1NIR-II ?uorescence in vivo confocal microscopy with aggregation-induced emission dots显示文摘Significantly reduced tissue scattering of fluorescence signals in the second near-infrared(NIR-Ⅱ,1,000–1,700 nm)spectral region offers opportunities for large-depth in vivo bioimaging.Nowadays,most reported works concerning NIR-II fluorescence in vivo bioimaging are realized by wide-field illumination and 2D-arrayed detection(e.g.,via InGaAs camera),which has high temporal resolution but limited spatial resolution due to out-of-focus signals.Combining NIR-II fluorescence imaging with confocal microscopy is a good approach to achieve high-spatial resolution visualization of biosamples even at deep tissues.In this presented work,a NIR-II fluorescence confocal microscopic system was setup.By using a kind of aggregation-induced emission(AIE)dots as NIR-II fluorescent probes,800 lm-deep 3D in vivo cerebrovascular imaging of a mouse was obtained,and the spatial resolution at 700 lm depth could reach 8.78 lm.Moreover,the time-correlated single photon counting(TCSPC)technique and femtosecond laser excitation were introduced into NIR-II fluorescence confocal microscopy,and in vivo confocal NIR-II fluorescence lifetime microscopic imaging(FLIM)of mouse cerebral vasculature was successfully realized.Wenbin Yu Bing Guo Hequn Zhang Jing Zhou Xiaoming Yu Liang Zhu Dingwei Xue Wen Liu Xianhe Sun Jun Qian 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,6:10
2NIR-IIb excitable bright polymer dots with deep-red emission for in vivo through-skull three-photon fluorescence bioimaging显示文摘It is of great significance to study the brain structure and function in deep-tissue for neuroscience research and bio-medical applications because of the urgent demand for precise theranostics.Three-photon fluorescence microscopic(3PFM)bioimaging excited by the light in near-infrared IIb(NIR-IIb,1,500–1,700 nm)spectral region is one of the most promising imaging techniques with the advantages of high spatial resolution,large imaging depth,and reduced scattering.Herein,a type of NIR-IIb light excitable deep-red emissive semiconducting polymer dots(P-dots)with bright 3PF and large three-photon absorption cross-section(σ3)at 1,550 nm was prepared.Then the P-dots were functionalized with polystyrene polymer polystyrene graft ethylene oxide functionalized with carboxyl groups(PS-PEG-COOH)and modified with NH2-poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)to synthesis photochemically stable and biocompatible P-dots nanoparticles(NPs).Further the P-dots NPs were utilized for in vivo 3PFM bioimaging of cerebral vasculature with and without the brain skull under 1,550 nm femtosecond(fs)laser excitation.In vivo 3PFM bioimaging of the mice cerebral vasculature at various vertical depths was obtained.Moreover,a vivid three-dimensional structure of the mice vascular architecture beneath the skull was reconstructed.At the depth of 350μm beneath the brain skull,3.8μm blood vessels could still be clearly recognized.NIR-IIb excitable P-dots assisted 3PFM bioimaging has great potential in accurate deep tissue bioimaging.Nuernisha Alifu Abudureheman Zebibula Hequn Zhang Huwei Ni Liang Zhu Wang Xi Yalun Wang Xueliang Zhang Changfeng Wu Jun Qian 2020Nano Research2020,13,10:6
3Design and simulation of self-powered radio frequency identification (RFID) tags for mobile temperature monitoring显示文摘This paper presents a design for a self-powered radio frequency identification (RFID) tag with a thin film bulk acoustic reso- nating piezoelectric power supply (PPS), which can be used for portable remote temperature monitoring. We call this system a PPS-RFID for short. The RFID systems have been found to have many applications in the internet of things (IOT) in the past decade. But semi-active RFID tags require an onboard battery which limits their applications in many fields. For these reasons, our research focuses on power sources for the RFID tags. This paper emphasizes the circuit design and simulation of PPS. In our tests, 0.283 mW was generated by PPS at 1 Hz vibration by a 650 N impact force. The results showed that the integrated PPS could supply sufficient power for the designed PPS-RFID tag. 7Effects of different litters on ammonia emissions from chicken manure显示文摘Experiments were conducted to investigate the influences of type of litter,initial moisture content(IMC)of litter,and dry weight ratio of manure to litter(DWRML)on ammonia emissions from chicken manure and the effects of pH values of tea leaves and the mixtures of tea leaves and other litter on the ammonia emissions from chicken manure.For the experiments,four kinds of litter,Northeast pine sawdust(sawdust),rice husk,tea leaves,and wheat straw,were selected.The IMCs of the litter were(20±2)%,(30±2)%,and(40±2)%;and the DWRML values were 1:4,1:6 and 1:8,respectively.The different litters adjusted at different moisture contents were mixed with chicken manure in different DWRML and then placed in different static