| 1 | Radiometric cross-calibration of the CBERS-02 CCD camera with the TERRA MODIS显示文摘For the application of the CCD camera, the most important payload on CBERS-02, the key is to provide long-term stable radiometric calibration coefficients. Although the vicarious calibration had been proved successful, it had its limitations such as test site requirement and unsuitable for historical data. Cross-calibration is one of the alternative methods, but it needs synchro surface spectrum to achieve spectral band matching factors. Our effort is to probe the influences on these factors. Simulations with a lot of surface spectrum showed that the factors changed with the viewing geometry, atmospheric condition and surface targets. However, simulating with the same viewing geometry and atmospheric condition, the spectral band matching factors of the same or similar surface targets’ spectrum acquired from different dates and different places would like to be consistent to each other within 1%―5%. Thus, the synchro measurement data can be substituted by the same or similar target from other source. Based on this method, using the MODIS as the reference, the cross-calibration was performed for CCD camera. The research demonstrated that the traditional method with single calibration site was inappropriate for CCD camera, since the offsets for its four spectral bands were not zeros. With four calibration sites, these offsets were obtained. And the camera was detected to degrade with dates based on four times of cross-calibrations. | LI Xiaoying1,2,3, GU Xingfa1,3,4, MIN Xiangjun5, YU Tao1,3, FU Qiaoyan5, ZHANG Yong1,2,3 & LI Xiaowen1,3 1. | 2 | SHRIMP Dating and Recrystallization of Metamorphic Zircons from a Granitic Gneiss in the Sulu UHP Terrane显示文摘An unusual zircon SHRIMP dating result of a granitic gneiss from the Qinglongshan eclogite-gneiss roadcut section is presented in this paper. The very peculiar and complicated internal structures, as well as the very low Th/U ratios (0.01-0.08) of the zircons indicate that they were formed by metamorphic recrystallization. Strongly in contrast with previously published zircon U-Pb ages of the Dabie-Sulu UHP metamorphic rocks where protolith ages of 600-800 Ma are commonly recorded, only metamorphic age of 218+5 Ma, defined by 18 analytical spots either in rim or in core of zircons, are recorded in this granitic gneiss. This age represents the time of the complete metamorphic recrystallization overprint on primary magmatic zircons. The recrystallization was derived by the UHP metamorphism, and was strengthened by the early stage of retrograde metamorphic fluid activity. | LI HongyanInstitute of Mineral Resources, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, Beijing 100037 Geosciences Rennes, Universite de Rennes 1, 35042 Rennes Cedex, France | 2004 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2004,78,1: | 9 |

The subthreshold and high field operations are analysed as a function of device architecture. The special SOI parasitic phenomena, such as the floating body potential and temperature, are critically reviewed. The main limitations of submicron MOSFET are comparatively evaluated for various SOI structures. Short channel and hot carrier effects as well as the reliability of the SOI technology are investigated for gate length down to sub\|0 1 micron. | F.Balestra(Laboratoire de Physique des Composants à Semiconducteurs, (UMR CNRS/INPG) ENSERG,23 Av.des Martyrs,BP 257,30016 Grenoble,France) | 2000 | Journal of Semiconductors2000,21,10: | 7 |
| 5 | Quantum phase transition and entanglement in Li atom system显示文摘By use of the exact diagonalization method, the quantum phase transition and en- tanglement in a 6-Li atom system are studied. It is found that entanglement appears before the quantum phase transition and disappears after it in this exactly solvable quantum system. The present results show that the von Neumann entropy, as a measure of entanglement, may reveal the quantum phase transition in this model. | SI LiMing1 & HOU JiXuan2 1 Department of Electronic Engineering, School of Information Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing 100081, China 2 Laboratoire de Chimie, UMR 5182 CNRS, Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon, 46, Allée d’Italie, F-69364 Lyon Cedex 07, France | 2008 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2008,51,11: | 6 |

