2Haploid Induction via In vitro Gynogenesis in Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)显示文摘In order to determine the potential for haploid induction via in vitro gynogenesis in tomato, the ovules and protoplasts of embryo sacs from the hybrids Zhongza 101 and Zhongza 105 were cultured. An efficient method of ovule isolation was established in this study. Using this method, 100-150 ovules could be isolated from one ovary. Isolated ovules were cultured on three induction media to induce gynogenesis in vitro. During culture, ovules were enlarged markedly, with opaque white color. When observed microscopically, there were cell divisions and cell clumps in embryo sacs. Subsequently, the cell clumps in embryo sacs ceased growth, likely because the integument grew faster than embryo sacs did and hindered the further development of embryo sacs. Therefore, subsequent callus morphogenesis might be originated from the integument. Thousands of calli from the two tomato varieties were obtained. Five diploid plants were regenerated after 15 months of subculturing. To eliminate the hindering effect of integument on embryo sac cells, the protoplasts of embryo sacs were prepared and cultured. After 48 hours of culture, the protoplasts of embryo sacs doubled in size and gradually formed clusters of cells. 3Engineering crystal phase of polytypic CuInS2 nanosheets for enhanced photocatalytic and photoelectrochemical performance显示文摘Crystal phase engineering on CulnS2(CIS)nanocrystals,especially polytypic structure,has become one of the research hotspots to design the advanced materials and devices for energy conversion and environment treatment.Here,the polytypic CIS nanosheets(NSs)including zincblende/wutzite and chalcopyrite/wurtzite types were first time achieved in a hot-injection system using oleic acid and liquid paraffin as the reaction media.As-obtained polytypic CIS NSs exhibit significantly enhanced light-absorption abillty and visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance originating from the rational hetero-crystalline interfaces and surface defect states,which efficiently inhibit the recombination of photo-generated carriers.Meanwhile,the polytypic CIS NSs were spin-coated onto the surface of fluorinated-tin oxide glass substrate and used as the photoelectrode,which shows an excellent photoelectrochemical(PEC)activity in aqueous solution.The present work not only provides a facile,rapid,low-cost,and environmental-friendly synthesis strategy to design the crystal phase and defect structure of ternary chalcogenides,but also demonstrates the relationships between the polytypic structure and photocatalytic/photoelectrochemical properties.He Li Wenjiang Li Wei Li Minfang Chen Rony Snyders Carla Bittencourt Zhihao Yuan 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:2
