1热处理行业“十一五”发展规划纲要和2020年设想显示文摘根据行业发展的需要和中国机械工业联合会关于受国家发改委委托编制《机械装备制造业现代化发展规划纲要》及《分行业“十一五”规划及专项规划》工作精神,中国热处理行业协会组织专家委员会和编写组编制了《热处理行业“十一五”规划纲要及2020年发展设想》。主要内容包括:我国热处理行业现状、热处理行业“十五”规划执行情况、目前存在问题分析、我国热处理行业发展环境分析和需求预测、热处理行业“十一五”规划的指导思想和发展目标、热处理技术重点发展方向、关于实现“十一五”规划的措施意见和政策建议等方面内容。此《纲要》已经中国热处理行业协会常务理事会认真讨论通过,拟于2005年热处理行业厂长经理会上正式发布和提出贯彻实施办法。《热处理行业“十一五”发展规划纲要和2020年设想》将是未来五年中我国热处理行业发展的指导性文件。(China Heat Treatment Association,Beijing 100083,China) 2005金属热处理2005,30,7:16

3Determination of thermal conductivity of magnesium-alloys显示文摘An indirect method, Angstroms method was adopted and an instrument was designed to determine the thermal conductivity of magnesium metal and alloys. Angstroms method is an axial periodic heat flow technique by which the thermal diffusivity can be measured directly. Then thermal conductivity can be obtained with relation to thermal diffusivity. Compared with the recommended data from the literature the fitted values of the thermal diffiusivity correspond with 3%, and the credible probability of the thermal conductivity in the range of 0 450 ℃ is about 95%. 4Design,fabrication and experimental research for an electrohydrodynamic micropump显示文摘This paper presented a novel electrohydrodynamic (EHD) micropump based on MEMS technology. The working mechanisms and classification of EHD micropump were introduced. The fabrication process of EHD micropump was presented with the material selection,optimal design of microelectrode and assembly process. Static pressure experiments and flow experiments were carried out using different fluid and the channel depth. The results indicated that the micropump could achieve a maximum static pressure head of 268 Pa at an applied voltage of 90 V. The maximum flow rate of the micropump-driven fluid could reach 106 μL/min. This paper analyzed the future of combining micropump with heat pipe to deal with heat dissipation of high power electronic chips. 6Three-Dimensional Simulation of Nonstationary Flow Phenomena in 'Last Stage-Exhaust Hood'Compartment显示文摘Three-dimensional nonstationary model of aerodynamical interaction of turbine stage and exhaust hood is realized, based on nonstationary 3D codes for calculation of inviscid transonic flow through stage[3] and exhaust hood[4] which consist of diffuser and space under casing. The codes are built with the use of the explicit Godunov’s 2nd order difference scheme. 7Fractal model for simulation of frost formation and growth显示文摘A planar fractal model for simulation of frost formation and growth was proposed based on diffusion limited aggregation(DLA)model and the computational simulation was carried out in this paper.By changing the times of program running circulation and the ratio of random particles generated,the simulation figures were gained under different conditions.A microscope is used to observe the shape and structure of frost layer and a digital camera with high resolution is used to record the pattern of frost layer at different time.Through comparing the simulation figures with the experimental images,we find that the simulation results agree well with the experimental images in shape and the fractal dimension of simulation figures is nearly equal to that of experimental images.The results indicate that it is reasonable to represent frost layer growth time with the program circulation times and to simulate the frost layer density variation during its growth process by reducing the random particle generation probability.The feasibility of using the suggested model to simulate the process of frost formation and growth was justified.The insufficiencies and its causes of this fractal model are also discussed.LIU YaoMin,LIU ZhongLiang,HUANG LingYan&SUN JunFang Education Ministry Key Laboratory of Enhanced Heat Transfer and Energy Conservation,College of Environmental and Energy Engineering,Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100124,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,3:4

9Phase equilibrium calculation of multi-component gas separation of supersonic separator显示文摘A mathematical model for phase equilibrium prediction of multi-component gas separation process inside a supersonic separator is established and an efficient numerical solution method is designed. The model and the numerical method are then used to predict the phase equilibrium characteristics and the separation performance of a field test natural gas supersonic purification separator. 12Heat transfer in high density electronics packaging显示文摘In order to get an insight into the thermal characteristic and to evaluate the thermal reliability of the 'System in Packaging'(SIP), a new solution of electronics packaging, a heat transfer model of SIP was developed to predict the heat dissipation capacity and to investigate the effect of different factors on the tempe rature distribution in the electronics. The affecting parameters under consideration include the thermophysical properties of the substrates, the coefficient of convection heat transfer, the thickness of the chip, and the density of power dissipation. ALGOR, a kind of finite element analysis software,was used to do the model simulation. Based on the simulation and analysis of the heat conduction and convection resistance, criteria for the thermal design were established and possible measurement for enhancing power dissipation was provided. 13Operation Performance of Central Solar Heating System with Seasonal Storage Water Tank in Harbin显示文摘This paper presented a preliminary research on the central solar heating system with seasonal storage(CSHSSS)used in cold climate in China.A mathematical model of the solar energy seasonal storage water tank used in the central solar heating system was firstly developed based on energy conservation.This was followed by the simulation of the CSHSSS used in a two-floor villa in Harbin,and analysis of the impacts on storage water temperature of tank volume,solar collector area,tank burial depth,insulation thickness around the tank,etc.The results show there is a relatively economical tank volume to optimize the system efficiency,which decreases with increasing tank volume at the constant collector area,and increases with increasing collector area at the constant tank volume.Furthermore,the insulation thickness has obvious effect on avoiding heat loss,while the tank burial depth doesn't.In addition,the relationship between the solar collector efficiency and storage water temperature is also obtained,it decreases quickly with increasing storing water temperature,and then increases slowly after starting space heating system.These may be helpful for relevant design and optimization in cold climates in China and all over the world.YE Ling1,JIANG Yi-qiang1,YAO Yang1,ZHANG Shi-cong2(1.Institute of Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Technology,Harbin Institute of Technology,Harbin,Heilongjiang 150090,China 2.Institute of Built Environment and Energy Efficiency,China Academy of Building Research,Beijing 100013,China) 2009湖南大学学报(自然科学版)2009,36,S1:2
