| 1 | 小胶质细胞再激活可缓解脑损伤后炎症反应并促进脑功能恢复显示文摘中枢神经系统疾病或损伤后,小胶质细胞介导的慢性神经炎症反应会损伤局部脑组织,加重病情,不利于神经功能的恢复。小胶质细胞的激活通过集落刺激因子1受体(CSF1R)信号通路,CSF1R抑制剂可阻断小胶质细胞的激活。抑制慢性神经炎症反应是治疗中枢神经系统疾病的有效方法,但长时间抑制小胶质细胞在临床实践中无法实现。值得注意的是,去掉CSF1R抑制剂可刺激中枢神经系统内新的小胶质细胞的彻底重激活。本课题组建立小鼠广泛性神经元丢失模型,在该模型中探讨急性小胶质细胞的消除及再激活的作用。神经元的丢失导致了较长时间的神经炎性反应,表现为小胶质细胞肿胀,并表达CD68和CD45;同时,细胞因子、趋化因子、补体及其他炎症信号的表达增加。小胶质细胞的再激活可以缓解上述炎症反应,还可以促进小鼠神经功能的恢复,即使该小鼠的海马神经元丢失80%,其在水迷宫测试中的得分与正常小鼠的得分相差无几。对突触的分析结果显示,小胶质细胞的再激活可增加PSD95和突触泡蛋白点状突触体的表达,提示小胶质细胞有助于重塑和调节突触的形态和功能。综上所述,本研究结果显示,小胶质细胞的短时间消除及再激活可能是一种新颖有效的方法用于减少神经炎性反应并促进脑功能恢复。 | Rice RA Pham J Lee RJ Najafi AR West BL Green KN 唐颖馨(编译) | 2017 | 神经损伤与功能重建2017，12，3： | 9 |
| 2 | High level of preoperative carbohydrate antigen 19-9 is a poor survival predictor in gastric cancer显示文摘AIM:To assess the clinical significance and the prognostic value of preoperative serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA 19-9)level in gastric cancer.METHODS:Between January 2005 and December2006,1960 patients underwent surgery for histologically confirmed gastric cancer.Of these,163 patients had elevated serum levels of CA 19-9 preoperatively,and1628 patients had normal serum levels of CA 19-9 preoperatively.For this study,325 patients were selected from the group of 1628 patients by age,sex,and cancer stage to serve as controls.Statistically significant differences in survival rates were calculated using the log-rank test.A P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant and was determined using SAS software.RESULTS:The baseline characteristics showed some differences between the two groups with regard to histology.Overall survival(OS)in the elevated and nonelevated group was 37.90 and 68.67 mo,respectively(P<0.001).N stage(P=0.001)was a significant predictor of disease-free survival by multivariate analysis.Also,N stage(P<0.001),and the presence of peritoneal metastasis(P<0.001)remained independent factors in predicting OS by multivariate analysis.Additionally,preoperative serum CA 19-9 levels were significantly associated with OS in univariate(P=0.009)and multivariate(P=0.021)analyses.CONCLUSION:Serum CA 19-9 can be considered an independent prognostic factor in predicting OS in patients anticipating surgery for gastric cancer. | A Ra Choi Jun Chul Park Jie-Hyun Kim Sung Kwan Shin Sang Kil Lee Yong Chan Lee Jae Bock Chung | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013，19，32： | 8 |

| 6 | Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive fraction of alpha-fetoprotein improves diagnostic accuracy for hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘BACKGROUND Diagnostic accuracy of various tumor markers and their combinations for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)was not fully investigated.AIM To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),the Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive fraction of AFP(AFP-L3),and protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist-II(PIVKA-II)and their combination for HCC diagnosis.METHODS Patients with newly detected liver mass or elevated serum AFP levels were considered eligible.Serum AFP level,AFP-L3 fraction,and PIVKA-II level were measured at the first visit.RESULTS In total,622 patients were included;355 patients(57.1%)had chronic liver disease,and 208(33.4%)had liver cirrhosis.HCC was diagnosed in 160 patients(25.7%).The area under the receiver operating characteristics curves(AUROCs)of the serum AFP,AFP-L3 fraction,AFP-L3,and PIVKA-II levels for the diagnosis of HCC were 0.775,0.792,0.814,and 0.834,respectively.A novel diagnostic model was developed by classifying patients in a 1:1 ratio into training and validation sets.Using the binary regression analysis of the training cohort,the AFP,AFP-L3 fraction,and PIVKA-II(ALPs)score was calculated as follows:ALPs score=3.8×[serum AFP level(ng/mL)×AFP-L3 fraction(%)×0.01]+0.2×PIVKA-II level(mAU/mL).The AUROC of the ALPs score for diagnosis of HCC was 0.878,significantly higher than that of serum AFP level(P<0.001),AFP-L3 fraction(P<0.001),PIVKA-II level(P=0.036),and AFP-L3 level(P=0.006).The optimal ALPs score cut-off was 5.3(sensitivity,85.0%,specificity 80.1%).The validation cohort showed similar results.CONCLUSION The ALPs score calculated using serum AFP level,AFP-L3 fraction,and PIVKA-II level showed improved accuracy in HCC diagnosis. | Han Ah Lee Yoo Ra Lee Young-Sun Lee Young Kul Jung Ji Hoon Kim Hyunggin An Hyung Joon Yim Yoon Tae Jeen Jong Eun Yeon Kwan Soo Byun Yeon Seok Seo | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，28： | 2 |

| 9 | A case of hypereosinophilic syndrome presenting with intractable gastric ulcers显示文摘We report a rare case of hypereosinophilic syndrome(HES)presenting with intractable gastric ulcers.A 71-year-old man was admitted with epigastric pain.Initial endoscopic findings revealed multiple,active gastric ulcers in the gastric antrum.He underwent Helicobacter pylori(H pylori)eradication therapy followed by proton pump inhibitor(PPI)therapy.However,follow-up endoscopy at 4,6,10 and 14 mo revealed persistent multiple gastric ulcers without significant improvement.The proportion of his eosinophil count increased to 43%(total count:7903/mm 3).Abdominal-pelvic and chest computed tomography scans showed multiple small nodules in the liver and both lungs.The endoscopic biopsy specimen taken from the gastric antrum revealed prominent eosinophilic infiltration,and the liver biopsy specimen also showed eosinophilic infiltration in the portal tract and sinusoid.A bone marrow biopsy disclosed eosinophilic hyperplasia as well as increased cellularity of 70%.The patient was finally diagnosed with HES involving the stomach,liver,lung,and bone marrow.When gastric ulcers do not improve despite H pylori eradication and prolonged PPI therapy,infiltrative gastric disorders such as HES should be considered. | Tae Young Park Chang Hwan Choi Suh Yoon Yang InSoo Oh In-Do Song Hyun Woong Lee Hyung Joon Kim Jae Hyuk Do Sae Kyung Chang Ah Ra Cho Young Joo Cha | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，48： | 2 |
