| 1 | 秸秆在土壤内分解初期氮素矿化与固持的模拟测定显示文摘利用模拟软件Modelmaker对3种作物秸秆在土壤内分解初期氮素循环转化过程进行了模拟,取得了土壤铵态氮、硝态氮、微生物氮及其15N丰度等6个变量模拟值和测定值的良好一致性.模型模拟对氮转化速率测定的结果表明,土壤微生物主要固持铵态氮,对硝态氮固持非常微弱.氮矿化主要发生于作物秸秆,腐殖质氮的矿化极其微弱.一级动力学方程对秸秆氮素矿化过程的描述优于零级动力学方程.微生物固持氮的再矿化过程落后于氮固持过程,假定再矿化不发生或认为再矿化与固持化同时进行可导致氮矿化与固持速率测定的严重误差.忽略氮硝化过程和挥发损失将导致氮矿化和固持速率的测定值偏低.净固持或净矿化的产生不仅与秸秆碳氮比有关,而且与秸秆在土壤内分解时间有关. | 胡希远 Kuehne R.F. | 2005 | 应用生态学报2005，16，2： | 24 |

| 3 | Growth and form of Quercus robur and Fraxinus excelsior respond distinctly different to initial growing space: results from 24-year-old Nelder experiments显示文摘Initial growing space is of critical importance to growth and quality development of individual trees. We investigated how mortality, growth (diameter at breast height, total height), natural pruning (height to first dead and first live branch and branchiness) and stem and crown form of 24-year-old pedunculate oak (Quercus robur [L.]) and European ash (Fraxinus excelsior [L.]) were affected by initial spacing. Data were recorded from two replicate single-species Nelder wheels located in southern Germany with eight initial stocking regimes varying from 1,020 to 30,780 seedlings·ha -1 . Mortality substantially decreased with increasing initial growing space but significantly differed among the two species, averaging 59% and 15% for oak and ash plots, respectively. In contrast to oak, the low self-thinning rate found in the ash plots over the investigated study period resulted in a high number of smaller intermediate or suppressed trees, eventually retarding individual tree as well as overall stand development. As a result, oak gained greater stem dimensions throughout all initial spacing regimes and the average height of ash significantly increased with initial growing space. The survival of lower crown class ashes also appeared to accelerate self-pruning dynamics. In comparison to oak, we observed less dead and live primary branches as well as a smaller number of epicormic shoots along the first 6m of the lower stemof dominant and co-dominant ashes in all spacing regimes. Whereas stem form of both species was hardly affected by initial growing space, the percentage of brushy crowns significantly increased with initial spacing in oak and ash. Our findings suggest that initial stockings of ca. 12,000 seedlings per hectare in oak and 2,500 seedlings per hectare in ash will guarantee a sufficient number of at least 300 potential crop trees per hectare in pure oak and ash plantations at the end of the self-thinning phase, respectively. | 5 | Role of fast-setting cements in arthroplasty: A comparative analysis of characteristics显示文摘AIM To evaluate the behaviour of two fast-setting polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) cements CMW~? 2 G and Palacos~? fast R + G, as reference: Standard-setting Palacos~? R + G.METHODS The fast-setting cements CMW~? 2 G and Palacos~? fast R + G were studied, using standard-setting high viscosity Palacos~? R + G as a reference. Eleven units(of two batch numbers) of each cement were tested. All cements were mixed as specified by the manufacturer and analysed on the following parameters: Handling properties(mixing, waiting, working and hardening phase) according to Kuehn, Mechanical properties according to ISO 5833 and DIN 53435, Fatigue strength according to ISO 16402, Benzoyl Peroxide(BPO)-Content by titration, powder/liquid-ratio by weighing, antibiotic elution profile by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. All tests were done in an acclimatised laboratory with temperatures set at 23.5 ℃± 0.5 ℃ and a humidity of > 40%. RESULTS Palacos~? fast R + G showed slightly shorter handling properties(doughing, hardening phase, n = 12) than CMW~? 2 G, allowing to reduce operative time and to optimise cemented cup implantation. Data of the quasistatic properties of ISO 5833 and DIN 53435 of both cements tested was comparable. The ISO compressive strength(MPa) of Palacos~? fast R + G was significantly higher than CMW~? 2 G, resulting in ANOVA(P < 0.01) and two sample t-test(P < 0.01) at 0.05 level of significance(n = 20). Palacos~? fast R + G showed a higher fatigue strength of about 18% mean(ISO 16402) of 15.3 MPa instead of 13.0 MPa for CMW~? 2 G(n = 5 × 10~6 cycles). Palacos~? fast R + G and CMW~? 2 G differed only by 0.11%(n = 6) with the former having the higher content. The BPO-content of both cements were therefore comparable. CMW~? 2 G had a powder/liquid ratio of 2:1, Palacos~? fast R + G of 2.550:1 due to a higher powder content. Despite its higher gentamicin content, CMW~? 2 G showed a significantly lower antibiotic elution over time than Palacos~? fast R + G(n = 3). | 6 | Observation of a p mass threshold enhancement in ψ′→π+π-J/ψ(J/ψ→γp) decay显示文摘The decay channel ψ→π+π-J/ψ(J/ψ→γp) is studied using a sample of 1.06×108 ψ events collected by the BESIII experiment at BEPCII. A strong enhancement at threshold is observed in the p invariant mass spectrum. The enhancement can be fitted with an S-wave Breit-Wigner resonance function with a resulting peak mass of M =1861+6-13 (stat)+7-26 (syst) MeV/c2 and a narrow width that is Γ <38 MeV/c2 at the 90% confidence level.
