1Galerkin法研究磁场和热辐射作用下的非牛顿纳米流体在垂直平板间的流动和自然对流换热特性(英文)显示文摘研究了在磁场和热辐射作用下,非牛顿纳米流体在两个无限大的垂直平板间流动的自然对流换热和流动特性。首先,采用相似变换法,将偏微分形式的动量和能量守恒方程转化为特殊边界条件下的非线性常微分方程组。应用Galerkin方法(GM),获得非线性常微分方程组的解析解,并给出了非线性常微分方程组的数值解。对比分析解析解和数值解,验证了模型的准确性、精度和可靠性。最后,综合考虑了磁场、辐射参数和纳米流体体积分数等参数对速度、摩擦阻力系数和Nusselt数分布的影响。结果表明,随着磁力作用的增大,速度场、摩擦阻力系数和热性能下降。辐射参数虽然对增强的速度场影响不大,但降低了摩擦阻力系和Nusselt数的影响。Peyman MAGHSOUDI Gholamreza SHAHRIARI Hamed RASAM Sadegh SADEGHI 2019Journal of Central South University2019,26,5:6
2Polymeric vs hydroxyapatite-based scaffolds on dental pulp stem cell proliferation and differentiation显示文摘AIM: To evaluate adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells(h DPSCs) on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials. METHODS: hD PSCs were isolated from human dental pulp tissues of extracted wisdom teeth and established in stem cell growth medium. h DPSCs at passage 3-5 were seeded on four commercially available scaffold biomaterials, SureO ss(Allograft), Cerabone(Xenograft), PLLA(Synthetic), and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite), for 7 and 14 d in osteogenic medium. Cell adhesion and morphology to the scaffolds were evaluated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). Cell proliferation and differentiation into osteogenic lineage were evaluated using DNA counting and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity assay, respectively. RESULTS: All scaffold biomaterials except Sure Oss(Allograft) supported h DPSC adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. hD PSCs seeded on PLLA(Synthetic) scaffold showed the highest cell proliferation and attachment as indicated with both SEM and DNA counting assay. Evaluating the osteogenic differentiation capability of hD PSCs on different scaffold biomaterials with ALP activity assay showed high level of ALP activity on cells cultured on PLLA(Synthetic) and OSTEON ⅡCollagen(Composite) scaffolds. SEM micrographs also showed that in the presence of Cerabone(Xenograft) and OSTEON Ⅱ Collagen(Composite) scaffolds, the h DPSCs demonstrated the fibroblastic phenotype with several cytoplasmic extension, while the cells on PLLA scaffold showed the osteoblastic-like morphology, round-like shape. CONCLUSION: PLLA scaffold supports adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of hD PSCs. 3Multifunctional bioactive core-shell electrospun membrane capable to terminate inflammatory cycle and promote angiogenesis in diabetic wound显示文摘Diabetic wound(DW)healing is a major clinical challenge due to multifactorial complications leading to prolonged inflammation.Electrospun nanofibrous(NF)membranes,due to special structural features,are promising biomaterials capable to promote DW healing through the delivery of active agents in a controlled manner.Herein,we report a multifunctional composite NF membrane loaded with ZnO nanoparticles(NP)and oregano essential oil(OEO),employing a new loading strategy,capable to sustainedly co-deliver bioactive agents.Physicochemical characterization revealed the successful fabrication of loaded nanofibers with strong in vitro anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant activities.Furthermore,in vivo wound healing confirmed the potential of bioactive NF membranes in epithelialization and granulation tissue formation.The angiogenesis was greatly prompted by the bioactive NF membranes through expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Moreover,the proposed NF membrane successfully terminated the inflammatory cycle by downregulating the pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin��6(IL-6)and matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9).In vitro and in vivo studies revealed the proposed NF membrane is a promising dressing material for the healing of DW.Atta ur Rehman Khan Kai Huang Mina Shahriari Khalaji Fan Yu Xianrui Xie Tonghe Zhu Yosry Morsi Zhao Jinzhong Xiumei Mo 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,9:3
4Aging behavior of a copper-bearing high-strength low-carbon steel显示文摘The effects of aging temperature and time on the hardness and impact toughness of a copper-bearing high-strength low-carbon steel were investigated. The hardness of the aged samples reached maxima after 1 h and 5 h of aging at 500 and 450℃, respectively; this increase in hardness was followed by a decrease in hardness until a temperature of 700℃, at which secondary hardening was observed. The impact toughness of the aged steel was found to be higher for 5 h of aging. Transmission electron microscopy confirmed the presence of carbide and copper precipitates; also, the secondary hardening could be the result of the transformation of austenite(formed in the aging treatment) to martensite. Differential scanning calorimetry of the steel was performed to better understand the precipitation behavior. 6Osteochondral autograft transfer (mosaicplasty) for treatment of patients with osteochondral lesions of talus显示文摘Purpose:Osteochondral lesion of talus(OLT)is one of the common causes of ankle pain.This disorder is common in young athletes after ankle injury.There are various therapeutic options.One of the options is mosaic plasticizer.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of mosaicplasty on improvement of symptoms of patients with osteochondral lesions of talus.Methods:Nineteen patients with osteochondral lesions of talus participated in this study,who were treated with mosaicplasty.Before and after treatment,pain(visual analogue scale),function(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society),range of motion and radiographic signs were evaluated.Results:The results of this study showed that mosaicplasty could significantly reduce pain,increase function and improve radiographic symptoms.The range of motion increased after treatment,which was not significant.Conclusion:We can confirm the effect of mosaicplasty on the improvement of patients with osteochondral lesions of the ankle,suggesting it as a treatment option.Amir Sabaghzadeh Fateme Mirzaee Heydar Shahriari Rad Fateme Bahramian Ardeshir Alidousti Hamidreza Aslani 2020Chinese Journal of Traumatology2020,23,1:2

11Diversity and biomass of different functional groups of herbaceous species along an altitudinal gradient in the semi-arid Zagros mountain forests of Iran显示文摘The response of diversity and biomass of herbaceous functional groups along an altitudinal gradient in mountainous forests of southern Zagros,Khuzestan Province,Iran was studied by sampling vegetation in 30 circular 1000-m^2 plots in herb layer of the forest floor within 646–2447 m asl(lowland:<1000 m asl,midland:1000–2000 m asl,highland:>2000 m asl).The most important herbaceous functional groups were classified based on two aspects of growth form:annuals–perennials,grasses–forbs.Then the relationship between the diversity,richness,evenness,biomass and elevation was analyzed.The results showed that the annual functional group in the low-and midland classes,and perennial functional group in the lowland class had the highest species diversity and evenness in annual and perennial functional groups,respectively(p<0.01).The perennials in the highland class had the maximum total,above-and belowground dry biomass(p<0.01).On the other hand,the forb functional group in the lowland class had the greatest species diversity,richness,and evenness(p<0.01)and in the highland class had the maximum total dry,above-and belowground dry biomass in the grass and forb functional groups(p<0.01).Increasing the diversity,richness,and species evenness resulted in a decrease in the plant dry biomass.Hafizollah Shahriari Kambiz Abrari Vajari Babak Pilehvar Mehdi Heydari 2020Journal of Forestry Research2020,31,5:1
