| 1 | Immunohistochemical analysis of p53,cyclinD1,RB1,c-fos and N-ras gene expression in hepatocellular carcinoma in Iran显示文摘AIM: To study the effect of some genes especially those involved in cell cycle regulation on hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: Paraffin-embedded tissue samples of 25 patients (18 males and 7 females) with hepatocellular carcinoma were collected from 22 pathology centers in Tehran during 2000-2001, and stained using immunohistochemistry method (avidin-biotin-peroxidase) for detection of p53, cyclinD1, RB1, c-fos and N-ras proteins. RESULTS: Six (24%), 5 (20%), 12 (48%) and 2 samples (8%) were positive for p53, cyclinD1, C-fos and N-ras expression, respectively. Twenty-two (88%) samples had alterations in the G1 cell-cycle checkpoint protein expression (RB1 or cyclinD1). P53 positive samples showed a higher (9 times) risk of being positive for RB1 protein than p53 negative samples. Loss of expression of RB1 in association with p53 over-expression was observed in 4 (66.7%) of 6 samples. Loss of expression of RB1 was seen in all cyclinD1 positive, 20 (90.9%) N-ras negative, and 11 (50%) C-fos positive samples, respectively. CyclinD1 positive samples showed a higher (2.85 and 4.75 times) risk of being positive for c-fos and N-ras expression than cyclinD1 negative samples. CONCLUSION: The expression of p53, RB1 and c-fos genes appears to have a key role in the pathogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma in Iran. | 4 | 口腔护理对危重症患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的影响显示文摘目的:本研究的目的是明确口腔护理措施对重症监护室患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:本临床实验纳入2015-2016年间的100名患者,随机分为对照组(接受护士的口腔护理)和干预组(接受研究人员的系统口腔护理)。根据干预组患者的口腔健康状况,按照Beck口腔护理频次评价表(BOAS)确定需要接受口腔护理的频次。每次护理均包括调整气管内套管压力、用牙膏刷牙、使用抗菌药和嘴唇保湿。口腔检查采用BOAS和口腔黏膜菌斑量表评分,肺炎监测采用临床肺部感染评分。结果:第1~5天,两组患者的BOAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3~5天,两组患者的口腔黏膜菌斑评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3天和第5天,对照组肺炎发生率分别为10%(5例)和14%(7例),干预组肺炎发生率分别为4%(2例)和10%(5例),Fisher检验无统计学差异(P=0.538),但与对照组相比,干预组肺炎的发生率降低。结论:与传统的口腔护理措施比较,系统口腔护理虽然没有显著降低危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,但显著改善了其口腔健康状况和口腔黏膜菌斑评分。 | Abdullah Haghighi Vida Shafipour Masoumeh Bagheri-Nesami Afshin Gholipour Baradari Jamshid Yazdani Charati | 2017 | 中国护理管理2017,17,3: | 14 |

| 6 | Challenging loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technique for molecular detection of Toxoplasma gondii显示文摘Objective:To compare analytical sensitivity and specificity of a newly described DNA amplification technique.LAMP and nested PCR assay targeting the RE and Bl genes for the detection of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii) DNA.Methods:The analytical sensitivity of LAMP and ncstcd-PCR was obtained against 10-fold serial dilutions of T.gondii DNA ranging from 1 ng to 0.01 fg.DNA samples of other parasites and human chromosomal DNA were used to determine the specificity of molecular assays.Results:After testing LAMP and nesled-PCR in duplicate,the detection limit of RE-LAMP.B1-LAMP,RE-nested PCR and B1-nested PCR assays was one fg.100 fg,1 pg and 10 pg of T.gondii DNA respectively.All the LAMP assays and nested PCRs were 100% specific.The RE-LAMP assay revealed the most sensitivity for the detection of T.gondii DNA.Conclusions:The obtained results demonstrate that the LAMP technique has a greater sensitivity for detection of T.gondii.Furthermore,these findings indicate that primers based on the RE are more suitable than those based on the B1 gene.However,the B1-LAMP assay has potential as a diagnostic tool for detection of T.gondii. | Shirzad Fallahi Zahra Arab Mazar Mehrdad Ghasemian Ali Haghighi | 2015 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2015,8,5: | 6 |
| 7 | Fuzzy expert system for diagnosing diabetic neuropathy显示文摘AIM To design a fuzzy expert system to help detect and diagnose the severity of diabetic neuropathy. METHODS The research was completed in 2014 and consisted of two main phases. In the first phase, the diagnostic parameters were determined based on the literature review and by investigating specialists' perspectives(n= 8). In the second phase, 244 medical records related to the patients who were visited in an endocrinology and metabolism research centre during the first six months of 2014 and were primarily diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy, were used to test the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the