| 1 | Extraordinary evanescent field confinement waveguide sensor for mid-infrared trace gas spectroscopy显示文摘Nanophotonic waveguides are at the core of a great variety of optical sensors.These structures confine light along defined paths on photonic chips and provide light-matter interaction via an evanescent field.However,waveguides still lag behind free-space optics for sensitivity-critical applications such as trace gas detection.Short optical pathlengths,low interaction strengths,and spurious etalon fringes in spectral transmission are among the main reasons why on-chip gas sensing is still in its infancy.In this work,we report on a mid-infrared integrated waveguide sensor that successfully addresses these drawbacks.This sensor operates with a 107%evanescent field confinement factor in air,which not only matches but also outperforms free-space beams in terms of the per-length optical interaction.Furthermore,negligible facet reflections result in a flat spectral background and record-low absorbance noise that can finally compete with free-space spectroscopy.The sensor performance was validated at 2.566μm,which showed a 7 ppm detection limit for acetylene with only a 2 cm long waveguide. | Marek Vlk Anurup Datta Sebastián Alberti Henock Demessie Yallew Vinita Mittal Ganapathy Senthil Murugan Jána Jagerská | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021，10，2： | 9 |

| 3 | Multiple haploids, triploids, and tetraploids found in modern-day “living fossil” Ginkgo biloba显示文摘Ginkgo biloba,the last extant representative of a lineage of Mesozoic gymnosperms,is one of the few seed plants with an exceptionally long(~300 Myr)evolutionary history free of genome-wide duplications(polyploidy).Despite this genome conservatism,we have recently found a viable spontaneous tetraploid Ginkgo sapling during routine screening of several plants,demonstrating that natural polyploidy is possible in Ginkgo.Here we provide a much wider flow cytometry survey of ploidy in some European Ginkgo collections,and own seedlings(>2200 individuals and~200 cultivars).We found a surprisingly high level of ploidy variation in modern-day Ginkgo and documented altogether 13 haploid,3 triploid,and 10 tetraploid Ginkgo plants or cultivars,most of them being morphologically distinct from common diploids.Haploids frequently produced polyploid(dihaploid)buds or branches.Tetraploids showed some genome size variation.The surveyed plants provide a unique resource for future Ginkgo research and breeding,and they might be used to accelerate the modern diversification of this nearly extinct plant lineage. | PetrŠmarda Lucie Horová Ondřej Knápek Heidi Dieck Martin Dieck Katarína Ražná Pavel Hrubík Laszlo Orlóci Laszlo Papp Kristýna Veselá Pavel Veselý Petr Bureš | 2018 | Horticulture Research2018，5，1： | 4 |
| 4 | Color 3D Reverse Engineering显示文摘This paper presents a principle and a method of col or 3D laser scanning measurement. Based on the fundamental monochrome 3D measureme nt study, color information capture, color texture mapping, coordinate computati on and other techniques are performed to achieve color 3D measurement. The syste m is designed and composed of a line laser light emitter, one color CCD camera, a motor-driven rotary filter, a circuit card and a computer. Two steps in captu ring object’s images in the measurement process: First, the color CCD camera ta kes the color picture of the object to be used for texture mapping in post proce ssing. Secondly, the monochrome data of the object is taken. The laser light emi tter is started; the light plane and the surface of the object intersect to form an undulate line, which forms an image on the CCD sensor. After the optic- electronics transformation, the electronic signals are captured and send to the computer. A new color 3D measurement model was derived, and a rapid calibra ting method to measure the system parameters was proposed--optical plane equat ion calibrating method. A calibrating drone was designed and built. 3D color sca nning system not only provides an object’s individual point information in the 3D coordinate, in the mean time, it provides the color information of each indiv idual point. This paper also advances a multi-frame auto-merging method, i.e. several frames of color 3D digital images measured are merged quickly according to their curvature characteristics and RGB information. Initial matching and fin e tune of the registration are completely performed by the computer; initial mat ching is via user interface in helping computer to find the transformation matri x. The transformation matrix is found according to the geometric characteristics chosen by hand. After the initial transformation matrix is found, fine tune of the registration is preformed to do the optimum adjustment to achieve a complete color textured 3D model.
