| 1 | 机械化学法制备的Al/Ce复合氧化物负载NiMo催化剂的加氢脱硫活性(英文)显示文摘将Al和/或Ce的硝酸盐与NH_4HCO_3球磨混合,采用机械化学法制备了Al_2O_3-CeO_2载体(其中Ce含量为1-10 wt%),再以杂多钼酸盐(NH_4)_4NiMo_6O_(24)为活性金属Ni和Mo的前驱体,通过浸渍法制备NiMo_6/Al_2O_3-CeO_2催化剂,并将其用于1-苯并噻吩(BT)的加氢脱硫(HDS)反应中.运用化学分析、X射线衍射、N_2吸附-脱附法、H_2程序升温还原、NH_3程序升温脱附和X射线光电子能谱对催化剂的物化性质进行了表征.结果表明,催化剂的酸性随着载体中Ce含量的增加而下降.Ce修饰的Al_2O_3载体表面的NiS/MoS原子比下降了2倍.NiMo_6/Al_2O_3催化剂表现出最高的HDS活性(以单位重量催化剂计),其酸性和表面MoO_xS_y物种的浓度(Mo^(5+)浓度)也最高;当催化剂中Ce含量逐渐增加到10 wt%以上时,其活性逐渐将为0.与浸渍法制得的参比催化剂相比,前驱体和催化剂组成相同的情况下,采用机械化学法制得的所有催化剂活性明显提高. | Květa Jirátová Alla Spojakina Luděk Kaluza Radostina Palcheva Jana Balabánová Georgi Tyuliev | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Catalysis2016，37，2： | 6 |

| 3 | Regulated upon activation,normal T cell expressed and secreted(RANTES)levels in the peripheral blood of patients with Alzheimer’s disease显示文摘Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common type of dementia,but it is very difficult to diagnose with certainty,so many AD studies have attempted to find early and relevant diagnostic markers.Regulated upon activation,normal T cell expressed and secreted(RANTES,also known as C-C chemokine ligand)is a chemokine involved in the migration of T cells and other lymphoid cells.Changes in RANTES levels and its expression in blood or in cerebrospinal fluid have been reported in some neurodegenerative diseases,such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis,but also in metabolic diseases in which inflammation plays a role.The aim of this observational study was to assess RANTES levels in peripheral blood as clinical indicators of AD.Plasma levels of RANTES were investigated in 85 AD patients in a relatively early phase of AD(median 8.5 months after diagnosis;39 men and 46 women;average age 75.7 years),and in 78 control subjects(24 men and 54 women;average age 66 years).We found much higher plasma levels of RANTES in AD patients compared to controls.A negative correlation of RANTES levels with age,disease duration,Fazekas scale score,and the medial temporal lobe atrophy(MTA)score(Scheltens’s scale)was found in AD patients,i.e.,the higher levels corresponded to earlier stages of the disease.Plasma RANTES levels were not correlated with cognitive scores.In AD patients,RANTES levels were positively correlated with the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α,which is consistent with the wellknown fact that AD is associated with inflammatory processes.RANTES levels were also positively correlated with insulin levels in AD patients,with insulin resistance(HOMA-R)and pancreatic beta cell function(HOMA-F).This study evaluated several clinical and metabolic factors that may affect plasma levels of RANTES,but these factors could not explain the increases in RANTES levels observed in AD patients.Plasma levels of RANTES appear to be an interesting peripheral marker for early stages of AD.The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Institute of Endocrinology,Prague,Czech Republic on July 22,2011. | Gabriela Vacínová Daniela Vejražkova Robert Rusina Iva Holmerová Hana Vaňková Eva Jarolímová Josef Včelák Běla Bendlová Markéta Vaňková | 2021 | Neural Regeneration Research2021，16，4： | 3 |
| 4 | Constitutive renal Rel/nuclear factor-κB expression in Lewis polycystic kidney disease rats显示文摘AIM:To determine the temporal expression and pattern of Rel/nuclear factor(NF)-κB proteins in renal tissue in polycystic kidney disease(PKD). METHODS: The renal expression of Rel/NF-κB proteins was determined by immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and immunoblot analysis in Lewis polycystic kidney rats(LPK, a genetic ortholog of human nephronopthsis-9) from postnatal weeks 3 to 20. At each timepoint, renal disease progression and the mR NA expression of NF-κB-dependent genes(TNFa and CCL2) were determined. NF-κB was also histologicaly assessed in human PKD tissue.RESULTS: Progressive kidney enlargement in LPK rats was accompanied by increased renal cell proliferation and interstitial monocyte accumulation(peaking at weeks 3 and 10 respectively), and progressive interstitial fibrosis(with a smooth muscle actin and Sirius Red deposition significantly increased compared to Lewis kidneys from weeks 3 to 6 onwards). Rel/NF-κB proteins(phosphorylated-p105, p65, p50, c-Rel and RelB) were expressed in cystic epithelial cells(CECs) of LPK kidneys as early as postnatal week 3 and sustained until latestage disease at week 20. From weeks 10 to 20, nuclear p65, p50, Rel B and cytoplasmic IκBa protein levels, and TNFa and CCL2 expression, were upregulated in LPK compared to Lewis kidneys. NF-κB proteins were consistently expressed in CECs of human PKD. The DNA damage marker γ-H2AX was also identified in the CECs of LPK and human polycystic kidneys. CONCLUSION: Several NF-κB proteins are consistently expressed in CECs in human and experimental PKD.
