| 1 | 66例完成自杀者的心理剖析显示文摘目的 用心理剖析的方法探讨完成自杀者的相关因素。方法 对 66例完成自杀者与 66例正常对照者 ,分别采用一般问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)、工具社会支持量表 (TSSS)、领悟社会支持量表 (PSSS)、社会交流量表 (SC)、自杀 1年前和当时总体功能评定量表 (O GAF ,P GAF)、自杀企图量表 (SAS)及自杀意念量表 (SIS)进行调查。采用DSM III R对精神问题进行了回顾性诊断。信息来源于 2名知情亲友 ,在死后 2~ 1 4月期间进行。结果 自杀者中 72 .72 %符合DSM III R精神疾病诊断标准 ;男性明显高于女性 (2 .98:1 ) ;女性高峰年龄较男性前移 1 0年 (2 0~ 49,30~59) ;春、夏季常见 (66 .7% ) ;抑郁和焦虑情绪 ,低收入和社会支持领悟差是高危因素 (P <0 .0 5) ;躯体功能活动受限制是自杀的诱因 (2 8.75 % ) ;服毒是被青睐的方法 (69.7% ) ,其次是自缢 2 5 .7%和其它 (4.5% )。信息人对精神疾病的认识差 (9 48)。结论 抑郁是自杀的最危险因素。 | 孙月吉 刘启贵 姜潮 贾树华 周莉 胡冬梅 孙燕 王蕾 Zhang Jie Conwell Y Wieczorek W | 2003 | 中国行为医学科学2003，12，2： | 14 |
| 2 | Novel DNA vaccine based on hepatitis B virus core gene induces specific immune responses in Balb/c mice显示文摘AIM: To investigate the immunogenicity of a novel DNA vaccine,pSW3891/HBc, based on HBV core gene in Balb/c mice.METHODS: A novel DNA vaccine, pSW3891/HBc, encoding HBV core gene was constructed using a vector plasmid pSW3891. Balb/c mice were immunized with either pSW3891/HBc or empty vector DNA via gene gun. IgG anti-HBc responses in mouse sera were demonstrated by ELISA. Specific cytotoxicity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) of mice was quantitatively measured by lactate dehydrogenase release assay.RESULTS: HBcAg was expressed effectively in 293T cell line transiently transfected with pSW3891/HBc. Strong IgG anti-HBc responses were elicited in mice immunized with pSW3891/HBc. The end-point titers of anti-HBc reached the highest 1:97 200, 4 wk after the third immunization. | 3 | Leading Edge Film Cooling Enhancement for an Inlet Guide Vane with Fan-Shaped Holes显示文摘This paper describes the improvement of leading edge film cooling effectiveness for a turbine inlet guide vane by using fan-shaped film cooling holes. The modification details are presented in comparison with the base-line configuration of cylindrical holes. Numerical simulations were carried out for the base-line and modified configurations by using CFX, in which the κ-ε turbulence model and scalable wall function were chosen. Contours of adiabatic film cooling effectiveness on the blade surfaces and span-wise distributions of film cooling effectiveness downstream the rows of cooling holes interested for the different cooling configurations were compared and discussed. It is showed that with the use of fan-shaped cooling holes around the leading edge, the adiabatic film cooling effectiveness can be enhanced considerably. | 4 | Pyruvate-fortified resuscitation stabilizes cardiac electrical activity and energy metabolism during hypovolemia显示文摘AIM: To test the hypothesis that fluid resuscitation with Ringer's solution enriched with pyruvate(PR), a physiological antioxidant and energy substrate, affords protection of myocardial metabolism and electrophysiological performance superior to lactated Ringer's(LR) during hypovolemia and hindlimb ischemia-reperfusion.METHODS: Male domestic goats(25-30 kg) were exsanguinated to a mean arterial pressure of 48 ± 1 mm Hg. Right hindlimb ischemia was imposed for 90 min by applying a tourniquet and femoral crossclamp. LR or PR, infused iv, delivered 0.05 mmol/kg per minute L-lactate or pyruvate, respectively, from 30 min hindlimb ischemia until 30 min post-ischemia. Time controls(TC) underwent neither hemorrhage, hindlimb ischemia nor resuscitation. Goats were sacrificed and left ventricular myocardium biopsied at 90 min fluid resuscitation(n = 6 per group) or 3.5 h later(n = 9 LR, 10 PR, 8 TC).RESULTS: Myocardial 8-isoprostane content, phosphocreatine phosphorylation potential, creatine kinase activity, and heart rate-adjusted QT interval(QTc) vari- ability were evaluated at 90 min resuscitation and 3.5 h post-resuscitation. PR sharply lowered pro-arrhythmic QTc variability vs LR(P < 0.05); this effect persisted 3.5 h post-resuscitation. PR lowered myocardial 8-isoprostane content, a product of oxidative stress, by 39 and 37% during and 3.5 h after resuscitation, respectively, vs LR. Creatine kinase activity fell 42% post-LR vs TC(P < 0.05), but was stable post-PR(P < 0.02 vs post-LR). And as a part of viral RNA(vRNA) replication machinery, VP5 has been found topossess an ATP-independent RNA chaperoning activity(Yang et al., 2014). Here, we report that VP5 also has thenucleoside triphosphatase (NTPase) activity, which canhydrolyze all kinds of NTPs and dNTPs.
