2Low-frequency Oscillation Damping Control for Large-scale Power System with Simplified Virtual Synchronous Machine显示文摘This study focuses on a virtual synchronous machine(VSM) based on voltage source converters to mimic the behavior of synchronous machines(SMs) and improve the damping ratio of the power system. The VSM model is simplified according to some assumptions(neglecting the speed variation and the stator transients) to allow for the possibility of dealing with low-frequency oscillation in large-scale systems with many VSMs. Furthermore, a virtual power system stabilizer(VPSS) structure is proposed and tuned using a method based on a linearized power system dynamic model. The linear and nonlinear analyses examine the stability of two modified versions of a 16-machine power system in which, in the first case, partial classical machines are replaced by VSMs, and in the second case, all SMs are replaced by VSMs. The simulation results of the case studies validate the efficiency of the proposed control strategy.Karim Sebaa Yang Zhou Yong Li Ayetül Gelen Hassan Nouri 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6:3
3基于大型超导测试平台的移能电阻系统设计显示文摘大型超导测试平台用于测试大型超导磁性负载的性能。测试过程中,当超导磁性负载失去超导性能时,大量能量积聚于负载内部从而造成难以恢复的损害,因此需要立刻通过失超保护系统将存储于超导磁性负载内部的能量转移出并进行有效的释放。在失超保护系统中移能电阻系统用于所转移能量的承载,并通过热量排散的形式进行能量释放。针对大型超导测试平台中待测试超导磁性负载参数,设计的移能电阻系统可以根据待释放能量总量、能量转移时间以及系统电气参数等需求,通过改变电阻系统内部的连接结构从而调节移能电阻系统的能量转移过程。通过对移能电阻系统的矩阵模块化设计以及单移能电阻模块结构设计进行分析,针对每个移能电阻模块的抗电磁应力、杂散电感、结构支撑等设计进行有限元仿真分析,从而验证移能电阻系统设计的可行性。王琨 宋执权 仝玮 汪舒生 张秀青 Mahmood U L Hassan 2019强激光与粒子束2019,31,3:2

It consists of web geospatial application so-called HydrIS ( Hydrogeological Information System) based on Open Source components and technologies, leading to a feasible and low-cost solution. Therefore, HydrIS permits delivery of data from a number of heterogeneous sources to standards supported by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC). The protocols used for exchanging data are also derived from OGC standards, i.e., WMS (Web Mapping Service), WFS (Web Feature Service), and WCS (Web Coverage Service). Finally, a geoportal was developed, which consists of client-applications that communicate with different Web Services (WMS, WCS, anAd WprFoSto) ttyhpreo ufogrh wHeTbT-Pb-aresqeude GstISs. application was designed using the deegree Framework to provide systematic interfaces and functions. This system was developed to demonstrate the value of making hydrogeological data more widely accessible through client/server architecture. This experience and knowledge already gained in this project will be a source for technology transfer and policy decisions.
