7.4%,检出限(LOD)分别为0.032和0.145 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)分别为0.107和0.483 mg/kg。方法操作简单、灵敏度高、干扰少,适用于小麦中C2N2和HCN残留量的检测。 | 李保同 曾鑫年 任永林 J M DESMARCHELIER | 2011 | 农药学学报2011，13，6： | 8 |
| 2 | 吹扫捕集气相色谱法分析土壤中熏蒸剂氰与氰化氢残留量显示文摘采用吹扫捕集气相色谱法建立了土壤中熏蒸剂氰和氰化氢的分析方法,对土壤中氰和氰化氢预处理的吹扫温度、吹扫时间和吹扫载气(N2)流速进行了优化。最佳吹扫参数为:以10%H2SO4溶液作溶剂、吹扫温度80℃、吹扫时间60 min和吹扫载气(N2)流速40 mL.min-1。氰和氰化氢在0.2~10 mg.L-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)分别为0.999 1和0.998 3。在优化条件下,土壤中氰和氰化氢的平均回收率分别为95%和96%,相对标准偏差分别为3.6%和5.2%,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.012、0.021 mg.kg-1,定量下限(S/N=10)分别为0.040、0.070 mg.kg-1。用100 mg.kg-1氰熏蒸土壤48 h,氰及其降解产物氰化氢在土壤中的残留量分别为0.32 mg.kg-1和5.68 mg.kg-1。该方法简便快速,精密度与准确度均符合要求,适用于土壤中氰和氰化氢残留量的检测。 | 李保同 曾鑫年 任永林 DESMARCHELIER J M | 2012 | 分析测试学报2012，31，2： | 5 |
| 3 | 顶空色谱法测定土壤中氰和氰化氢残留量显示文摘氰(C2N2)是一种具有替代溴甲烷潜力的新熏蒸剂,建立土壤中C2N2及其降解产物氰化氢(HCN)的标准检测方法具有较重要的意义。本文采用溶剂顶空毛细管气相色谱-氮磷检测器(NPD)建立了熏蒸剂C2N2和HCN在土壤中的分析方法,优化了土壤中C2N2和HCN预处理的顶空参数,并通过了方法的精密度、检出限和定量限等质量控制参数的验证实验。结果表明,用30%H2SO4溶液作提取溶剂、顶空平衡温度50℃和顶空平衡时间0.5 h为最佳的顶空方法参数;在0.1~10 mg kg-1的质量浓度范围内,C2N2和HCN的浓度与色谱峰面积线性相关系数均大于0.99。采用该方法测定土壤中C2N2和HCN的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.58%和6.32%(n=5),检出限(LOD)分别为0.016 mg kg-1和0.028 mg kg-1(S/N=3),定量限(LOQ)分别为0.053 mg kg-1和0.093 mg kg-1(S/N=10)。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、干扰少,适用于土壤中C2N2和HCN残留量的检测。 | 李保同 曾鑫年 任永林 Desmarchelier J M | 2012 | 土壤学报2012，49，6： | 4 |
