1Fault zone structures of northern and southern portions of the main central fault generated by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake using fault zone trapped waves显示文摘The rupture process of the May 12,2008 MS8.0 Wenchuan earthquake was very complex. To study the rupture zones generated by this earthquake,four dense temporary seismic arrays across the two surface breaking traces of the main-shock were deployed in July and recorded a great amount of aftershocks. This paper focuses on the data interpretation of two arrays across the central main fault,the northern array line 1 and southern array line 3. The fault zone trapped waves recorded by the two arrays were used to study the structure of the central main fault and the difference between the northern and southern portions. The results show that the widths of the rupture zone are about 170?200 m and 200?230 m for northern and southern portions respectively. And the corresponding dip angles are 80° and 70°. The seismic velocity inside the fracture zone is about one half of the host rock. By comparison,the northern portion of the rupture zone is slightly narrower and steeper than the southern portion. Besides these differences,one more interesting and important difference is the positions of the rupture zone with respect to surface breaking traces. At the northern portion,the rupture zone is centered at the surface breaking trace,while at the southern portion it is not but is shifted to the northwest. This difference reflects the difference of rupture behaviors between two portions of the central main fault. The width of the rupture zone is smaller than that of M8.1 Kunlun earthquake though these two earthquakes have almost the same magnitudes. 2Development of real-time laser-scanning system to detect tree canopy characteristics for variable-rate pesticide application显示文摘Improving pesticide application efficiency is increasingly important in orchard spraying.In this study,a laser-scanning system was designed to acquire gridding volumes of a tree to quantify the geometry characteristics of the tree canopy in real-time.A laser-scanning sensor mounted on a linear guide was utilized to measure the structure of a target tree canopy.A computer was used to receive measurement data from the laser scanner and obtain the movement distance of the laser-scanning sensor from a controller.An algorithm written with VC#program was designed to calculate gridding volumes of trees by recognizing valid measurement data from the laser scanner.Laboratory evaluations were conducted on three kinds of regular objects,and the maximum relative errors of section volumes of the cuboid,triangular prism and cylinder objects were 3.3%,7.9%and 9.4%,respectively,which illustrated that the algorithm could calculate the section volumes in different parts of the objects with high accuracy.A conifer tree and an apple tree were chosen to verify detecting accuracy of the laser-scanning system at variable speeds and grid sizes.The variation coefficients of total volumes for each kind of the tree were 0.078 and 0.041,respectively,which indicated that the laser-scanning system could be applied to provide the gridding volumes of different canopy densities in real-time with good reliability for guiding a variable-rate sprayer.Cai Jichen Wang Xiu Song Jian Wang Songlin Yang Shuo Zhao Chunjiang 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6:14
3Anlotinib has good efficacy and low toxicity: a phase Ⅱ study of anlotinib in pre-treated HER-2 negative metastatic breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Anlotinib is a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor blocking angiogenesis.This study was performed to assess the efficacy and safety of anlotinib in patients with metastatic breast cancer.Methods:Patients with HER2-negative breast cancer,who were pre-treated with anthracycline or taxanes in a neoadjuvant,adjuvant,or metastatic setting,and had treatment failure after at least one prior chemotherapy regimen in the metastatic setting were enrolled.Anlotinib was administered at 12 mg daily for 14 days in a 21-day cycle until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurred.Simultaneously,5–10 m L of venous blood was collected to perform circulating tumor DNA(ct DNA)testing every 2 treatment cycles.The primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR).Secondary endpoints included the disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival,safety,and biomarkers.Results:Twenty-six eligible patients were enrolled,with a median age of 56(30–75)years.The median follow-up time was 10.5 months.The ORR was 15.4%,the DCR was 80.8%,and the median PFS was 5.22 months(95%confidence interval 2.86–6.24).Fourteen(53.8%)patients survived for more than 10 months.The changes in the detectable ct DNA variant allele frequency were consistent with the tumor response.The most common treatment-related adverse events were hypertension(57.7%),thyroidstimulating hormone elevation(34.6%),and hand-foot syndrome(23.1%).Conclusion:Anlotinib showed objective efficacy with tolerable toxicity in heavily pre-treated,metastatic HER2-negative breast cancer.The dynamic changes in the ct DNA variant allele fraction may be predictive of the tumor response.Nanlin Hu Yiran Si Jian Yue Tingting Sun Xue Wang Zhuqing Jia Songlin Gao Qiao Li Yang Shao Jiayu Wang Yang Luo Fei Ma Binghe Xu Peng Yuan 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:11
