| 1 | Nitrogen removal from wastewater and bacterial diversity in activated sludge at different COD/N ratios and dissolved oxygen concentrations显示文摘The impact of the organic carbon to nitrogen ratio (chemical oxygen demand (COD)/N) in wastewater and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration on carbon and nitrogen removal efficiency,and total bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) communities in activated sludge in constantly aerated sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) was determined.At DO of 0.5 and 1.5 mg O2 /L during the aeration phase,the efficiency of ammonia oxidation exceeded 90%,with nitrates as the main product.Nitrification and denitrification achieved under the same operating conditions suggested the simultaneous course of these processes.The most effective nitrogen elimination (above 50%) was obtained at the COD/N ratio of 6.8 and DO of 0.5 mg O2 /L.Total bacterial diversity was similar in all experimental series,however,for both COD/N ratios of 6.8 and 0.7,higher values were observed at DO of 0.5 mg O2 /L.The diversity and abundance of AOB were higher in the reactors with the COD/N ratio of 0.7 in comparison with the reactors with the COD/N of 6.8.For both COD/N ratios applied,the AOB population was not affected by oxygen concentration.Amplicons with sequences indicating membership of the genus Nitrosospira were the determinants of variable technological conditions. | Magdalena Zielińska Katarzyna Bernat Agnieszka Cydzik-Kwiatkowska Joanna Sobolewska Irena Wojnowska-Baryla | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012，24，6： | 9 |
| 2 | 人工软骨支架层间的力学性能显示文摘背景:软骨组织工程修复是一个修复软骨缺损的重要方法,软骨组织工程丝素蛋白/Ⅱ型胶原支架具有良好的生物相容性,这种黏弹性材料兼有固体的特性和液体特性,其层间的微观力学性能与细胞培育密切相关。目的:掌握支架宏观载荷与层间微观作用力之间的关系,控制宏观载荷数值,使支架内部达到最适合细胞增殖的载荷状态。方法:设计丝素蛋白/Ⅱ型胶原空白支架的压缩应力松弛实验,使用实验数据拟合黏弹性本构方程后构建支架有限元模型,对实验过程仿真计算,获取支架层间的力学状态。结果与结论:①支架的各层受力分布在1.185-3.305N,各层受力均随时间的增长而逐步减小,并最终收敛;②支架每一层的位移随着层数的增加而增加,这说明从支架底层的位移开始叠加每一层的位移量,最终导致位移量随着支架层数的上升而递增;③支架各层间的应变数值在1.82×10^-2-4.47×10^-2区间内,这个区间可以直接体现组织培养过程中对种子细胞最佳的压缩状态;④当支架宏观发生10%应变时,各层的应变值分布在2%-7%这一数值范围;当支架宏观发生5%应变时,各层应变值分布在1%-2%;当支架宏观发生20%应变时,各层应变值分布在8%-18%;通过对比得出:4%-7%为细胞增殖的最优应变量。 | 陈磊 葛为民 吕林蔚 雷鸣 Teresa Zielińska 邢恩宏 | 2019 | 中国组织工程研究2019，23，30： | 4 |
| 3 | Usefulness of two independent hist classifications of tumor regression iUsefulness of two independent histopathological classifications of tumor regression in patients with rectal cancer submitted to hyperfractionated pre-operative radiotherapy显示文摘AIM: To assess the usefulness of two independent histopathological classifications of rectal cancer regression following neo-adjuvant therapy. METHODS: Forty patients at the initial stage cT3NxM0 submitted to preoperative radiotherapy (42 Gy during 18 d) and then to radical surgical treatment. The relationship between “T-downstaging” versus regressive changes expressed by tumor regression grade (TRG 1-5) and Nasierowska-Guttmejer classification (NG 1-3) was studied as well as the relationship between TRG and NG versus local tumor stage ypT and lymph nodes status, ypN. RESULTS: Complete regression (ypT0, TRG 1) was found in one patient. “T-downstaging” was observed in 11 (27.5%) patients. There was a weak statistical significance of the relationship between “T-downstaging” and TRG staging and NG stage. Patients with ypT1 were diagnosed as TRG 2-3 while those with ypT3 as TRG5. No lymph node metastases were found in patients with TRG 1-2. None of the patients without lymph node metastases were diagnosed as TRG 5. Patients in the ypT1 stage were NG 1-2. No lymph node metastases were found in NG 1. There was a significant correlation between TRG and NG. CONCLUSION: Histopathological classifications may be useful in the monitoring of the effects of hyperfractionated preoperative radiotherapy in patientswith rectal cancer at the stage of cT3NxM0. There is no unequivocal relationship between “T-downstaging” and TRG and NG. There is some concordance in the assessment of lymph node status with ypT, TRG and NG.
