1MICROSTRUCTURAL MODEL OF GATORIZED WASPALOY IN THE ISOTHERMAL FORGING PROCESS显示文摘A microstructural model, which was to predict the evolution of microstructure of Gatorized Waspeloy in the isothermal forcing process, was developed in terms of dynamic recrystallization and grain growth. Three steps of experiment were conducted during developing the model: (1) .Specimens were compressed in M FS testing machine; (2) Dynamic recrystallization and grain growth were discussed; (3) Dynamic recrys- tallization model and grain growth mode were set up. 8NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ROUND TO OVAL ROLLING PROCESS显示文摘Three dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled elasto-plastic FEM has been used for simulation of round to oval single pass rolling. The analysis was conducted using MARC/AUTOFORCE1. 2 code. The material is assumed to be elasto-plastic and it obey the Von Mises yield criterion and Prandtl- Reuss rule. Deformation of the workpiece is simulated in a step-by-step manner,updating the coordinates of material points and the property after each step, so that both nonsteady-state and stendy-state deformation can be simulated. 10急性胰腺炎中胃裸区和左肾上腺受累的腹部CT特点及预后价值显示文摘显示急性胰腺炎(AP)中胃裸区受累(GBAI)和左肾上腺受累(LAGI)的cT表现,并评价其预后价值。回顾性分析了2003年1月至2006年12月间的116例AP病人的cT表现。34例GBAI病人(29.3%)显示胃裸区模糊、条带状高密度或积液,18例LAGI病人(15.5%)显示左肾上腺变形和密度减低。伴有GBAI和LAGI的AP病人的平均住院期长于不伴GBAI与LAGI的病人(P〈0.001)。GBAI预测并发症的敏感度和特异度分别为43.3%和89.8%,预测死亡率的敏感度和特异度分别为83.3%和73.6%。Z. 11GIS-based risk analysis of debris flow:an application in Sichuan,southwest China显示文摘Debris flow is a serious geologic hazard in China.It is estimated that nationally debris flows cause up to 2 billion RMB(250 million US$) in damages and 300-600 deaths and injuries annually.To mitigate debris flow hazards,it is necessary to map,model,and identify zones of debris flow hazards and vulnerability as to inform the local people about the potential risk with a geographic information system.This research presents a regional scale case study modeling debris flow risk(hazard and vulnerability) in Sichuan Province,Southwestern China.In this area,3,290 debris flows have been identified and the spatial-temporal distribution and activity characteristics of them have been documented.Based on the available meteorological data,a Digital Elevation Model with the rate of 1:250,000 and a regional geological map,the 24-hr rainfall threshold(y) for debris flow occurrence is closely related(significant at 99% confidence level) to the index(x) defined using a geology factor(rock hardness:a) and a topographical factor(channel gradient:d) where y = 21 + 10200 / x,in which x = 2.7 × ea + 1000 × d.The discipline is constructive in developing the rainfall threshold for debris flow activity in remote mountainous areas that lack data.For a given watershed,a four-level debris flow hazard map is developed by comparing the rainfall threshold to the design rainfall intensities with 50-,20-,and 5-year average recurrence intervals,respectively.The degree of debris flow vulnerability is determined by the watershed socio-economic conditions.A four-class debris flow risk map,at the final phase of the research,is generated by combining debris flow hazards and vulnerability.With the debris flow risk assessment,the Sichuan Province is classified into the slight,moderate,severe and very severe regions,which accounts for 36%,19%,20% and 25% of total area respectively.B. 13RESEARCH ON THE EVALUATION METHOD OF FRICTION AND LUBRICATION IN DEEP DRAWING显示文摘The deformation characteristic of bland in deep drawing is discussed. It is pointed out that the friction and lubrication conditions in for drawing are different from that in mechanical motion or machine work or other plastic process. The common test methods in laboratories are analyzed. It shows that though all those test methods can test the friction coefficient, the probe test method is most suitable for the research of friction and lubrication and the process in deep drawing, for this method is identical with the actual work condition either from the test principle or deformation status of the blank. 16Polymorphisms of MTHFD,plasma homocysteine levels, and risk of gastric cancer in ahigh-risk Chinese population显示文摘Purpose:Accumulative evidence suggests that folate has a protective effect on gastric cancer. The methylenetetrahyd-rofolate dlehydrogenase(MTHFD) plays an important role in folate and homocysteine metabolisms, and polymorphisms of MTHFD may result in disturbance of the folate-mediated homocysteine pathway. The aim of this study is to test the hypothesis that genetic variants of MTHFD and plasma homocysteine levels are associated with risk of gastric cancer and modulated by genotypes of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR). Experimental Design: We genotyped G1958A and T401C in MTHFD and C677T in MTHFR and detected total plasma homocysteine(tHcy) levels in a case-control study of 589 gastric cancer cases and 635 cancer-free controls in a high-risk Chinese population. Results:The variant genotypes of MTHFD 1958AA and 401CC were associated with a significantly increased risk of gastric canceradjusted odds ratio(OR), 2.05; 95% confidence interval(95% CI),1.34-3.13 for 1958AA; adjusted OR,1.43; 95% CI,1.14-1.80 for 401CC compared with 1958GG/GA and 401TT/TC genotypes, respectively. Both of the effects were more evident in the subjects carrying MTHFR 677CT/TT genotypes. The average tHcy level was significantly higher in gastric cancer cases than in controls(P < 0.01), and the upper quartile of tHcy (> 13.6 mu mol/L) was associated with an 82% significantly increased risk of gastric cancer, compared with the lowest quartile of tHcy(<= 8.0 pmol/L;adjusted OR,1.82; 95% CI,1.20-2.75). Conclusions:The strong associations between MTHFD variants and the plasma tHcy levels and gastric cancer risk suggest, for the first time, a possible gene-environment interaction between genetic variants of folate-metabolizing genes and high tHcy levels in gastric carcinogenesis.Wang, L. 17SYNTHESIS OF ULTRAFINE PLZT POWDER BY A SIMPLE CO-PRECIPITATION METHOD显示文摘Starting from cheap inorganic salts , ultrafine P L Z T po w ders were synthesized by a co pre cipitation m ethod . The results show that the precursor precipitate obtained by the co precipita tion method transfor ms co m pletely to P L Z T phase by calcining at 420 ℃ for 4 hours , about300 ℃low er than the nor m al transform ation te m perature of P L Z T obtained by m ixed oxidemethod . The effect of residual N H4 N O3 in the precursor precipitate on transfor m ation te m perature of the P L Z Tpow der w as investigated . The residual N H4 N O3 in the precursor po w der can reduce further the P L Z Ttransfor m ation tem perature to about 300 ℃, but a sm alla mount of Zr O2 and Pb Ti O3 re m ained .