4Microstructure, porosity and mechanical properties of selective laser melted AlSi10Mg显示文摘Finite element modeling(FEM),microscopy,X-ray computed tomography(CT)and mechanical property tests were used to study the microstructure,porosity and mechanical properties of an AlSi10Mg alloy produced by selective laser melting(SLM).The simulation of the melt pool and thermal history under different energy densities produced an optimized result with an energy density of 44.5 J·mm-3.The high cooling rate during the SLM process significantly refined the previous a-Al dendrites.The growth direction of the network-like Al-Si eutectic structure at different orientations confirmed the anisotropic nature of the microstructure.Furthermore,the microhardness,tensile testing and fracture analysis results proved that there were no obvious distinctions in the strength between the transverse and longitudinal directions,and that the ductility was anisotropic,possibly due to the shape and distribution of the pores.The pores measured by X-ray CT at different energy densities confirmed that the sphericity of the pores was inversely related to pores volumes.With optimized processing conditions,the porosity of the selective laser melted sample decreased leading to the improved fabricated fuel system component via SLM.Jing CHEN Wei HOU Xiuzhuan WANG Songlin CHU Zhiyi YANG 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,7:9
5Circular RNA circStag1 promotes bone regeneration by interacting with HuR显示文摘Postmenopausal osteoporosis is a common bone metabolic disorder characterized by deterioration of the bone microarchitecture,leading to an increased risk of fractures.Recently,circular RNAs(circ RNAs)have been demonstrated to play pivotal roles in regulating bone metabolism.However,the underlying functions of circ RNAs in bone metabolism in postmenopausal osteoporosis remain obscure.Here,we report that circ Stag1 is a critical osteoporosis-related circ RNA that shows significantly downregulated expression in osteoporotic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)and clinical bone tissue samples from patients with osteoporosis.Overexpression of circ Stag1 significantly promoted the osteogenic capability of BMSCs.Mechanistically,we found that circ Stag1 interacts with human antigen R(Hu R),an RNA-binding protein,and promotes the translocation of Hu R into the cytoplasm.A high cytoplasmic level of Hu R led to the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway by stabilizing and enhancing low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5/6(Lrp5/6)andβ-catenin expression,thereby stimulating the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs.Furthermore,overexpression of circ Stag1 in vivo by circ Stag1-loaded adeno-associated virus(circ Stag1-AAV)promoted new bone formation,thereby preventing bone loss in ovariectomized rats.Collectively,we show that circ Stag1 plays a pivotal role in promoting the regeneration of bone tissue via Hu R/Wnt signaling,which may provide new strategies to prevent bone metabolic disorders such as postmenopausal osteoporosis.Gaoyang Chen Canling Long Shang Wang Zhenmin Wang Xin Chen Wanze Tang Xiaoqin He Zhiteng Bao Baoyu Tan Jin Zhao Yongheng Xie Zhizhong Li Dazhi Yang Guozhi Xiao Songlin Peng 2022Bone Research2022,10,3:7
6Genetic Analysis of Gynogenetic and Common Populations of Verasper moseri Using SSR Markers显示文摘The genetic structure and variation of the artificial meio- gy- nogenetic population and common population of barfin flounder (Verasper moseri) were analyzed using eight microsatellite markers. A total of 29 alleles were detected, of which 23 alleles were in the artificial gynogenetic population while 29 alleles were in the control group. The average ob- served heterozygosity (HO) of eight loci in the control group (0.526 8) was several times higher than that (0.185 8) in the gynogenetic population. The results indicate that the genetic diversity of the control group was much higher than that of the gynogenetic population of barfin flounder (Verasper moseri). Most loci significantly deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilib- rium (HWE) after Bonferroni correction (p <0.005 56) in the gynoge- netic population, while four loci deviated from HWE in the control group. 7MHC polymorphism and disease-resistance to Edwardsiella tarda in six turbot(Scophthalmus maximus) families显示文摘This study examined genetic variation in the major histocompatibility complex(MHC) Class II B gene in turbot(Scophthalmus maximus) by virulent bacterial pathogen challenge.One hundred fry from each of six families were infected with Edwardsiella tarda by intraperitoneal injection.Family mortality ranged from 28.0% to 83.3%.Complete exon 2 and intron 1 sequences of MHC Class II B genes were amplified from five survivor and five non-survivor individuals per family using the clone-sequence method.Thirty-seven sequences from 60 individuals revealed 37 different alleles,25 of which were unique to this study.The 25 unique alleles belonged to 16 major allele types.Nine alleles were used to examine the association between alleles and resistance/susceptibility to disease.Five alleles were present in an individual,suggesting a minimum of three loci or copies of the turbot MHC Class II B gene.The rate of non-synonymous substitution(d N) was 2.30 and 1.58 times higher than synonymous substitution(d S) in the peptide-binding regions(PBR) and non-PBR in whole families,respectively,which suggested balancing selection on exon 2 of the MHC Class II B gene in turbot.One allele,Scma-DBB1*02,was significantly more prevalent in survivor stock than in non-survivor stock(P=0.001).Therefore,this allele might be associated with resistance to bacteria.A second allele,Scma-DBB1*10,was significantly more prevalent in non-survivor stock(P=0.021),and is likely associated with susceptibility to bacteria.DU Min CHEN SongLin LIU YanHong NIU BaoZhen YANG JingFeng ZHANG Bo 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,25:5
