1Effects and mechanisms of acupuncture and electroacupuncture for functional dyspepsia:A systematic review显示文摘BACKGROUND Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common digestive disease with limited therapeutic options.According to evidence-based clinical practice,acupuncture or electroacupuncture(EA)seems to be a promising therapy for patients with FD.However,there is still a lack of systematic reviews that have analyzed current clinical trials for a better understanding of mechanisms involved in the ameliorating effect of acupuncture and EA on FD.AIM To evaluate the results and qualities of existing clinical evidence for researching the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture/EA in treating FD.METHODS A systematic search of the literature was performed to identify randomized controlled trials in which research on the mechanism of acupuncture or EA was conducted in FD patients.Databases searched included PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science.Data extraction and quality assessment were completed by two investigators independently and the results of quality evaluation were exported through Review Manager V5.3.RESULTS Eight studies were included in this review with a total of 17 items for detecting techniques for mechanistic research.Positive effects of acupuncture and EA were observed in regulating gastric motility,gastric accommodation,mental status,gastrointestinal hormones,and central and autonomic functions while improving dyspeptic symptoms and quality of life.CONCLUSION The key findings of this systematic review support the potential of acupuncture and EA in altering the heterogeneous pathophysiology in patients with FD.However,high-quality studies with well-planned designs are necessary to provide more credible evidence.Yu Guo Wei Wei Jiande DZ Chen 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,19:17
2Kinetics in Mg-based hydrogen storage materials:Enhancement and mechanism显示文摘Mg-based materials have been intensively studied for hydrogen storage applications due to their high energy density up to 2600 Wh/kg or 3700 Wh/L.However,the Mg-based materials with poor kinetics and the necessity for a high temperature to achieve 0.1 MPa hydrogen equilibrium pressure limit the applications in the onboard storage in Fuel cell vehicles(FCVs).Over the past decades,many methods have been applied to improve the hydriding/dehydriding(H/D)kinetics of Mg/MgH 2 by forming amorphous or nanosized particles,adding catalysts and employing external energy field,etc.However,which method is more effective and the intrinsic mechanism they work are widely differing versions.The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation behaviors of Mg-based alloys analyzing by kinetic models is an efficient way to reveal the H/D kinetic mechanism.However,some recently proposed models with physical meaning and simple analysis method are not known intimately by researchers.Therefore,this review focuses on the enhancement method of kinetics in Mg-based hydrogen storage materials and introduces the new kinetic models.Qun Luo Jianding Li Bo Li Bin Liu Huaiyu Shao Qian Li 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,1:15
3自适应性生物反馈训练对出口梗阻型便秘患者临床疗效、心理状况和生命质量的影响显示文摘目的探讨自适应性生物反馈训练(ABF)对出口梗阻型便秘(OOC)患者临床症状疗效、心理状况和生命质量的改善程度。方法纳入2011年6月至2014年10月就诊的OCC患者206例,分成ABF组和固定式生物反馈训练(FBF)组。观察治疗前和治疗后8周患者便秘临床症状、临床疗效、心理状态和生命质量情况。统计学分析采用卡方检验或t检验。结果共有138例完成了生物反馈治疗,其中ABF组76例,FBF组62例。ABF组和FBF组治疗前便秘临床症状总积分分别为10.95±2.86和¨.20±2.23,治疗后分别为2.02±1.10和2.98±I.19,两组治疗后症状总积分均下降(t=2.60、2.45,P均〈0.05);ABF组治疗前后的总积分差值为8.93±0.37,高于FBF组的8.24±0.29,差异有统计学意义(t=2.53,P〈0.05)。ABF组总有效率为94.7%(72/76),高于FBF组的85.5%(53/62),差异有统计学意义(X^2=3.426,P〈0.05)。治疗后,ABF组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为37.7±9.1和41.4±7.4,低于治疗前的48.2±II.7和50.7±9.6,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.54、5.01,P均〈0.05);FBF组SAS和SDS评分分别为37.8士10.3和39.8±11.2,低于治疗前的49.1±9.9和53.i±9.6,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.95、5.67,P均〈0.05);治疗后两组SAS和SDS评分差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。ABF组和FBF组治疗后汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF-36)各维度积分均高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);两组治疗后SF-36各维度积分差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。结论ABF和FBF治疗均可有效改善OOC患者的临床症状和心理健康状况,并提高其生命质量,但ABF疗效更佳,更有优势。李小平 史久煜 Jiande DZ Chen 徐月梅 史池红 2016中华消化杂志2016,36,5:11
