4尾矿库溃坝灾害防控现状及发展显示文摘尾矿库溃坝灾害应急响应时间短、潜在威胁巨大,往往造成惨重人员伤亡与巨额财产损失.近些年尾矿库安全事故发生数量的总体下降趋势充分体现出现代化技术及安全管理方面的进步,然而重大事故发生频次却不减反增,2015年巴西Samarco铁矿与2014年加拿大Mount Polley重大溃坝事故及其惨重后果,再次为尾矿库安全敲响警钟.我国现存尾矿库8869座,含"头顶库"1425座,安全形势复杂.本文在收集大量相关领域文献的基础上,聚焦尾矿库溃坝灾害防控体系中的安全监测、灾害预警与应急准备、安全管理与标准规范这三大方面核心内容,分别综述对比国内外现状及前沿进展,探讨分析我国当前所面临的问题并尝试提出改进建议,为尾矿库防灾减灾理论研究与技术革新提供参考.结果表明:(1)我国尾矿库安全监测标准更高,但仪器耐久性、可靠度与实用性不足,专用监测器件与新技术的研发应用势在必行;(2)灾害预警方法单一且可信度不高,而信息技术融合应用成为发展趋势;(3)应急管理与预警决策需以充分的科学论证为基础,当前研究在试验手段与计算方法上存在局限;(4)我国拥有完善的安全管理标准规范体系,但在安全等别划分、全生命周期管理、主体变更、事故总结等方面相对欠缺.王昆 杨鹏 Karen Hudson-Edwards 吕文生 卜磊 2018工程科学学报2018,40,5:58
5Role of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in acute pancreatitis显示文摘Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a useful tool in the evaluation and management of acute pancreatitis. This review will focus on the role of ERCP in specific causes of acute pancreatitis, including microlithiasis and gallstone disease, pancreas divisum, Sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, tumors of the pancreaticobiliary tract, pancreatic pseudocysts, and pancreatic duct injury. Indications for endoscopic techniques such as biliary and pancreatic sphincterotomy, stenting, stricture dilation, treatment of duct leaks, drainage of fluid collections and stone extraction will also be discussed in this review. 10Vitamin D improves inflammatory bowel disease outcomes:Basic science and clinical review显示文摘Vitamin D deficiency is commonly diagnosed among patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Patients with IBD are at risk of low bone density and increased fractures due to low vitamin D levels,long standing disease,and frequent steroid exposures;as a result,it is well established that vitamin D supplementation in this population is important.There is increasing support for the role of vitamin D in strengthening the innate immune system by acting as an immunomodulator and reducing inflammation in experimental and human IBD.The active form of vitamin D,1,25(OH)D3,acts on T cells to promote T helper(Th)2/regulatory T responses over Th1/Th17 responses;suppresses dendritic cell inflammatory activity;induces antibacterial activity;and regulates cytokine production in favor of an antiinflammatory response.Murine and human IBD studies support a therapeutic role of vitamin D in IBD.Risk factors for vitamin D deficiency in this population include decreased sunlight exposure,disease duration,smoking,and genetics.Vitamin D normalization is associated with reduced risk of relapse,reduced risk of IBD-related surgeries,and improvement in quality of life.Vitamin D is an inexpensive supplement which has been shown to improve IBD outcomes.However,further research is required to determine optimal serum vitamin D levels which will achieve beneficial immune effects,and stronger evidence is needed to support the role of vitamin D in inducing disease response and remission,as well as maintaining this improvement in patients’disease states.Krista M Reich Richard N Fedorak Karen Madsen Karen I Kroeker 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,17:34

13中国土地利用多功能性度量(英文)显示文摘人类活动驱动着土地利用的时空变化,进而导致土地利用功能的变化。中国的土地利用具有高度的动态性,对全球可持续发展具有特别重要的意义。对于决策者来说,要准确预见一项发展政策对土地利用及其功能的复杂影响是非常困难的。本文构建了中国土地利用多功能性的度量框架模型,模拟了2010-2025年期间土地利用变化对国家退耕还林还草政策的响应,并确定了相应的土地利用功能的变化。结果表明,国家退耕还林还草政策显著影响着中国土地利用格局,其特征是随着林地面积的扩大,耕地和草地面积在不断减少。在所度量的所有土地利用功能中,经济功能、社会功能显著增强,调节功能略有增强,而环境净化功能、支持功能明显减弱。通过应用表明,本文构建的中国土地利用多功能性度量框架模型有助于各级政府评价土地利用政策的影响。谢高地 甄霖 张彩霞 邓祥征 Hannes Jochen KOENIG Karen TSCHERNING Katharina HELMING 2010Journal of Resources and Ecology2010,1,4:22

16China’s 1-3-7 surveillance and response strategy for malaria elimination: Is case reporting, investigation and foci response happening according to plan?显示文摘Background:The China’s 1-3-7 strategy was initiated and extensively adopted in different types of counties(geographic regions)for reporting of malaria cases within 1 day,their confirmation and investigation within 3 days,and the appropriate public health response to prevent further transmission within 7 days.Assessing the level of compliance to the 1-3-7 strategy at the county level is a first step towards determining whether the surveillance and response strategy is happening according to plan.This study assessed if the time-bound targets of the 1-3-7 strategy were being sustained over time.Such information would be useful to improve implementation of the 1-3-7 strategy in China.Methods:This cross-sectional study involved country-wide programmatic data for the period January 1st 2013 to June 30th 2014.Data variables were extracted from the national malaria information system and included socio-demographic information,type of county,date of diagnosis,date of reporting,date of case investigation,case classification(indigenous,or imported,or unknown),focus investigation,date of reactive case detection(RACD),and date of indoor residual spraying(IRS).Summary statistics and proportions were used and comparisons between groups were assessed using the chi-square test.Level