2点阵激光联合富血小板血浆治疗痤疮瘢痕显示文摘背景富血小板血浆(PRP)因其富含大量的生长因子,已经被应用于增强激光治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效,但是其具体作用机制尚不得而知。目的 本研究旨在探讨PRP联合点阵激光治疗痤疮瘢痕背后的分子机制。方法 受试者的痤疮瘢痕程度从轻度到中度,采用自身对照的方法,受试者在使用点阵CO_2激光治疗后,一侧面部使用PRP辅助治疗,另一侧不使用PRP。设立患者皮肤活检状态的基线,在治疗后第1天、第3天、第7天和第28天分别获得皮肤活检标本并进行检测,研究激光联合PRP后皮肤相关变化的分子层面因素。结果 激光联合PRP治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效更佳,降低了红斑、肿胀和渗出等不良反应的严重程度。Min S Yoon JY Park SY 2018中国医疗美容2018,8,1:12
3The valence electron structure and property analysis of TiC显示文摘The valence electron structure of TiC was calculated by using the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules. The calculated results show that with the increase of temperature the number of common electrons of TiC increases, which indicates that TiC has a good thermal stability; and there exists a close relationship between hardness and brittleness of TiC. According to the number of lattice electrons, the differences among the crystals with different structures can be explained qualitatively.
