| 1 | 灵芝红景天复方制剂对小鼠免疫功能的影响显示文摘目的探究灵芝红景天复方制剂对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用Balb/c种小鼠,分空白对照组和环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制组,免疫抑制组分为单纯免疫抑制组和给药组。灌胃周期为28 d,于第23和24天腹腔注射环磷酰胺(空白对照组注射生理盐水)。计数小鼠外周血白细胞、观察小鼠脏器指数和脾细胞增殖能力,用ELISA的方法检测脾细胞培养液中的细胞因子含量,用流式细胞术检测脾细胞培养液中CD4、CD8表达情况。结果与环磷酰胺组(CTX)相比,灵芝红景天水提取复方制剂(CWO)低剂量组、灵芝红景天酶提取复方制剂(CEO)低剂量、CWO高剂量组、CEO高剂量组的脾脏指数、外周血白细胞计数、T和B淋巴细胞增殖率和TNF-α表达水平均显著增高(P<0.05);CWO高剂量组、CEO高剂量组的IL-6、IL-10表达水平显著增高(P<0.05);CWO高剂量组、CEO低剂量和CEO高剂量组的CD4/CD8显著增高(P<0.05)。与CWO高剂量组相比,CEO高剂量组的IL-10、TNF-α含量均显著增加(P<0.05)。与空白对照组相比,CWO低剂量组、CWO高剂量组、CEO低剂量组、CEO高剂量组的脏器指数、白细胞计数、T淋巴细胞增殖能力、细胞因子水平以及CD4/CD8水平均无统计学差异。结论灵芝红景天复方制剂可以显著增加免疫缺陷小鼠的免疫功能,经过酶处理提取的复方制剂药效优于水提取的复方制剂。 | 谭晓宇 杨勇 王科斯 Hee-Do Hong Mi Jang Young-Ran Song 刘丽萍 张庆镐 | 2019 | 免疫学杂志2019,35,1: | 6 |

| 4 | Performance of Weibull function as a diameter distribution model for Pinus thunbergii stands in the eastern coast of South Korea显示文摘This study was carried out to determine the performance of percentile-based Weibull diameter distribution model for Pinus thunbergii stands thriving along the eastern coast of South Korea.The parameter recovery technique was used to estimate the three parameters of the Weibull model.The analysis demonstrated satisfactory results based on the following test statistics for the principal percentile models:fit index(FI) range from 0.501(minimum diameter) to 0.932(50th diameter percentiles) and root mean square error(RMSE) range from 0.112(quadratic mean diameter) to 3.572(minimum diameter).The developed model was further evaluated by determining the mean bias(ē) in trees per ha(TPH) for each diameter class,and the results showed highest over-prediction in the 20 cm,andunder-prediction in the 16 cm and 24 cm diameter classes.The goodness of fit tested by KolmogorovSmirnov(KS) test showed no significant differences(p>0.05) between the observed and predicted diameter distributions for almost all plots.Using site index and aboveground biomass(AGB) models developed for P.thunbergii in South Korea,a model to predict the AGB per ha for each diameter class and subsequently the total AGB of the stand was created.An application guide was also created,which will serve as a decision-support tool for forest managers in quantifying the future total AGB in P.thunbergii stands located in the eastern coast of South Korea and,subsequently,the quantification of potential carbon stocks aside from being a vital input in designing efficient management and protection strategies for these stands. | ABINO Azyleah Canizares KIM Sung Yong LUMBRES Roscinto Ian Canicosa JANG Mi Na YOUN Ho doong PARK Ki Hyung LEE Young Jin | 2016 | Journal of Mountain Science2016,13,5: | 2 |

| 6 | Structural neural connectivity of the vestibular nuclei in the human brain:a diffusion tensor imaging study显示文摘Many animal studies have reported on the neural connectivity of the vestibular nuclei(VN).However,little is reported on the structural neural connectivity of the VN in the human brain.In this study,we attempted to investigate the structural neural connectivity of the VN in 37 healthy subjects using diffusion tensor tractography.A seed region of interest was placed on the isolated VN using probabilistic diffusion tensor tractography.Connectivity was defined as the incidence of connection between the VN and each brain region.The VN showed 100% connectivity with the cerebellum,thalamus,oculomotor nucleus,trochlear nucleus,abducens nucleus,and reticular formation,irrespective of thresholds.At the threshold of 5 streamlines,the VN showed connectivity with the primary motor cortex(95.9%),primary somatosensory cortex(90.5%),premotor cortex(87.8%),hypothalamus(86.5%),posterior parietal cortex(75.7%),lateral prefrontal cortex(70.3%),ventromedial prefrontal cortex(51.4%),and orbitofrontal cortex(40.5%),respectively.These results suggest that the VN showed high connectivity with the cerebellum,thalamus,oculomotor nucleus,trochlear nucleus,abducens nucleus,and reticular formation,which are the brain regions related to the functions of the VN,including equilibrium,control of eye movements,conscious perception of movement,and spatial orientation. | Sung Ho Jang Mi Young Lee Sang Seok Yeo Hyeok Gyu Kwon | 2018 | Neural Regeneration Research2018,13,4: | 2 |

