| 1 | 阿法骨化醇对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症防治作用的实验研究显示文摘目的 探讨从骨量、骨结构、骨力学和骨转换等方面研究阿法骨化醇对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法 5 3只健康雌性未交配 6个月龄Wistar大鼠分为 6组 (1)基线组 (Base) 6个月龄时处死 ;(2 )假手术组 (Sham) ;(3)去卵巢 (OVX)治疗前对照组 (OVXb) ;(4 )OVX治疗末对照组(OVXe) ;(5 )OVX后雌激素治疗组 (O +E) ;(6 )OVX后阿法骨化醇治疗组 (O +VD)OVX后 6周开始经胃肠给予阿法骨化醇每天 0 .1μg/kg ,共 8周。动物处死前留取 2 4h尿标本 ,处死时留取右侧胫骨、股骨和血标本。进行骨组织计量学动态和静态指标分析 ,计算机断层扫描 (pQCT)检查 ,股骨远端凹入实验和血尿骨转换指标测定。结果 O +VD的骨小梁面积较未治疗组增加l0 6 .7% (12 .0 %± 1.1%比 5 .8%± 1.3% ,P <0 .0 1)。pQCT检查表明 ,O +VD的股骨远端松质骨骨量和骨密度分别较OVXe增加 10 9.2 %和 133.1% ,P均 <0 .0 1。O +VD组的股骨远端松质骨的最大载荷较OVXe增加 170 .8%(2l.3%± 4.0 %比 7.9%± 1.9%P <0 .0 5 )。O +VD的尿脱氧吡啶啉较OVXe显著下降 (降低5 8 9% ,P <0 .0l)。结论 阿法骨化醇能使OVX骨质疏松症大鼠的骨量增加 ,骨小梁的结构改善 ,同时使松质骨的力学特性得以改善 。 | 夏维波 孟迅吾 邢小平 周学瀛 胡莹莹 Victor Shen DD WU | 2000 | 中华医学杂志2000，80，9： | 9 |