test chambers,which were real-time monitored the ammonia concentrations.Pure chicken manure without any litter was used as a control group.The four kinds of litter had obvious inhibitory effects on the ammonia emissions from chicken manure under various conditions.There were significant differences among four kinds of litter(p<0.01).Under the same conditions,the best inhibitory effect was achieved by using tea leaves,followed by straw,rice husk,and sawdust.The IMC of litter had no significant effects on the ammonia inhibition(p>0.05).The DWRML had no significant effects on ammonia emission inhibition for tea leaves(p>0.05),but had a significant effects on the ammonia emission inhibition for the other three kinds of litter(p<0.05).The pH value of tea leaves had no significant effects on the inhibition of ammonia emissions(p>0.05).The mixed litter made of tea leaves and sawdust,rice husk,or straw were significantly better than the tea leaves and other single litter(p<0.01).It indicated that adding appropriate amount of tea leaves in the litter can effectively inhibit ammonia emissions from chicken manure.Hequn Tan Meng Li Dengfei Jie Yafang Zhou Xin'an Li 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,4:2

Standard statistical method was used to analyze dataResults H89712 inhibited proliferation of HL60 leukemia cells and the inhibition percentage in MTT assay was 18% at the dose of 108 mol/L and 65% at the dose of 105 mol/L, respectively The inhibition for HL60 in colony assay was 23% at the dose of 108 mol/L and 96% at the dose of 105 mol/L, respectively H89712 also induced HL60 cells toward macrophagelike differentiation It was verified by flow cytometry that the percentage of positive CD14 expression in differentiated HL60 cells was about 9 times higher than that of the control at the dose of 108 mol/L and 20 times higher than that of the control at the dose of 105 mol/L respectively, and this action involved upregulation of MafB gene in HL60 leukemia cells On the other hand, H89712 inhibited proliferation of K562 leukemia cells and the inhibition of K562 leukemia cells in MTT assay was shown by 34% at the dose of 108 mol/L and 88% at the dose of 105 mol/L respectively The inhibition of K562 leukemia cells in colony assay was 53% at the dose of 108 mol/L and 100% at the dose of 105 mol/L respectively H89712 also induced K562 cells toward erythroidlike differentiation and it was verified by flow cytometry that the percentage of positive CD71 expression in differentiated K562 cells was about 9 times higher than that of the control at the dose of 108 mol/L and 16 times higher than that of the control at the dose of 105 mol/L respectively This action was related to upregulation of Egr1 gene in K562 leukemia cellsConclusions Our results showed the important roles played by MafB in macrophage differentiation and Egr1 in erythroid differentiation of human myeloid leukemiaHEQun LIQiong YUANLin-bo HEJun 2005Chinese Medical Journal2005,,2:2
9DNN-HMM based acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition显示文摘To detect the respiratory disease through pig cough sound in the early stage,a novel method based on Deep Neural Networks-Hidden Markov Model(DNN-HMM)was proposed to construct an acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition.Noises in the continuous pig sounds were eliminated by the Wiener algorithm based on wavelet thresholding the multitaper spectrum,and the experimental corpus was obtained from the denoised continuous pig sounds.The 39-dimensional Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients(MFCC)extracted from the corpus were considered as feature vectors.Sounds in pig farms were divided into pig coughs,non-pig coughs,and silence segments.In the HMM,the number of hidden states of pig cough,non-pig cough and silence segments were 5,5 and 3 respectively,and the observation states represented the feature vectors of the continuous pig sound signal.Based on experiments and empirical theory,the DNN model with 3 hidden layers and 100 nodes per layer was used to describe the correspondence between hidden states and observation serials.Through experiments,the context frames of DNN input were set to 5.Under the condition of optimal parameter setting,the traditional acoustic model Gaussian Mixture Model-Hidden Markov Model(GMM-HMM)was compared with DNN-HMM through a 5-fold cross-validation experiment.It was found that the Word Error Rate(WER)of each group in DNN-HMM was lower than that in GMM-HMM,and the average WER was 3.45%lower.At the same time,the best result of the DNN-HMM model was obtained with the lowest WER of 7.54%,and the average WER was 8.03%.The results showed that the method of DNN-HMM based acoustic model for continuous pig cough sound recognition was stable and reliable.Jian Zhao Xuan Li Wanghong Liu Yun Gao Minggang Lei Hequn Tan Di Yang 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,3:2

