| 1 | The control of syndepositional faulting on the Eogene sedimentary basin fills of the Dongying and Zhanhua sags, Bohai Bay Basin显示文摘The Dongying and Zhanhua sags are the major hydrocarbon exploration and produc- tion subbasins in the Bohai Bay Basin. Integrated analysis of the sedimentary basin fills has shown that the syndepositional faults and their arrangement styles exerted an important influ- ence on the development and distribution of the Eogene depositional systems. The sedimentary filling evolution of the subbasins reflects the general control of the episodic rifting process. The major long-term active normal faults formed a series of paleogeomorphic accident or slopebreak zones that commonly delineated the subsidiary palaeostructural units and the depositional facies tracts and constrained the general distribution of sedimentary facies zones. The central sag boundary fault slopebreak zones usually determined the distribution of the depocenters of ter- restrial clastic depositional systems, particularly the lowstand fans or deltaic depositional sys- tems, and have proven to be the economically important targets for the exploration of subtle sandstone reservoirs. A variety of syndepositional fault arrangement patterns, including the par- allel, en echelon, combo-like, broom-like fault systems and the fault overlap or transfer zones, have been recognized in the subbasins. They generated distinctive geomorphic features and exerted a direct influence on sediment dispersal and sandbody distribution during the Eogene synrift stage. | 2 | 五个月短程化疗及六个月全程间歇方案治疗菌阳肺结核的临床对照研究显示文摘目的考核利福喷丁(L)的疗效;缩短疗程或全程间歇以减少用药次数;观察全程应用吡嗪酰胺(Z)对疗效及毒副反应的影响。方法以利福平(R)为对照,采用5个月疗程方案(Ⅰ组2SHRZ/3R2H2Z2,Ⅱ组2SHRZ/3L1H2Z2)、6个月全间歇方案(Ⅲ组2S3H3R3Z3/4L1H2Z2,Ⅳ组2S3H3R3Z3/4L1H2E2),观察Z的全程应用结果,巩固期以乙胺丁醇(E)为对照。366例初治菌阳肺结核随机分入以上4组。结果(1)339例完成疗程者中329例治疗成功,满疗程时痰菌阴转率Ⅰ~Ⅳ组分别为970%、941%、1000%、972%。X线病灶有效率依序为960%、976%、1000%和944%。5个月组与6个月组空洞关闭率分别为77%及76%。各组相互比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),未见严重副作用。(2)305例完成3年随访,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组细菌学加X线复发分别为2、3、6和3例。结论本研究结果进一步证明L是长效、高效、安全、便于督导的新药;巩固期用Z无必要;现有基本药物合理联用有可能缩短疗程为5个月,值得进一步研究。 | National Cooperative Group On Clinical Study of Pulmonary Tuberculosis (Report prepared by Chu Naihui , Yan Biya, Zhu Lizhen). | 4 | Sustainable Management of Planted Forests in China: Comprehensive Evaluation, Development Recommendation and Action Framework显示文摘China is one of the largest countries in the world in terms of planted forests area. Planted forests play an important role in soil and water conservation, food source, timber supply and energy security, but there are still many problems waiting for immediate resolution. Based on the current development status of planted forest in China, the paper made an comprehensive analysis for the positive impact and existing problems with regard to planted forests, and then came up with policy recommendations for promoting sustainable management of planted forests, mainly including: 1) to accelerate planted forests development and improve the quality; 2) to strengthen the protection and management, and quicken the development of planted forests; 3) to enhance the scientific planning for planted forests; 4) to reinforce the management for forests harvesting so as to promote the reasonable utilization of planted forests; 5) to perfect the management system for planted forest resources and improve the managerial capacity; 6) to complete related laws and regulations and improve the policy guarantee system; 7) to reinforce the forest tenure reform and establish a sound planted forest land transference system. | 8 | Effects of signal regulatory proteinα1 on proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma: a preliminary study显示文摘BACKGROUND: Signal regulatory protein alpha1 (Sirpα1) is a negative regulatory factor, and inhibits receptor tyro- sine kinase-dependent cell proliferating signal. This study was undertaken to observe the effect of signal regulatory proteinα1 ( Sirpα1) on gankyrin, cyclin D1, CDK4 and Fas expression in Sk-hep1 mouse hepatoma carcinoma cell line. METHODS: BOSC 23 packed cells were respectively trans- fected by means of recombinated retrovirus including pLX- SN, pLXSN-Sirpα1 and pLXSN-Sirpα1Δ4Y2 with lipofec- tin, and various plasmid virus media (viral titer 2.1 × 106 CFU/ml) were collected and infected respectively in 80% confluent Sk-hepl cells. Transfected Sk-hep1 cells were se- lectively screened with G418 (1200 μg/ml), and Sk-hep1 cell lines transfected with various plasmids were obtained. The protein expressions of gankyrin, cyclin D1, CDK4 and Fas in various Sk-hep1 lines were determined by Western blotting. Various Sk-hep1 lines were recovered to culture with 10% fetal bovine serum at 12 hours and 24 hours after starving culture with free serum for 72 hours, and cells were collected to determine the percentage of S phase cells of proliferating cycle by flow cytometry. RESULTS: Sirpα1 transfection remarkably downregulated gankyrin and cyclin D1 expression. Sirpα1Δ4Y2 downregu- lation of gankyrin expression was greater than that of Sirpα1(P <0.05), but no significant effect of Sirpα1 and Sirpα1Δ4Y2 on CDK4 and Fas protein expression was ob- served in transfected Sk-hep1 lines (P >0.05). The per- centage of S phase cells significantly decreased in Sk-hep1 cells transfected with Sirpα1 and Sirpα1Δ4Y2 plasmids (vs pLXSN Sk-hep1, P <0.05). The percentage of S phase cells in various Sk-hep1 cells increased when recovering to culture with 10% fetal bovine serum at 12 hours, but the percentage of S phase cells in Sk-hep1 cells transfected with Sirpα1 was the lowest ( vs pLXSN and Sirpα1Δ4Y2 Sk- hepl, P<0.05). The percentage of S phase cells in trans- fected pLSXN Sk-hep1 cells was the largest (vs Sirpα1 and Sirpα1Δ4Y2 Sk-hepl, P <0. 05). There was no significant difference between the transfected Sirpα1 Sk-hepl cells and Sirpα1Δ4Y2 Sk-hep1 cells (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Sirpα1 decreases gankyrin and cyclin D1 expression, and inhibits proliferation of liver carcinoma cells.
