18不同低聚果糖含量日粮对火鸡生产性能和胃肠消化系统代谢的影响显示文摘饲喂公火鸡不同水平低聚果糖(FOS)日粮8周,测定生产性能和消化率,着重测定盲肠消化率。日粮中FOS添加水平分别为:0.5%,1%和2%,试验期8周。试验结束,各组鸡采食量、体重和饲料转化率均接近;回肠和盲肠内容物pH值随FOS增加而下降,尤其是2%FOS添加组最低;日粮FOS1%和2%添加组氨和蛋白量最高;细菌酶活力不受试验处理影响,但FOS明显降低β-葡萄糖苷酶和β-葡萄糖苷酸酶的活力;日粮FOS不影响脂肪酸含量,但回肠的脂肪酸蓄积量增大,尤以FOS2%组明显。Jus'kiewicz J Jankowski J Zdun czyk Z Mikulski D 2007饲料博览(技术版)2007,,3:1