4Electrogastrography associated with symptomatic changes after prokinetic drug treatment for functional dyspepsia显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the effect of prokinetic drugs on electrogastrography(EGG) parameters according to symptomatic changes in patients with functional dyspepsia(FD).METHODS:Seventy-four patients with FD were prospectively enrolled in this study between December 2006 and December 2010.We surveyed the patients using a questionnaire on dyspeptic symptoms before and after an 8-wk course of prokinetic drug treatment.We also measured cutaneous pre-prandial and postprandial EGG recordings including percentage of gastric waves(normogastria,bradygastria,tachygastria),dominant frequency(DF),dominant power(DP),dominant frequency instability coefficient(DFIC),dominant power instability coefficient(DPIC),and the ratio of post-prandial to fasting in DP before and after the 8-wk course of prokinetic drug treatment.RESULTS:Fifty-two patients(70%) achieved symptomatic improvement after prokinetic drug treatment.Patients who had normal gastric slow waves showed symptom improvement group after treatment.Postprandial DF showed a downward trend in the symptom improvement group,especially in the itopride group.Post-prandial DP was increased regardless of symptom improvement,especially in the itopride group and mosapride group.Post-prandial DFIC and DPIC in the symptom improvement group were significantly increased after the treatment.The EGG power ratio was increased after treatment in the symptom improvement group(0.50 ± 0.70 vs 0.93 ± 1.77,P = 0.002),especially in the itopride and levosulpiride groups.CONCLUSION:Prokinetics could improve the symptoms of FD by regulating gastric myoelectrical activity,and EGG could be a useful tool in evaluating the effects of various prokinetics.Hyun Chul Lim Sang In Lee Jiande DZ Chen Hyojin Park 2012World Journal of Gastroenterology2012,18,41:11
5Application of nanoindentation to investigate chemomechanical properties change of cement paste in the carbonation reaction显示文摘Nanoindentation technique was adopted to investigate the chemomechanical properties change of hardened cement paste before and after carbonation.It was found that the mean elastic modulus and mean hardness obviously increase after the carbonation reaction.Specifically,the probability of the elastic modulus showed a sharp reduction for the elastic modulus at the range of 7-34 and 83-160 GPa,in comparison of a large increase for the elastic modulus between 34-83 GPa.For the same reason,the probability of the hardness showed a large decrease when the hardness fell within 0.15-1.75 and 4.15-8.20 GPa and a dramatic increase for the hardness at the range of 1.75-4.15 GPa.In addition,low density C-S-H was affected by the carbonation degradation more seriously than high density C-S-H.The carbonation reaction led to distinct decrease of the number and size of unhydrated cement paste particles.HAN JianDe PAN GangHua SUN Wei WANG CaiHui CUI Dong 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3:10