| 8 | Age-related changes of the corticospinal tract in the human brain A diffusion tensor imaging study显示文摘The corticospinal tract(CST) is one of the most important neural tracts for motor function in the human brain.Little is known about age-related changes of the CST.In this study,we tried to evaluate age-related changes of the CST using diffusion tensor imaging in 60 healthy subjects.The diffusion tensor imaging result revealed that the tract number and fractional anisotropy value were decreased,and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) value was increased with aging.The distribution showed a semilog pattern for tract number,fractional anisotropy and ADC of the CST,and the pattern of each graph was near-linear.When compared with the diffusion tensor imaging parameters of subjects in the 20 s age group,tract number and fractional anisotropy values were significantly decreased in the 50 s-70 s age groups.Likewise,the ADC value was significantly higher in the 50 s-70 s age groups.The CST in the brain of normal subjects degenerated continuously from the 20 s to the 70 s,with a near-linear pattern,and degeneration of the CST began to manifest significantly in the subjects in their 50 s,compared with the subjects in their 20 s. | Sung Ho Jang Sang-Hyun Cho Mi Young Lee Yong Hyun Kwon Min Cheul Chang | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,4: | 2 |
| 9 | Delayed gait recovery in a stroke patient显示文摘We report on a stroke patient who showed delayed gait recovery between 8 and 11 months after the onset of intracerebral hemorrhage. This 32-year-old female patient underwent craniotomy and drainage for right intracerebral hemorrhage due to rupture of an arteriovenous malformation. Brain MR images revealed a large leukomalactic lesion in the right fronto-parietal cortex. Diffusion tensor tractography at 8 months after onset revealed that the right corticospinal tract was severely injured. At this time, the patient could not stand or walk despite undergoing rehabilitation from 2 months after onset. It was believed that severe spasticity of the left leg and right ankle was largely responsible, and thus, antispastic drugs, antispastic procedures (alcohol neurolysis of the motor branch of the tibial nerve and an intramuscular alcohol wash of both tibialis posterior muscles) and physical therapy were tried to control the spasticity. These measures relieved the severe spasticity, with the result that the patient was able to stand at 3 months. In addition, the improvements in sensorimotor function, visuospatial function, and cognition also seemed to contribute to gait recovery. As a result, she gained the ability to walk independently on even floor with a left ankle foot orthosis at 11 months after onset. | 10 | Attenuated FOLFIRINOX in the salvage treatment of gemcitabine-refractory advanced pancreatic cancer: a phase II study显示文摘Background:Combination therapy with oxaliplatin,irinotecan,fluorouracil,and leucovorin(FOLFIRINOX)chemotherapy drastically improves survival of advanced pancreatic cancer patients.However,the efficacy of FOLFIRINOX as a second-line treatment after gemcitabine failure has not been tested prospectively.We investigated the feasibility and safety of attenuated FOLFIRINOX in patients with gemcitabine-refractory advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:A multicenter phase II prospective open-label,single-arm study was conducted at 14 hospitals.Patients with histologically proven invasive ductal pancreatic adenocarcinoma,a measurable or evaluable lesion,Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status 0 or 1,adequate organ function,and aged 19 years or older were eligible.Attenuated FOLFIRINOX consisted of oxaliplatin 65 mg/m2,irinotecan 135 mg/m2,and leucovorin 400 mg/m2 injected intravenously on day 1 and 5-fluorouracil 2000 mg/m2 continuously infused intravenously over 46 h on days 1-2,repeated every 2 weeks.The primary endpoint was progression-free survival from the initiation of FOLFIRINOX.Secondary endpoints were the objective response rate,disease control rate,overall survival,safety,and tolerability.We estimated overall survival and progression-free survival using the Kaplan-Meier methods.Results:We enrolled 39 patients from 14 institutions.The objective response rate was 10.3%,while the disease control rate was 64.1%.The 6-month and 1-year overall survival rates were 59.0%and 15.4%,respectively.Median progression-free survival and overall survival were 3.8 months(95%confidence interval[CI]1.5-6.0 months)and 8.5 months(95%CI 5.6-11.4 months),respectively.Grade 3 or 4 adverse events were neutropenia(41.0%),nausea(10.3%),anorexia(10.3%),anemia(7.7%),mucositis(7.7%),pneumonia/pleural effusion(5.1%),and fatigue(5.1%).One treatment-related death attributable to septic shock occurred.Conclusion:Attenuated FOLFIRINOX may be promising as a second-line therapy for gemcitabine-refractory pancre-atic cancer. | Jung Hoon Kim Sang-Cheol Lee Sung Yong Oh Seo-Young Song Namsu Lee Eun Mi Nam Soonil Lee In Gyu Hwang Hyo Rak Lee Kyu Taek Lee Sang-Byung Bae Han Jo Kim Joung Soon Jang Do Hyoung Lim Hyun Woo Lee Seok Yun Kang Jung Hun Kang | 2018 | Cancer Communications2018,38,1: | 2 |

| 12 | Pravastatin activates the expression of farnesoid X receptor and liver X receptor alpha in Hep3B cells显示文摘BACKGROUND: Statins are suggested to preserve gallbladder function by suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokines and preventing cholesterol accumulation in gallbladder epithelial cells. They also affect cross-talk among the nuclear hormone receptors that regulate cholesterol-bile acid metabolism in the nuclei of hepatocytes. However, there is controversy over whether or how statins change the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR)α, PPARγ, liver X receptor α(LXRα), farnesoid X receptor(FXR), ABCG5, ABCG8, and 7α-hydroxylase(CYP7A1) which are directly involved in the cholesterol saturation index in bile. METHODS: Human Hep3B cells were cultured on dishes. MTT assays were performed to determine the appropriate concentrations of reagents to be used. The protein expression of PPARα and PPARγ was measured by Western blotting analysis, and the mRNA expression of LXRα, FXR, ABCG5, ABCG8 and CYP7A1 was estimated by RT-PCR. RESULTS: In cultured Hep3B cells, pravastatin activated PPARα and PPARγ protein expression, induced stronger expression of PPARγ than that of PPARα, increased LXRα mRNA expression, activated ABCG5 and ABCG8 mRNA expression mediated by FXR as well as LXRα, enhanced FXR mRNA expression, and increased CYP7A1 mRNA expression mediated by the PPARγ and LXRα pathways, together or independently.