8Facile fabrication of MoP nanodots embedded in porous carbon as excellent anode material for potassium-ion batteries显示文摘Molybdenum phosphide(MoP),owing to its abundant reserve and high theoretical capacity,is regarded as a promising anode material for potassium-ion batteries.However,it still suffers from the problems of acute volume expansion and weak diffusion kinetics.This study reports a simple method to synthesize a composite of molybdenum phosphide and porous carbon(MoP@PC)through simple mixing and annealing treatment.In the MoP@PC,lots of MoP nanodots with an average diameter of about 4 nm uniformly embedded in the petal-like porous carbon.The MoP@PC shows reversible capacities of 330 mAh g^(-1) at100 mA g^(-1) after 100 cycles,and ultra-long cycling stability with a capacity of 240 mAh g^(-1) after 1000 cycles at 1 A g^(-1) and 161 mAh g^(-1) after 1000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).The structure of MoP@PC after charging-discharging cycles is also investigated by high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)and the result shows that MoP can still maintain the nanodot morphology without any agglomeration after 1000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).The storage mechanism of potassium ions was studied as well,which reveals that MoP and potassium ion have a conversion reaction.Zhanheng Yan Zhongyuan Huang Haihui Zhou Xinxin Yang Songlin Li Wenlong Zhang Fei Wang Yafei Kuang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:5

10Characterization of the Complete Mitochondrial Genome of the Hybrid Epinephelus moara♀ × Epinephelus lanceolatus♂,and Phylogenetic Analysis in Subfamily Epinephelinae显示文摘This study presents the complete mitochondrial genome of the hybrid Epinephelus moara♀× Epinephelus lanceolatus♂. The genome is 16886 bp in length, and contains 13 protein-coding genes, 2 r RNA genes, 22 t RNA genes, a light-strand replication origin and a control region. Additionally, phylogenetic analysis based on the nucleotide sequences of 13 conserved protein-coding genes using the maximum likelihood method indicated that the mitochondrial genome is maternally inherited. 11Estimationof genetic parameters for juvenile growth performance traits in oliveflounder(Paralichthys olivaceus)显示文摘The aim of this study was to evaluate genetic parameters of growth traits for improving selective breeding in olive flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus).A total of 82 full-sib families from 2 year-classes with complete pedigree information were used to estimate heritabilities and genetic/phenotypic correlations for 4 growth performance traits(body weight BW,total length TL,body height BH and condition factor K)based on uni-trait and multi-trait linear mixed models,respectively.Data were analyzed by the restricted maximum likelihood(REML)method.The heritabilities of BW,TL and BH were 0.81,0.70 and 0.61,which are relatively high,however,heritability for K is low(0.11).For all growth traits,the common full-sib effects(c^(2))were at a low to moderate level(0.14–0.20);the maternal effects(m^(2))of the traits(except K)were also detected(0.15–0.19).The phenotypic and genetic correlations among BW,TL and BH were highly positive(0.70–0.91),however,the correlations between K and the other 3 traits was low or negligible(−0.22–0.26).According to our results,these traits(except K)could be selected and enhanced simultaneously.In addition,direct selection based on TL or BH,which is an easily measurable trait,will be more favorable than selection on BW.Moreover,our results indicated that growth parameters estimated in the juvenile stage could be used as a predictor of growth performance at later growth stages.Yangzhen Li Bo Zhang Yingming Yang Songlin Chen 2019Aquaculture and Fisheries2019,4,2:3
12Near‑Instantaneously Self‑Healing Coating toward Stable and Durable Electromagnetic Interference Shielding显示文摘Durable electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding is highly desired,as electromagnetic pollution is a great concern for electronics’stable performance and human health.Although a superhydrophobic surface can extend the service lifespan of EMI shielding materials,degradation of its protection capability and insufficient self-healing are troublesome issues due to unavoidable physical/chemical damages under long-term application conditions.Here,we report,for the first time,an instantaneously self-healing approach via microwave heating to achieve durable shielding performance.First,a hydrophobic 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane(POTS)layer was coated on a polypyrrole(PPy)-modified fabric(PPy@POTS),enabling protection against the invasion of water,salt solution,and corrosive acidic and basic solutions.Moreover,after being damaged,the POTS layer can,for the first time,be instantaneously self-healed via microwave heating for a very short time,i.e.,4 s,benefiting from the intense thermal energy generated by PPy under electromagnetic wave radiation.This self-healing ability is also repeatable even after intentionally severe plasma etching,which highlights the great potential to achieve robust and durable EMI shielding applications.Significantly,this approach can be extended to other EMI shielding materials where heat is a triggering stimulus for healing thin protection layers.We envision that this work could provide insights into fabricating EMI shielding materials with durable performance for portable and wearable devices,as well as for human health care.Lihua Zou Chuntao Lan Songlin Zhang Xianhong Zheng Zhenzhen Xu Changlong Li Li Yang Fangtao Ruan Swee Ching Tan 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,11:3
