| 1 | Functional optoacoustic neuro-tomography for scalable whole-brain monitoring of calcium indicators显示文摘Non-invasive observation of spatiotemporal activity of large neural populations distributed over entire brains is a longstanding goal of neuroscience.We developed a volumetric multispectral optoacoustic tomography platform for imaging neural activation deep in scattering brains.It can record 100 volumetric frames per second across scalable fields of view ranging between 50 and 1000 mm^(3) with respective spatial resolution of 35–200μm.Experiments performed in immobilized and freely swimming larvae and in adult zebrafish brains expressing the genetically encoded calcium indicator GCaMP5G demonstrate,for the first time,the fundamental ability to directly track neural dynamics using optoacoustics while overcoming the longstanding penetration barrier of optical imaging in scattering brains.The newly developed platform thus offers unprecedented capabilities for functional whole-brain observations of fast calcium dynamics;in combination with optoacoustics'well-established capacity for resolving vascular hemodynamics,it could open new vistas in the study of neural activity and neurovascular coupling in health and disease. | X Luís Deán-Ben Gali Sela Antonella Lauri Moritz Kneipp Vasilis Ntziachristos Gil G Westmeyer Shy Shoham Daniel Razansky | 2016 | Light(Science & Applications)2016，5，1： | 5 |
| 2 | Preparation of novel methyl methacrylate/fluorinated silsesquioxane copolymer film with low surface energy显示文摘Random copolymers of methyl methacrylate and fluorinated polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(F-POSS) were synthesized and the corresponding thin films were prepared from solvent casting.Their microstructure was confirmed by 1H NMR,elemental analysis and GPC.Separation occurs in the bulk of the film during solvent evaporation which can be evidenced by Transmission Electron Microscopy,TEM,with POSS-rich nanophase sizes from 20 to 50 nm.Nanostructuration is attributed to the self-assembly of F-POSS due to the cluster-cluster interactions resulting from the nature of their ligands,i.e.,cycloaliphatic ligands and perfluorinated chains.Thermogravimetric analysis was used to investigate the thermal degradation temperature.It was shown that when F-POSS content is higher than 2.8 mol%,the incorporation of F-POSS could improve the thermal stability of PMMA significantly.In addition,it was shown that these fluorinated POSS-based copolymer surfaces could reduce the surface energy and could be used to design water-repellant nanocomposite coatings. | GALY Jocelyne GéRARD Jean-Franois | 2010 | Science China Chemistry2010，53，9： | 3 |