| 7 | Absolute radiometric calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal band显示文摘Based on the laboratory calibration before launch of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal infrared channel, the onboard blackbody calibration, the radiometric cross- calibration against TERRA MODIS corresponding channel and the in-flight field calibration at Lake Qinghai: water surface radiometric calibration test site of China on Aug. 17, 2004 are carried out in this research. When making onboard blackbody calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS, it is necessary to understand inside structures and light path in IRMSS camera and receive and process calibration blackbody signals at normal and high temperatures. Onboard blackbody calibration results of each detector are very important to relative radiometric calibration of images processing and absolute radiometric calibration of each detector. In-flight field calibration mainly contains field experiments, obtaining synchronous images, spectrum marching and MODTRAN radiative transmi- ssion computation. Radiometric cross-calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS thermal band against TERRA MODIS selected 6 times synchronous images of two sensors passing through Lake Qinghai and Lake Taihu from August to December, 2004 to compute the cross calibration data. Combining the in-flight field calibration and radiometric cross calibration data, the absolute radiometric calibration coefficients are calculated by the linear regression method. This new calibration model can obviously control the radiometric calibration uncertainties aroused by the single point method used in the in-flight calibration of CBERS-02 IRMSS, this kind of sensors cannot receive the cosmic background radiation. In this research, the radiometric calibration coefficients obtained through the linear regression model are 8.53 (gain, unit: DN/W m?2sr?1μm?1) and 44.92 (offset, unit: DN). | ZHANG Yong1,2,3, GU Xingfa1,3,4, YU Tao1,3, ZHANG Yuxiang5, CHEN Liangfu1,3, LI Xiaoying1,2,3, LI Xiaowen1,3 & HE Liming6 1. | 9 | In flight MTF monitoring and compensation for CCD camera on CBERS-02显示文摘In this article, the approach of simulating ideal tarp scene was proposed to determine the MTF for CCD camera on CBERS-02. The MTF acquired from this technique was compared to those from some common methods. MTFs achieved from different approaches were employed to compensate the CCD images based on three restoration algorithms: the iterative method, the Wiener filter and the modified inverse filter (MIF). The two-dimensional MTF was established with the value at frequency 0.5 for 45° directional MTF as the value at its four corners. This article addressed the variations of the restored CCD images with different techniques of constructing two-dimensional MTF, restoring algorithms and determining the in-flight MTFs. Results showed images restored with the MTF determined from the technique of simulating ideal tarp scene represent the real scene best. And the restoration technique based on the MIF would produce better restored images than the other two techniques. This research also demonstrated that the two-dimensional MTF used for restoration should be interpolated under the control of the MTF for 45° axis, rather than by multiplying the cross-orbit MTF with along-orbit MTF. | GU Xingfa1,2,3, LI Xiaoying1,2,4, MIN Xiangjun5, YU Tao1,2, SUN Jijuan5, ZENG Yong1,2,4, XU Hua1,2 & GUO Ding2,6 1. | 11 | Origin of pit chains in the floor of lunar Copernican craters显示文摘There are small pit chains in the floor of lunar Copernican craters. They are usually so small in scale that there are few lunar spacecrafts to detect their detailed morphology. Combining camera data from Lunar Orbiter, Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), Kaguya and Chang’e-1 missions, 5 representative large Copernican craters on various terrains of the lunar surface are chosen to study the origin of the pit chains in the crater floor. The morphology and distribution characteristic of the pit chains are referred by the high resolution images in this research. It is suggested that it is the magma activities from the subsurface magma layer combining with the existence of fractures and faults under the crater floor that leaded the formation of the pit chains. The model is further verified and discussed using the regolith thickness data in the crater floor. Our model suggests that the pit chains are still developing in the floor of the Copernican craters and the Moon may not be totally cold. Finally, the model limitation and potential future work are discussed based on available data. | XIAO ZhiYong 1* , ZENG ZuoXun 1,2 , XIAO Long 1,2 , FA WenZhe 3 & HUANG Qian 3,4 1 Faculty of Earth Sciences, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan 430074, China 2 Research Center for Space Science and Technology, China University of Geosciences, Wuhan 430074, China 3 Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris, 4 Avenue de Neptune, Saint Maur des Fosse’s, 94100, France 4 Shanghai Astronomical Observatory, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai 200030, China | 2010 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,12: | 4 |