6Chloride ion transport performance in slag mortar under fatigue loading显示文摘The transport performance of chloride ion in slag cement mortar was investigated experimentally. In the self-designed experiment, fatigue loading was coupled simultaneously with ion transportation process, the diffusion law of chloride ion was obtained by titration and the AE (acoustic emission) technique was employed to detect the real-time damage distribution in the mortar specimen. The results for fatigue stress levels of 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 and slag contents of 0, 10%, 30% and 50% showed that fatigue loading accelerated the diffusion of chloride ion in mortar and the acceleration effect increased with the increase in stress levels. Slag addition was found to improve anti-chloride ion erosion performance effectively with the best substitution level at 30%, because the inhibition effect of slag on chloride ion diffusion diminished when the slag content exceeded 30%. 8Losartan inhibited expression of matrix metalloproteinases in rat atherosclerotic lesions and angiotensin Ⅱ-stimulated macrophages显示文摘AIM: To explore whether the angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) receptor 1 (ATI) antagonist, losartan could reduce activity and expression of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in rat atherosclerotic plaques. METHODS: Male Wistar-Kyoto rats were ip injected a single dose of vitamin D3 600 kU·kg·-1·month^-1 and fed an atherogenic diet for 4 months to induce experimental atheroma. Then either placebo or losartan 50 kU·kg·-1·d^-1 was administered in rats for another 2 months. In vitro, the effect of losartan 0.1-10 μmol/L on the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was investigated in Ang Ⅱ-stimulated rat peritoneal macrophages. The expression and activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were monitored by Western blot, RT-PCR, and SDS-PAGE zymography analysis. RESULTS: High levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were expressed in rat atherosclerotic lesions. Losartan significantly reduced the activity and expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 compared with the placebo group (MMP-2, 5861±539 vs 8991±965, P<0.05; MMP-9,10527±1002 vs 14623±2462, P<0.01). In cultured rat peritoneal macrophages, Ang Ⅱ 0.1 μmol/L elicited an increase in MMP-2 and MMP-9 activity and expression that were prevented by losartan in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.01). But the AT2receptor antagonist PD123319 had no effect. CONCLUSION: Losartan reduced the expression and activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in rat atherosclerotic lesions. 10自适应性生物反馈训练对出口梗阻型便秘患者的远期疗效与家庭维持治疗的影响显示文摘目的探讨自适应性生物反馈训练(ABF)对出口梗阻型便秘(OOC)患者远期疗效与家庭维持治疗的影响。方法纳入2010年10月至2013年4月就诊的符合罗马Ⅲ标准的114例OOC患者,进行ABF治疗6周,而后分成家庭维持治疗组和单纯随访观察组,观察ABF治疗后的便秘症状总积分、每周聚乙二醇电解质散剂使用剂量、总有效率和总满意率。统计学分析采用t检验和卡方检验。结果共95例OOC患者被纳入随访研究,其中家庭维持治疗组42例,单纯随访观察组53例。6周ABF治疗后,两组患者便秘症状总积分和每周聚乙二醇电解质散剂使用剂量均较治疗前下降,其中家庭维持治疗组患者6周ABF治疗后36个月的便秘症状总积分、每周聚乙二醇电解质散剂使用剂量分别为(4.86±1.13)分和(5.88±1.14)包,低于治疗前的(11.05±3.26)分和(15.28±4.12)包,差异均有统计学意义(t=2.520,P=0.041;t=3.080,P=0.042);单纯随访观察组患者6周ABF治疗后36个月的便秘症状总积分、每周聚乙二醇电解质散剂使用剂量分别为(7.12±1.25)分和(11.44±2.88)包,与治疗前的(11.07±2.86)分和(15.77±3.78)包相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。家庭维持治疗组患者6周ABF治疗后36个月的总有效率和总满意率均为71.4%(30/42),与治疗结束时的88.1%(37/42)和83.3%%(35/42)相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05);单纯随访观察组6周ABF治疗后12个月的总有效率和总满意率分别为69.8%(37/53)和66.0%(35/53),与治疗结束时的88.7%(47/53)和84.9%(45/53)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均〉0.05),24个月的总有效率和总满意率分别为49.1%(26/53)和47.2%(25/53),低于治疗结束时,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=1.762,P=0.036;χ2=1.928,P=0.041)。结论ABF治疗OOC患者的疗效维持不满2年;而家庭维持治疗疗效可达3年,故其可能是OOC患者维持远期疗效的有效方法。李小平 Jiande DZ Chen 徐月梅 2017中华消化杂志2017,37,7:6
