1热浸镀锌超高强钢板钒微合金化技术研究显示文摘对超高强度钢板进行热处理,模拟热浸镀锌和合金化镀锌工艺的热循环,并考察获得的力学性能和微观组织。研究用钢含有适量的碳(~0.2%)、锰(1.2%)和铬(0.4%),保证钢板在奥氏体化后在镀锌前的连续退火线上进行快速冷却时能够完全转变成马氏体。采用不同的钒含量(0~0.1%)和氮含量(0.002%~0.012%),研究这些微合金化元素对回火马氏体强度的影响。尤其与高氮相配合情况下,钒有助于抵抗回火效应,因此在镀锌后大部分原始强化贡献被保留下来,使得钢的抗拉强度超过1 000 MPa。使用铝或硅进行不同脱氧试验,发现在同一碳含量下两者具有相同的强度水平,但是Si镇静钢的弯曲性能明显优异。对退火钢板进行微观组织观察,但是钒产生有益作用的原因还未完全掌握。通过研究得出这样结论:钒微合金化对耐腐蚀超高强度钢板的开发而言是一种极具前景的途径。Hutchinson B Martin D Karlsson O Lindberg F Thoors H Marceau R K W Taylor A S 2016钢铁钒钛2016,37,6:2

3日粮磷脂对大西洋鲑鱼早期发育和生长性能的影响显示文摘研究旨在证实大西洋鲑鱼对日粮磷脂的需求,更好地确定其需要水平和时期。因此,通过给大西洋鲑鱼提供磷虾或大豆卵磷脂探讨磷脂对其的影响。首先饲喂鱼苗含蛋白质55%和脂肪17%的饲粮,通过添加磷虾油或大豆磷脂补充脂肪.根据回归分析设计5个水平,分别为总磷脂1.5%(未添加)、2.6%、3.2%、3.6%和4.2%。在1g(受精后1400°dpf)、2.5g(1990°ape)、5g(2350°dpf)、10-20g(2850°dpf)和二龄鲑(3800°dpf)时进行取样。整体存活率高,说明存活率和饲粮磷脂添加水平呈正相关(r2=0.59—0.72)。磷脂促进了鱼苗的生长,且饲喂磷虾磷脂2.6%和大豆磷脂3.6%的鱼增长最快。鱼苗达到2.5g之前与之后生长模式不同,0-2.5g鱼补充磷虾磷脂2.6%和大豆磷脂3.6%后的生长速率(SGR)显著高于基础日粮(P〈0.05),而2.5g-二龄鲑期间,各处理之间没有差异。饲喂未补充磷脂的日粮,2.5g时发现鱼肠道脂肪变性,患病率达20%,饲喂低水平大豆磷脂日粮的鱼肠道脂肪变性患病率达10%,而喂食磷虾油和高水平大豆磷脂(≥3.2%)后以及在后期阶段,肠邋脂肪变性情况开始消失。在生命早期阶段,鲑鱼对日粮磷脂的要求是一致的。Taylor J F Martinez-Rubio L Pozo J D Walton J M Tinch A E Migaud H Tocher D R 2015饲料博览2015,0,8:2
