| 1 | Selective laser melting(SLM)of CX stainless steel:Theoretical calculation,process optimization and strengthening mechanism显示文摘In the present work,selective laser melting(SLM)technology was utilized for manufacturing CX stainless steel samples under a series of laser parameters.The effect of laser linear energy density on the microstructure characteristics,phase distribution,crystallographic orientation and mechanical properties of these CX stainless steel samples were investigated theoretically and experimentally via scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).Based on the systematic study,the SLM CX stainless steel sample with best surface roughness(Ra=4.05±1.8μm)and relative density(Rd=99.72%±0.22%)under the optimal linear density(η=245 J/m)can be obtained.SLM CX stainless steel was primarily constituted by a large number of fine martensite(α’phase)structures(i.e.,cell structures,cellular dendrites and blocky grains)and a small quantity of austenite(γphase)structures.The pre ferred crystallographic orientation(i.e.,<111>direction)can be determined in the XZ plane of the SLM CX sample.Furthermore,under the optimal linear energy density,the good combinations with the highest ultimate tensile strength(UTS=1068.0%±5.9%)and the best total elongation(TE=15.70%±0.26%)of the SLM CX sample can be attained.Dislocation strengthening dominates the strengthening mechanism of the SLM CX sample in as-built state. | Dongdong Dong Cheng Chang Hao Wang Xingchen Yan Wenyou Ma Min Liu Sihao Deng Julien Gardan Rodolphe Bolot Hanlin Liao | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,14: | 11 |
| 2 | 激光选区熔化成形nano-WC/CX钢微观组织及机械性能初探显示文摘为进一步提高激光3D打印CX不锈钢材料的机械性能,首先使用静电自组装方法对CX钢粉末表面进行了纳米WC粉末的修饰,之后对经纳米WC表面修饰的CX钢粉末进行了激光选区熔化成形(Selective laser melting,SLM),对比了添加体积分数5%的WC前后的SLM CX钢试样的机械性能.结合金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)等材料表征手段,对SLM nano-WC/CX钢试样的微观组织结构、元素分布及相应机械性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:体积分数为5%的纳米WC的加入,对SLM nano-WC/CX钢的硬度提升有所帮助,使硬度值从352±8.2 HV_(0.2)提升至361±23.5 HV_(0.2);尽管纳米WC的加入使SLM nano-WC/CX钢的延伸率有所降低,但其最大拉伸强度则由1091.4±6.12 MPa提升到了1109.7±15.26 MPa.总之,初步探索可以发现,通过静电自组装方法,在CX钢粉末表面添加适量的纳米WC颗粒可以有效改善SLM CX钢的最终机械性能. | 常成 闫星辰 GARDAN Julien DENG Sihao BOLOT Rodolphe LIAO Hanlin | 2021 | 材料研究与应用2021,15,4: | 10 |

In particular,the heterogenization of decatungstate (W10O4-32),a polyoxometalate with photocatalytic activity in oxidation reactions,has been carried out in polymeric membranes of polyvinylidenefluoride. The polymeric catalytic membranes prepared by phase inversion technique have been successfully applied in the aerobic mineralization of phenol in water,which was used as an example of organic pollutant. In order to evaluate the effect of the polymeric environment on the overall catalyst behavior,we have also heterogenized the decatungstate (opportunely functionalized) in perfluorinated membrane made of Hyflon. The photocatalytic composite membranes are characterized by different and tuneable properties depending on the nature of the polymeric micro-environment,in which the catalyst is confined.