11自适应与固定式生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较自适应式生物反馈与固定式生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘(OOC)的疗效。方法纳入OOC患者120例,按患者来院就诊次序分成两组,其中奇数序列患者编入自适应式生物反馈组,偶数序列患者编入固定式生物反馈组,每组各60例。因失访及中途退出32例,最终88例OOC患者进入研究,其中自适应式生物反馈组48例,固定式生物反馈组40例。完成8周的生物反馈治疗后,比较两组患者肛直肠功能(直肠肛门抑制反射阈、肛管静息压、模拟排便时直肠肛管压力梯度、矛盾性收缩和模拟排便时肛管松弛)、便秘临床症状积分、临床总有效率和总满意率。结果治疗前两组患者肛直肠功能和便秘临床症状积分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后自适应式生物反馈组患者较固定式生物反馈组患者模拟排便时直肠肛管压力梯度增加,矛盾性收缩减少,便秘临床症状积分减少,临床总有效率和总满意率上升(均P<0.05)。治疗后同组患者直肠肛门抑制反射阈、矛盾性收缩和便秘临床症状积分较治疗前明显减少,模拟排便时直肠肛管压力梯度和肛管松弛较治疗前明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论自适应式生物反馈治疗OOC疗效优于固定式生物反馈。邬怡怡 史久煜 李小平 Jiande DZ Chen 2018浙江医学2018,40,12:6
12The Transport Properties of Concrete under the Simultaneous Coupling of Fatigue Load and Environment Factors显示文摘A set of coupling experimental instrument was designed to study the transport properties of chloride ion in concrete under simultaneous coupling action of fatigue load and environmental factors. Firstly the water-saturated performance of modern concrete was investigated, then diffusion performance of chloride ion under different stress levels and different temperature were studied respectively; meanwhile, the time-dependent behavior of the chloride ion diffusion in concrete was also researched. The results showed that the saturation degree of concrete can reach as high as 99%. 13In vivo tracking of neuronal-like cells by magnetic resonance in rabbit models of spinal cord injury显示文摘In vitro experiments have demonstrated that neuronal-like cells derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can survive,migrate,integrate and help to restore the function and behaviors of spinal cord injury models,and that they may serve as a suitable approach to treating spinal cord injury.However,it is very difficult to track transplanted cells in vivo.In this study,we injected superparamagnetic iron oxide-labeled neuronal-like cells into the subarachnoid space in a rabbit model of spinal cord injury.At 7 days after cell transplantation,a small number of dot-shaped low signal intensity shadows were observed in the spinal cord injury region,and at 14 days,the number of these shadows increased on T2-weighted imaging.Perl’s Prussian blue staining detected dot-shaped low signal intensity shadows in the spinal cord injury region,indicative of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle-labeled cells.These findings suggest that transplanted neuronal-like cells derived from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can migrate to the spinal cord injury region and can be tracked by magnetic resonance in vivo.Magnetic resonance imaging represents an efficient noninvasive technique for visually tracking transplanted cells in vivo.Ruiping Zhang Kun Zhang Jianding Li Qiang Liu Jun Xie 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,36:4
14Effect of two-channel gastric electrical stimulation with trains of pulses on gastric motility显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effect of two-channel gastric electrical stimulation(GES) with trains of pulses on gastric emptying and slow waves.METHODS:Seven dogs implanted with four pairs of electrodes and equipped with a duodenal cannula were involved in this study.Two experiments were performed.The f irst experiment included a series of sessions in the fasting state with trains of short or long pulses,each lasted 10 min.A 5-min recording without pacing was made between two sessions.The second experiment was performed in three sessions(control,single-channel GES,and two-channel GES) .The stimulus was applied via the 1st pair of electrodes for single-channel GES(GES via one pair of electrodes located at 14 cm above the pylorus) ,and simultaneously via the 1st and 3rd channels for two-channel GES(GES via two pairs of electrodes located at 6 and 14 cm above the pylorus) .Gastric liquid emptying was collected every 15 min via the cannula for 90 min.RESULTS:GES with trains of pulses at a pulse width of 4 ms or higher was able to entrain gastric slow waves.Two-channel GES was about 50% more efficient than single-channel GES in entraining gastric slow waves.Two-channel but not