11Impacts of biomass-burning on aerosol properties of a severe haze event over Shanghai显示文摘Anthropogenic aerosols have significant impacts on the environment and human health in the Yangtze River Delta region,one of the most densely populated regions in the world.A biomass-burning plume swept across this area(Shanghai) in May 2009,leading to changes in the physical and optical properties of aerosols,which were investigated using ground-based remote sensing and in situ measurements via comparisons with dust pollution and background conditions.Experiments show that the biomass-burning plume led to an increase in the average aerosol optical depth(AOD) at 500 nm from 0.73 to 1.00(37%higher),an absorption Angstrom exponent(AAE) of 1.48,and an increase in the Angstrom exponent(α) up to 1.53.Furthermore,local dust aerosols derived from road dust and/or construction dust also led to higher values of AOD(2.68) and AAE(2.16),and a daily average value of α of 1.05.For the biomass-burning plume,the aerosol particles exhibited significant variations in short-wavelength spectra.The single scattering albedo at 670 nm decreased remarkably under the influence of the biomass-burning plume,indicating the significant absorptive ability of the biomass-burning pollution and higher ratio of absorption aerosols within the plume.Under the effects of the biomass-burning,the volume concentration of fine-mode aerosols increased significantly and the PM-fine/PM-coarse volume concentration ratio reached 12.33.This relatively large change in fine-mode particles indicates that biomass-burning has a greater impact on fine-mode aerosols than on coarse-mode aerosols.Qianshan He Xiaoyan Zhao Jing Lu Guangqiang Zhou Hequn Yang Wei Gao Wei Yu Tiantao Cheng 2015Particuology2015,13,3:2

13Research on Open-circuit Fault Tolerant Control of Six-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Based on Fifth Harmonic Current Injection显示文摘This paper proposes a novel control approach for fault-tolerant control of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) under one-phase open-circuit fault.A modified six-phase static coordinate transformation matrix and an extended rotating coordinate transformation matrix are investigated considering the influence of the fifth harmonic space on fault-tolerant control. These mathematical models are further analyzed in the fundamental space and the fifth harmonic space after the fault and to eliminate the coupling between the d-q axis voltage equation in the fundamental wave space and the d-q axis voltage equation in the fifth harmonic space, a secondary rotation coordinate transformation matrix is proposed. To achieve the purpose of reducing torque ripple, the fault-tolerant control method proposed in this paper not only takes the minimum copper loss as the constraint condition, but also injects the fifth harmonic current. 15原发性肺鳞癌nm23基因mRNA表达的研究显示文摘目的 :探讨nm2 3基因表达在原发性肺鳞癌中的作用。方法 :采用nm2 3基因寡核酸探针 ,通过Northern印迹转移的方法 ,检测 17例原发性肺鳞癌患者手术切除的癌组织 ,癌旁组织和远离癌灶的非癌肺组织中nm2 3基因mRNA表达水平 ,并分析nm2 3mRNA表达水平与肺癌生物特性的相关性。结果 :肺鳞组织nm2 3基因mRNA表达水平增高 (8.17± 3.41)与癌旁组织 (4 .0 5± 1.90 )及远离癌灶的非癌肺组织 (3 .2 1± 1.97)比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。有淋巴结转移者nm2 3基因mRNA表达水平 (10 .5 4± 3.6 0 )与无淋巴结转移者(5 .72± 2 .5 1)差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;癌细胞低分化者 (9.83± 3.2 7)与中高分化者 (5 .96± 2 .6 3)差异亦有显著性 (P <0 .0 2 )。结论 :肺鳞癌nm2 3基因mRNA表达水平增高 ,且与癌的淋巴转移和组织分化有关 ,但未显示nm2陈琼 陈合群 李国虎 Chen Hequn Li G-ouhu 2001中国现代医学杂志2001,11,4:2

20Development of a computer vision system to detect inactivity in group-housed pigs显示文摘Excessive inactivity in farm animals can be an early indication of illness.Traditional way for detecting excessive inactivity in pigs relies on manual inspection which can be laborious and especially time-consuming.This paper proposed a computer vision system that could detect inactivity of individual pigs housed in group pens which is potential in alarming the farmer of the animals concerned.The system recorded sequential depth images for the animals in a pen and implemented a proposed image processing and logic analysis scheme named as‘DepInact’to keep track of the inactive time of group-housed individual pigs over time.To verify the robustness and accuracy of the developed system,a total of 656 pairs of corresponding depth data and color images,consecutively taken 4 s apart from each other,were attained.The verification process involved manually identifying all pigs using the color images captured.The results of identification of all pigs that were inactive for more than the preset period of time by DepInact were compared to those by manual inspection through the color images captured.An accuracy of 85.7%was achieved using the verification data,thus demonstrating that the developed system is a viable alternative to manual detection of inactivity of group-housed pigs.Nevertheless,more research is still needed to improve the accuracy of the developed system.Christopher Chijioke Ojukwu Yaoze Feng Guifeng Jia Haitao Zhao Hequn Tan 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:1