| 12 | Comparative Proteomic Analysis of B. henselae Houston and B. henselae Marseille by Two-dimensional Gel Electrophoresis显示文摘Objective To compare the protein difference between B. henselae Houston and B. henselae Marseille by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Method Protein samples were prepared by vorterx, ultrasonic treatment, and centrifugation. Protein concentrations were determined by Bradford method. Protein difference was compared by the first IEF and the second SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results Protein concentrations in samples of Bartonella henselae Houston and Bartonella henselae Marseille were 2.117 μg/μL and 2.200 μg/μL respectively. Sample protein of 40 μg for IPG strips loading was perfect. The results of 2-DE in pH 4 to 7 IPG strips showed that the total protein spots of Bartonella henselae Houston and Bartonella henselae Marseille were 375 and 379 respectively, 95% of the spots were the same between the two strains of Bartonella henselae. Conclusion The procedure of 2-DE may prove successful for the proteomic analysis of Bartonella henselae. | 16 | Weld Models Incorporating the HAZ Phase Transformation Effects, Comparison between Experimental and Numerical Results显示文摘Numerical simulations of a representative test of welding process are presented in this paper. A French vessel steel, which involves metallurgical phase transformations in solid state is considered in this work. The aim is to validate the thermal-metallurgical-mechanical models taking into account the metallurgical transformations in the finite element codes Sysweld (Framasoft) and Code Aster (EDF). The test is performed on a thin disc submitted to a thermal cycle loading by means of a CO2 laser beam, which leads to metallurgical phase transformations. The thermal, metallurgical and mechanical numerical results have been compared to the experimental results (temperatures, sizes of transformed zones, displacements and residual stresses and strains). The main objective of the numerical analysis is to have some results which enable to give some indications on the ability of the numerical codes to describe the observed phenomena. For that, it is necessary to simulate accurately the thermo-metallurgical history. The comparison of experimental results with the numerical ones leads to some interesting orientations related to the capacities of the considered models to describe the observed phenomena. | V. | 18 | Influence of Coal Nature and Structure on Ash Size Formation Characteristic and Related Pollutant Emissions During CFB Combustion显示文摘The size distribution of coal particles in a Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) boiler plays a crucial role in the complicated combustion, heat exchange and pollutant emissions in such a plat. Therefore, it is fundamental to study the different factors having influence on the size distribution of coal particles. Above all, the coal itself and in particular, the coal combination phenomenon is a very influent factor. In the frame of this work, the coal nature (elementary composition) and coal internal structure (mineral components) are studied in detail. At this intermediary stage, experiments on three typical Chinese coals on a l.5 MWt CFBC pilot plant have been made. Some primary fragmentation tests have also been made in a small lab scale fluidized bed reactor. The results from the hot pilot test show i) the variation of coal ash distributions and other CFB performance data due to the cyclone and the coal characteristics and ii) the variation of desulfurization efficiency with limestone. Whereas the bench scale primary fragmentation test, likely linked to the caking propriety of a coal, does not seem to change considerably the char size distribution. | Min QIAN Arnaud BOELLE Philippe JAUD ( Electricite de France Division R&D, 6 quai Watier B.P.49 78401 Chatou, France ) Yongjie NA Qinggang LU Shaolin BAO ding CUI Weihong JIAO Huanming ZHAO (Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academ | 2000 | Journal of Thermal Science2000,9,3: | 2 |

The Taylor-Grtler vortex is detected by longitudinal average of velocity fluctuation in the channel and defined as TG fluctuation. It has been found that turbulent diffusion is significant in the Reynolds stress transportation at the suction side of rotating turbulent channel in contrast with the turbulent channel flow without rotation and Taylor-Grtler vortex plays an important role in the turbulent diffusion in Reynolds stress transport. The paper focuses on the low and moderate rotation number, but the effect of the rotation number on the Reynolds stress transport is also reported. | YANG ZiXuan 1 , CUI GuiXiang 1 , XU ChunXiao 1 , SHAO Liang 2 & ZHANG ZhaoShun 1 1 Department of Engineering Mechanics, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China 2 Laboratory of Fluid Mechanics and Acoustics, Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Lyon 69134, France | 2010 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,4: | 1 |
