2INTELLIGENT VIRTUAL CONTROL:MEASURING INSTRUMENT FROM WHOLE TO PART显示文摘A new concept called intelligent virtual control (IVC), which can be driven by measuring functions, is put forward. This small 'intelligent measurement instrument unit (IMIU)', carrying with functions of instrument, consists of different types of intelligent virtual instrument (IVI) through individual components together as building blocks and can be displayed directly on the computer screen. This is a new concept of measuring instrument, and also an important breakthrough after virtual instrument (VI). Virtual control makes instrument resources obtain further exploitation. It brings about a fundamental change to the design and manufacturing mode. The instrument therefore, can not only be produced directly inside a PC, but the product is involved in the 'green product' system. 9A Hazard Assessment Method for Potential Earthquake-Induced Landslides – A Case Study in Huaxian County, Shaanxi Province显示文摘The hazard assessment of potential earthquake-induced landslides is an important aspect of the study of earthquake-induced landslides. In this study, we assessed the hazard of potential earthquake-induced landslides in Huaxian County with a new hazard assessment method. This method is based on probabilistic seismic hazard analysis and the Newmark cumulative displacement assessment model. The model considers a comprehensive suite of information, including the seismic activities and engineering geological conditions in the study area, and simulates the uncertainty of the intensity parameters of the engineering geological rock groups using the Monte Carlo method. Unlike previous assessment studies on ground motions with a given exceedance probability level, the hazard of earthquake-induced landslides obtained by the method presented in this study allows for the possibility of earthquake-induced landslides in different parts of the study area in the future. The assessment of the hazard of earthquake-induced landslides in this study showed good agreement with the historical distribution of earthquake-induced landslides. 10Optimization of construction scheme and supporting technology for HJS soft rock tunnel显示文摘For a soft rock tunnel under high stress in jointed and swell soft rock(HJS), two construction schemes pilot-tunneling enlarging excavation and step-by-step excavation were optimized using FLAC2 D, and the deformation effects of the two construction schemes were verified by field tests. Based on engineering geological investigation and mechanical analysis of large deformations, the complex deformation mechanisms of stress expansion and structural deformation of the soft rock tunnel were confirmed,and support countermeasures from the complex deformation mechanism converted to a single type were proposed, and the support parameters were optimized by field tests. 15Demodulation Based on Harmonic Wavelet and Its Application into Rotary Machinery Fault Diagnosis显示文摘The harmonic wavelet transform(HWT) and its fast realization based on fast Fourier transform(FFT) are introduced. Its ability to maintain the same amplitude-frequency feature is revealed. A new method to construct the time-frequency(TF) spectrum of HWT is proposed, which makes the HWT TF spectrum able to correctly reflect the time-frequency-amplitude distribution of the signal. A new way to calculate the HWT coefficients is proposed. By zero padding the data taken out, the non-decimated coefficients of HWT are obtained. Theoretical analysis shows that the modulus of the coefficients obtained by the new calculation way and living at a certain scale are the envelope of the component in the corresponding frequency band. By taking the cross section of the new TF spectrum, the demodulation for the component at a certain frequency band can be realized. A comparison with the Hilbert demodulation combined with band-pass filtering is done, which indicates for multi-components, the method proposed here is more suitable since it realizes ideal band-pass filtering and avoids pass band selecting. 17Measurement system for wind turbine acoustic noise assessment based on IEC standard and Qin's model显示文摘A novel measurement system specially used in noise emission assessment and verification of wind turbine generator systems is presented that complies with specifications given in IEC 61400-11 to ensure the process consistency and accuracy. Theory elements of the calculation formula used for the sound power level of wind turbine have been discussed for the first time, and detailed calculation procedure of tonality and audibility integrating narrowband analysis and psychoacoustics is described. With a microphone and two PXI cards inserted into a PC, this system is designed in Qin′s model using VMIDS development system. Benefiting from the virtual instrument architecture, it′s the first time that all assessment process have been integrated into an organic whole, which gives full advantages of its efficiency, price, and facility. 18IMPROVED METHOD FOR HILBERT INSTANTANEOUS FREQUENCY ESTIMATION显示文摘In the mechanical fault detection and diagnosis field,it is more and more important to analyze the instantaneous frequency (IF) character of complex vibration signal.The improved IF estimation method is put forward aiming at the shortage of traditional Hilbert transform.It is based on Hilbert transform in wavelet domain.With the help of relationship between the real part and the imaginary part obtained from the complex coefficient of continuous wavelet transform or the analyti- cal signal reconstructed in wavelet packet decomposition,the instantaneous phase function of the subcomponent is extracted.In order to improve the precise of IF estimated out,some means such as Linear regression,adaptive filtering,resampling are applied into the instantaneous phase obtained, then,the central differencing operator is used to get desired IF.Simulation results with synthetic and gearbox fault signals are included to illustrate the proposed method.BO Lin LIU Xiaofeng QIN Shuren 2007Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2007,20,6:3
19Hidden Two-Stream Collaborative Learning Network for Action Recognition显示文摘The two-stream convolutional neural network exhibits excellent performance in the video action recognition.The crux of the matter is to use the frames already clipped by the videos and the optical flow images pre-extracted by the frames,to train a model each,and to finally integrate the outputs of the two models.Nevertheless,the reliance on the pre-extraction of the optical flow impedes the efficiency of action recognition,and the temporal and the spatial streams are just simply fused at the ends,with one stream failing and the other stream succeeding.We propose a novel hidden two-stream collaborative(HTSC)learning network that masks the steps of extracting the optical flow in the network and greatly speeds up the action recognition.Based on the two-stream method,the two-stream collaborative learning model captures the interaction of the temporal and spatial features to greatly enhance the accuracy of recognition.Our proposed method is highly capable of achieving the balance of efficiency and precision on large-scale video action recognition datasets.Shuren Zhou Le Chen Vijayan Sugumaran 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,6:3
20Gabor Order Tracking Filtering Technology in Rotary Machinery显示文摘Order analysis is one of the most important technique means of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotary machinery.The traditional order analyses usually employ the Vold-Kalman filtering,however this method is confined to the expensive hardware equipments.This paper starts from Gabor transform and applies the Gabor time-frequency filtering to vibration signal.The order component's time-frequency coefficients are extracted by mask operation.The order component is reconstructed from the obtained coefficients.The following four key technologies,such as smoothing rotary speed curve,defining filtering band width,constructing the mask operation matrix and reconstructing signal component,are also deeply discussed.Moreover,the technique to smooth the rotary speed curve based on polynomial approximation,the method to determine filtering band width,the arithmetic to constitute mask array and the iterative algorithm to reconstruct signal based on minimum mean square error are specifically analyzed.The 4th order component is successfully gained by using the methods that Gabor time-frequency filter,and the validity and feasibility of this method are approved.This method can solve the problem of order tracking filter technologies which used to depend on hardware and efficiently improve the accuracy of order analysis.LI Ning QIN Shuren MAO Yongfang YANG Jiongming 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5:3
