| 1 | 曹雪涛院士科研团队论文荣膺中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文--长链非编码RNA1nc-DC通过STAT3调控人DC的分化和功能显示文摘树突状细胞(DC)是免疫系统中重要的抗原提呈细胞,其成熟和功能状态决定着免疫应答的走向和强度。哺乳动物基因组能够转录产生大量的长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,IncRNA),其在免疫系统中的功能还知之甚少。

| 2 | Distribution and effects of polymorphic RANTES gene alleles in HIV/HCV coinfection - A prospective cross-sectional study显示文摘AIM: Chemokines and their receptors are crucial for immune responses in HCV and HIV infection. RANTES gene polymorphisms lead to altered gene expression and influence the natural course of HIV infection. Therefore,these mutations may also affect the course of HIV/HCV coinfection.METHODS: We determined allele frequencies of RANTES-403 (G→A), RANTES-28 (C→G) and RANTESIN1.1 (T→C) polymorphisms using real-time PCR and hybridization probes in patients with HIV (n = 85), HCV (n= 112), HIV/HCV coinfection (n = 121), and 109 healthy controls. Furthermore, HIV and HCV loads as well as CD4+ and CD8+ cell counts were compared between different RANTES genotypes.RESULTS: Frequencies of RANTES-403 A, RANTES-28 G and RANTES-IN1.1 C alleles were higher in HIV infected patients than in healthy controls (-403: 28.2% vs 15.1%,P = 0.002; -28: 5.4% vs 2.8%, not significant; IN1.1:19.0% vs 11.0%, P = 0.038). In HIV/HCV coinfected patients, these RANTES alleles were less frequent than in patients with HIV infection alone (15.4% P = 0.002;1.7%; P = 0.048; 12.0%; not significant). Frequencies of these alleles were not significantly different between HIV/HCV positive patients, HCV positive patients and healthy controls.CONCLUSION: All three RANTES polymorphisms showed increased frequencies of the variant allele exclusively in patients with HIV monoinfection. | 4 | Quality control measures for lowering the seroconversion rate of hemodialysis patients with hepatitis B or C virus显示文摘BACKGROUND: Hemodialysis (HD) patients are at high risk of infection by hepatitis B virus (HBV) or hepatitis C virus (HCV). The present study was designed to determine the impact of quality control measures on the prevention of transmission of blood-borne viruses. METHODS: A total of 6182 adult maintenance HD patients from all HD units in Zhejiang Province were recruited on January 1, 2007. The baseline demographic and clinical characteristics were recorded and all patients were followed up until death or survival at 4 years later. The Quality Control Standards of Hemodialysis were gradually implemented in HD units. The HBV or HCV seroconversion rates of the recruited patients were calculated and compared every year during the observation period. RESULTS: The prevalence of HBV was 8.3% at the beginning of the study, and 6.6% for HCV. With the implementation of the HD quality control measures, the HBV seroconversion rate tended to decrease year by year (χ 2 =6.620, P=0.085), and the HCV seroconversion rate decreased significantly (χ 2 =10.41, P=0.015). Compared with the data in 2007, the HBV seroconversion rate (χ 2 =4.204, P=0.040, relative risk ratio 0.393, 95% CI 0.156-0.991) and the HCV seroconversion rate (χ 2 =7.373, P=0.007, relative risk ratio 0.386, 95% CI 0.189-0.787) decreased significantly in 2010. | 5 | Relationship between diabetes mellitus and cataract in Hungary显示文摘AIM:To examine the coexistence of diabetes mellitus(DM)and cataract in Hungary.The effects of DM on the cataract surgical results were also in the focus of analysis.METHODS:Statistical data analysis of the results of the Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness with Diabetic Retinopathy(RAAB+DR)module conducted in Hungary in 2015.This cross-sectional,population-based,national survey included 3523 people aged 50 years and over.Participants of the survey were examined on-site.Visual acuity,main cause for visual impairment(using direct and indirect ophthalmoscopes),in case of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)≤0.5 and blood glucose level(random test with glucometer)were examined.RESULTS:The prevalence of cataract was 23.4%,and DM was 20.0%.The occurrence of cataract steadily increased with age.Among the examined participants with DM,the prevalence of cataract was significantly(P=0.012)higher(+35%)than that in non-diabetic subjects(29.5%vs 21.8%).Following aging(OR=15.2%,P<0.001),DM proved to be the most independent influencing risk factor(OR=49.9%,P<0.001).The presence of DM was neither an influencing factor for complications of cataract surgery,nor for postoperative visual acuity.CONCLUSION:DM appears to be one of the main risk factors for developing cataract.Other risk factors,such as age,sex and environment also play an influencing role.Diabetes does not seem to affect the occurrence of cataract surgical complications. | Anita Pék Dorottya Szabó Gábor LászlóSándor Gábor Tóth András Papp Zoltán Zsolt Nagy Hans Limburg János Németh | 2020 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2020，13，5： | 2 |