fuzzy expert system.RESULTS The final diagnostic parameters included the duration of diabetes, the score of a symptom examination based on the Michigan questionnaire, the score of a sign examination based on the Michigan questionnaire, the glycolysis haemoglobin level, fasting blood sugar, blood creatinine, and albuminuria. The output variable was the severity of diabetic neuropathy which was shown as a number between zero and 10, had been divided into four categories: absence of the disease,(the degree of severity) mild, moderate, and severe. | 10 | DEA/TEAOH templated synthesis and characterization of nanostructured NiAPSO-34 particles:Effect of single and mixed templates on catalyst properties and performance in the methanol to olefin reaction显示文摘A nanostructured NiAPSO-34 catalyst was hydrothermally synthesized and the effect of the template(diethylamine(DEA),tetraethylammonium hydroxide(TEAOH) and DEA/TEAOH) on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance in the methanol to olefin(MTO) reaction was investigated.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),particle size distribution analysis,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Brunauer-Emmett-Teller analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The X-ray diffraction patterns indicated a higher crystallinity and larger crystallite size for the catalyst synthesized using the DEA template.The FESEM results indicated that the nature of the template could affect the morphology of the nanostructured NiAPSO-34 catalyst because of its effect on the rate of crystal growth.The catalytic performance of the samples was studied in the MTO reaction at atmospheric pressure and a space velocity of 4200 cm^3/(g h^(-1))in a fixed bed reactor.The stability and activity of the NiAPSO-34 catalyst were improved using the DEA template because of its higher crystallinity,surface area and the greater extent of Ni incorporation into its framework.The possible stages of synthesis and the reaction mechanism for the MTO process over NiAPSO-34 are discussed in detail. | Parisa Sadeghpour Mohammad Haghighi | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,2: | 3 |
| 11 | Review and assessment of different perspectives of vehicle-pedestrian conflicts and crashes:Passive and active analysis approaches显示文摘The importance of investigating pedestrian safety has been evaluated repeatedly in safety studies.The present study attempts to evaluate the various methods used by previous researchers in a hierarchical process,to determine the characteristics,advantages,and limitations of each method.Two general analysis approaches(passive and active) were taken into account to categorize 169 previous types of research.In the passive approach,the studied methods were those based on crash databases,questionnaires,and post-crash field observation data;while,in the active approach,the studied methods were those based on driving simulations and videography.The result of the passive approach reveals that road users’ features and road characteristics(crash database studies),and error,lapses,intentional and unintentional violations(questionnaire studies) by them were among the most important causes of crashes and conflicts.Furthermore,road users’ distractions also reported a set of factors affecting the possibility of conflicts and crashes based on postcrash field observation studies.Also,results of the active approach showed that risky behaviors are the most important factor in threatening pedestrian safety such as unauthorized speeding,non-compliance with traffic law,unauthorized overtaking by drivers,and illegal crossing.Furthermore,risk perception and decision-making processes are the mostimportant bond between the attitude and behavior of road users in dangerous driving situations.Examining studies through passive approach would lead to identifying the causes of crashes,recognizing the attitude of road users towards safety,and determining road users’ behavioral patterns in certain situations,while the active approach has led to a more detailed understanding of behaviors and attitudes of road users.The inference of the findings obtained in this study will lead to a better understanding of the behavior of road users for studies on advanced driving assistance systems(ADAS). | Abbas Sheykhfard Farshidreza Haghighi Eleonora Papadimitriou Pieter Van Gelder | 2021 | Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,5: | 2 |