single-channel GES with trains of pulses was capable of accelerating gastric emptying in healthy dogs.Compared with the control session,two-channel GES signif icantly increased gastric emptying of liquids at 15 min(79.0% ± 6.4% vs 61.3% ± 6.1%,P < 0.01) ,30 min(83.2% ± 6.3 % vs 68.2% ± 6.9%,P < 0.01) ,60 min(86.9% ± 5.5 % vs 74.1% ± 5.9%,P < 0.01) ,and 90 min(91.0% ± 3.4% vs 76.5% ± 5.9%,P < 0.01) .CONCLUSION:Two-channel GES with trains of pulses accelerates gastric emptying in healthy dogs and may have a therapeutic potential for the treatment of gastric motility disorders.Bin Yang Xiao-Hua Hou Geng-Qing Song Jin-Song Liu Jiande DZ Chen 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,19:4
15A blind video watermarking scheme based on ICA and shot segmentation显示文摘Video watermark is the main method to protect the copyright of digital video. In this paper, a blind video watermarking scheme based on independent component analysis (ICA) and shot segmentation is presented. In this scheme, the global histogram comparison approach is used to segment the video, and ICA is performed on each ob- tained segment to get its independent component frames (ICFs). The copyright informa- tion is embedded into the principal independent component frames (PICFs) according to the single watermark embedding (SWE) scheme. The content-based shot segmentation for video sequences is used here to improve the robustness to temporal desynchroniza- tion. The watermark embedded in PICFs provides better robustness to intra-video collu- sion attack. And blind detection is achieved by using the SWE scheme. The simulations show the feasibility and validity of this scheme. It can resist most of the common frame-based and video-based attacks. The watermark can be detected blindly. 16生物反馈与药物治疗出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效和心理状况比较显示文摘目的比较生物反馈与药物治疗出口梗阻型便秘(OOC)的临床疗效和心理状况。方法选取OOC患者随机分成生物反馈组和药物组,应用便秘临床症状积分量表、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定两组患者治疗前及治疗8周后的便秘临床症状积分、临床疗效、SAS、SDS的改善情况,并对两组患者治疗前后以上指标进行统计学比较。结果最终进入研究的OOC患者92例,其中生物反馈组48例,药物组44例。两组治疗前各临床症状积分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);治疗后,生物反馈组各临床症状积分及总临床症状积分明显低于药物治疗组(P<0.05)。生物反馈组总有效率及总满意度均高于药物治疗组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗前SDS、SAS评分差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);两组治疗后SDS、SAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论生物反馈治疗出口梗阻型便秘疗效明显优于药物治疗。史久煜 邬怡怡 李小平 Jiande DZ Chen 2018现代实用医学2018,30,11:4
17自适应式生物反馈与复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗出口梗阻型便秘的疗效比较显示文摘目的比较自适应式生物反馈(ABF)与复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗出口梗阻型便秘(OOC)的临床疗效。方法按患者来院就诊次序分成两组,其中奇数序列患者编入ABF组,偶数序列患者编入复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂组,在治疗4、8周后对两组患者的便秘临床症状总积分、临床总疗效及患者满意度自评进行比较。结果最终77例OOC患者完成研究,其中ABF组35例,复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂组42例。治疗前,两组便秘临床症状总积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,两组便秘临床症状总积分较均治疗前明显下降(均P<0.05),且两组间便秘临床症状总积分、临床总有效率及总满意率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗8周后,ABF组较治疗4周后便秘临床症状总积分下降,临床总有效率及总满意度提高(均P<0.05);复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂组相应数据差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);ABF组便秘临床症状总积分较复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂组低(P<0.05),临床总有效率、总满意率高(均P<0.05)。结论 ABF治疗OOC疗效显著,优于复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂药物。邬怡怡 史久煜 李小平 Jiande DZ Chen 2018现代实用医学2018,30,2:4