of significance was set at a P-value≤0.05.Results:Of a total of 5,688 malaria cases from 731 counties,there were 55(1%)indigenous cases(only in Type 1 and Type 2 counties)and 5,633(99%)imported cases from all types of counties.There was no delay in reporting malaria cases by type of county.In terms of case investigation,97.5%cases were investigated within 3 days with the proportion of delays(1.5%)in type 2 counties,being significantly lower than type 1 counties(4.1%).Regarding active foci,96.4%were treated by RACD and/or IRS.Conclusions:The performance of 1-3-7 strategy was encouraging but identified some challenges that if addressed can further improve implementation.Shui-Sen Zhou Shao-Sen Zhang Li Zhang Aafje ECRietveld Andrew RRamsay Rony Zachariah Karen Bissell Rafael Van den Bergh Zhi-Gui Xia Xiao-Nong Zhou Richard ECibulskis 2015Infectious Diseases of Poverty2015,4,1:21
17Hyperhomocysteinemia as a potential contributor of colorectal cancer development in inflammatory bowel diseases: A review显示文摘Homocysteine is an amino acid generated metabolically by the S-adenosylmethionine-dependent transmethylation pathway. In addition to being a well-known independent risk factor for coronary heart disease, is also a risk factor for cancer. Patients suffering from inflammatory bowel diseases(IBD) including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are at increased risk of developing colorectal cancer in comparison to healthy individuals. Furthermore, the risk of hyperhomocysteinaemia is significantly higher in IBD patients when compared with controls. 18Evolving concepts in bone infection: redefining “biofilm”,“acute vs. chronic osteomyelitis”, “the immune proteome” and “local antibiotic therapy”显示文摘Osteomyelitis is a devastating disease caused by microbial infection of bone. While the frequency of infection following elective orthopedic surgery is low, rates of reinfection are disturbingly high. Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for the majority of chronic osteomyelitis cases and is often considered to be incurable due to bacterial persistence deep within bone. Unfortunately, there is no consensus on clinical classifications of osteomyelitis and the ensuing treatment algorithm. Given the high patient morbidity,mortality, and economic burden caused by osteomyelitis, it is important to elucidate mechanisms of bone infection to inform novel strategies for prevention and curative treatment. Recent discoveries in this field have identified three distinct reservoirs of bacterial biofilm including: Staphylococcal abscess communities in the local soft tissue and bone marrow, glycocalyx formation on implant hardware and necrotic tissue, and colonization of the osteocyte-lacuno canalicular network(OLCN) of cortical bone. In contrast, S.aureus intracellular persistence in bone cells has not been substantiated in vivo, which challenges this mode of chronic osteomyelitis. There have also been major advances in our understanding of the immune proteome against S. aureus, from clinical studies of serum antibodies and media enriched for newly synthesized antibodies(MENSA), which may provide new opportunities for osteomyelitis diagnosis, prognosis, and vaccine development. Finally, novel therapies such as antimicrobial implant coatings and antibiotic impregnated 3D-printed scaffolds represent promising strategies for preventing and managing this devastating disease. 19Sex differences in cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease显示文摘Sex differences in neurocognitive abilities have been extensively explored both in the healthy population andin many disorders. Until recently, however, little work has examined such differences in people with Alzheimer's disease(AD). This is despite clear evidence that AD is more prevalent in women, and converging lines of evidence from brain imaging, post-mortem analyses, hormone therapy and genetics suggesting that AD affects men and women differently. We provide an overview of evidence attesting to the poorer cognitive profiles in women than in men at the same stage of AD. Indeed, men significantly outperform women in several cognitive domains, including: Language and semantic abilities, visuospatial abilities and episodic memory. These differences do not appear to be attributable to any differences in age, education, or dementia severity. Reasons posited for this female disadvantage include a reduction of estrogen in postmenopausal women, greater cognitive reserve in men, and the influence of the apolipoprotein E ε4 allele. 20土源性线虫感染对儿童生长发育影响及相关因素分析显示文摘目的了解中国西南贫困地区儿童土源性线虫感染现状,分析其对儿童生长发育的影响。方法在四川省和贵州省随机选取3个国家级贫困县,采用改良加藤厚涂片法对受检儿童粪便进行病原学检查并进行问卷调查。采用普通最小二乘法(OLS)分析土源性线虫感染情况、个体特征、饮食卫生习惯和家庭特征等相关因素对儿童身体质量指数(BMI)、身高和体重的影响。结果共粪检1 707名儿童,土源性线虫感染率为22.2%。OLS分析显示感染土源性线虫、性别、年龄、母亲受教育程度、饮用生水、饲养畜禽等6个因素差异均有统计学意义,并与儿童身高和体重存在负相关关系。结论中国西南农村贫困地区儿童感染土源性线虫与生长发育存在负相关关系。土源性线虫感染与母亲的文化程度密切相关。应加大力度控制儿童土源性线虫的感染。王晓兵 王国飞 张林秀 罗仁福 王聚君 Alexis Medina Karen Eggleston Scott Rozelle Scott Smith 2013中国血吸虫病防治杂志2013,25,3:18