13Neutron activation analysis and Mossbauer spectroscopy research on coloring mechanism of Chinese Ru porcelain显示文摘The characteristic spectrum and its main wavelength of Ru porcelain glaze are measured by color difference instrument to determine the relations between glaze color and its main wavelength. The content of the 30 coloring elements in Ru porcelain is determined by neutron activation analysis (NAA), which showed that iron is the major coloring element. Mossbauer spectroscopy analysis shows that the iron element in the glaze exists in the form of structural iron (Fe2+, Fe3+). The quantitative relationship between the main wavelength of glaze in various colors and the relative content of structural iron (Fe2+/Fe3+) is determined. 14Genetic Transformation of Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa pekinensis) with Floral-dip Method显示文摘[Objective] This study is aimed to transform gus gene into Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa pekinensis) by floral-dip method. [Method] The Chinese cabbage was transformed by floral-dip method for the first time. Then the cabbage seeds were harvested and screened by hygromycin, and the plants with resistance were confirmed by histochemical GUS assay and PCR detection. [Result] The target gene was successfully integrated into the Chinese cabbage genome, and the transformation rate was 0.1%. 16A Preliminary Interpretation of Near-field Observation Data of the Zhangbei Earthquake显示文摘In this paper, a preliminary data processing was made for tbe aftershock records or theZhangbei M6.2 earthquake on Jan. 10, 1998. The hypocenters of 205 earthquakes with M_L≥0.5 were located. The result shows that most aftershockS were concentrated in a more than10 km long and 5~8 km wide NE-trending beIt. The source mechanism solutions of largeraftersbocks were also calculated, from which it can be inferred that the faulted zone of themain shock is an NE-trending fault. 18Spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China during 2002–2018显示文摘Clarifying the relationship between social security and economic development is helpful to realize the sustainable social security system and the stable function of sustainable economic development.In this paper,the entropy method,coupling coordination degree,standard deviation ellipse model,and spatial autocorrelation were used to study the spatial-temporal characteristics of coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China from 2002 to 2018.The results indicate that the relationship between social security and economic development in China has been gradually strengthened in the process of mutual adaptation and common development.The benign interaction between the two was unstable,though the coupling coordination degree gradually transitioned to the primary coupling coordination type.Besides,from a spatial perspective,first,the coupling coordination degree of social security and economic development in China contracted in the east-west and north-south directions,and the coupling coordination clustered in the central region in this period;second,the coupling coordination degree generally presented a positive spatial autocorrelation,and regions with similar coupling coordination degrees were in a state of agglomeration;finally,the hot spots clumped together to form a continuous area in the eastern coastal area while the cold spots expanded toward the northwest and northeast.Furthermore,the random distribution areas exhibited a trend of contraction.Qiong Li Yang Zhao Songlin Li Lanlan Zhang 2021Regional Sustainability2021,2,2:1
19Functional analysis of the promoter of the dmrt1 gene in Chinese tongue sole,Cynoglossus semilaevis显示文摘The dmrt1 (doublesex and mab-3 related transcription factor 1) gene is considered to play an essential role in testis differentiation and development among metazoan species. As an economically important marine fish in China, Chinese tongue sole (Cynoglossus semilaevis) possess a ZW/ZZ sex-determining system, and the females usually grow two to four times bigger than males. Previous studies have confirmed that Z-linked dmrt1 gene is the male determining gene in C. semilaevis and TALENs-mediated knocking-out individuals showed increased growth phenotype. In order to investigate the function of dmrt1 regulatory regions and its potential application, we have cloned the promoter of C. semilaevis dmrt1. The acquired sequence consisted of a 5'-upstream sequence and a partial exon1;functional analysis showed that there were two positive regulatory regions in the promoter, as well as one negative region and one neutral region. These positive regions were then combined to obtain several newly constructed promoters. Both in vitro and in vivo analysis confirmed one of them (dmrt1-Δ3+Δ4) showed elevated promoting activity compared to the full-length promoter and could drive exogenous gene expression in tongue sole gonads.