The effect of thermal exfoliation temperature on the structure and supercapacitive performance of GSs has been investigated. The results show that the GSs with pore sizes center around 4.0 nm. With an increase of thermal reduction temperature, the number of stacking layers and the structure disorder degree increase, while the oxygen-containing groups content, BET surface area,and electrical resistivity of GSs decrease. The results indicate that 673 K is the preferable thermal exfoliation temperature to acquire good supercapacitive performance. In this case, the GSs have the best supercapacitive performance(233.1 F g-1) in a 6 mol L-1KOH electrolyte. 19Formation mechanism of condensates, waxy and heavy oils in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, NW China显示文摘It is a challenge to determine the source and genetic relationship of condensate, waxy and heavy oils in one given complicated petroliferous area, where developed multiple sets of source rocks with different maturity and various chemical features.The central part of southern margin of Junggar Basin, NW China is such an example where there are condensates, light oils, normal density oils, heavy crude oils and natural gases. The formation mechanism of condensates has been seriously debated for long time;however, no study has integrated it with genetic types of waxy and heavy oils. Taking the central part of southern margin of Junggar Basin as a case, this study employs geological and geochemical methods to determine the formation mechanism of condensates,waxy and heavy oils in a complicated petroliferous area, and reveals the causes and geochemical processes of the co-occurrence of different types of crude oils in this region. Based on detailed geochemical analyses of more than 40 normal crude oils, light oils,condensates and heavy oils, it is found that the condensates are dominated by low carbon number n-alkanes and enriched in light naphthenics and aromatic hydrocarbons. Heptane values of these condensates range from 19% to 21%, isoheptane values from1.9 to 2.1, and toluene/n-heptane ratios from 1.5 to 2.0. The distribution of n-alkanes in the condensates presents a mirror image with high density waxy crude oils and heavy oils. Combined with the oil and gas-source correlations of the crude oils, condensates and natural gas, it is found that the condensates are product of evaporative fractionation and/or phase-controlled fractionation of reservoir crude oils which were derived from mature Cretaceous lacustrine source rocks in the relatively early stage. The waxy oils are the intermediate products of evaporative fractionation and/or phase-controlled fractionation of reservoir crude oils, while the heavy oils are in-situ residuals. Therefore, evaporative fractionation and/or phase-controlled fractionation would account for the formation of the condensate, light oil, waxy oil and heavy oil in the central part of southern margin of Junggar Basin, resulting in a great change of the content in terms of light alkanes, naphthenics and aromatics in condensates, followed by great uncertainties of toluene/n-heptane ratios due to migration and re-accumulation. 20Robust video hashing based on representative-dispersive frames显示文摘This study proposes a robust video hashing for video copy detection.The proposed method,which is based on representative-dispersive frames(R-D frames),can reveal the global and local information of a video.In this method,a video is represented as a graph with frames as vertices.A similarity measure is proposed to calculate the weights between edges.To select R-D frames,the adjacency matrix of the generated graph is constructed,and the adjacency number of each vertex is calculated,and then some vertices that represent the R-D frames of the video are selected.To reveal the temporal and spatial information of the video,all R-D frames are scanned to constitute an image called video tomography image,the fourth-order cumulant of which is calculated to generate a hash sequence that can inherently describe the corresponding video.Experimental results show that the proposed video hashing is resistant to geometric attacks on frames and channel impairments on transmission.NIE XiuShan LIU Ju SUN JianDe WANG LianQi YANG XiaoHui 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,6:3
