| 1 | 超声辅助浊点萃取荞麦壳总黄酮工艺及抗氧化活性研究显示文摘以DPPH自由基清除率作为考察指标,采用单因素和正交试验相结合的方法进行了工艺优化,研究超声辅助浊点萃取荞麦壳中黄酮的最佳工艺及抗氧化活性。通过极差分析得出的最佳条件:平衡时间为50 min,液料比为35∶1,离子强度为0.6 mol/L,表面活性剂(Trition X-114)质量浓度为30 g/L。该条件下荞麦壳总黄酮提取率为1.78%。当荞麦壳中黄酮的提取液浓度为40 g/L时,对羟基自由基的清除率为84.77%,对DPPH自由基的清除率为86.36%,对DPPH自由基清除率的IC50值为18.63 g/L,荞麦壳总黄酮提取液具有较强的抗氧化活性。 | 印鑫 何伟平 黄菊 | 2018 | 化学试剂2018,40,7: | 11 |
| 2 | Morphology and electrical contact properties of electrical connection materials in corrosive atmosphere显示文摘The impact mechanism of environmental factors, such as corrosive atmosphere, on connector materials was investigated, and the porosity of gold plating was tested. Series of inspections and analytical research methods were introduced in this article. The surface morphology of specimens after corrosion was observed by stereoscopic microscope and scanning electron microscope. Chemical constitution was examined by X-ray energy spectrum. The contact resistances were measured by four-point method. The experiment results show that after exposure to certain environment, the corrosion products, such as Cu2O, Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, and NiO, are observed on the surface of the specimens without gold coatings, whereas the corrosion products appear to have circle-shaped spots on gold-plating surface after corrosion test, which indicate that the gold plating has good corrosion protection. The porosity is increased with the increase of corrosion time for every kind of specimens gold plated, and the corrosion degree of goldplating specimens is decreased with the increase of the thickness of gold coatings. The static contact resistances of circle-shaped spots appear higher contact resistance than normal value, which can reach to 2,000 mX nearly. | 3 | 浊点萃取-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地质样品中金显示文摘采用盐酸和硝酸溶解样品,加热蒸干硝酸后,控制萃取液中盐酸浓度为1.0mol/L左右,以5-巯基-3-苯基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2(3H)硫酮钾盐(铋试剂Ⅱ)为络合剂,聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)为萃取剂,在沸水浴中对金进行浊点萃取,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定地质样品中金的方法。浊点萃取的最佳条件为:在稀释后的样品溶液中加入0.5mL铋试剂Ⅱ溶液、2.5mL Triton X-100溶液后,将比色管置于100℃水浴锅中加热30min,使用体积比为10%的稀王水溶解有机相并定容到5mL。选择20μg/L185 Re为内标可有效校正铋试剂Ⅱ的基体效应和仪器的信号漂移。浊点萃取方法的富集比为4.75,方法检出限为1.3μg/L。采用方法对GBW07405黄红壤标准物质与GBW07300金矿石金成分分析标准物质、S1和S2实际岩石样品进行测定,结果与认定值或泡沫吸附-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定值一致,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.2%~3.6%。 | 余滔 邵坤 李可及 | 2015 | 冶金分析2015,35,3: | 3 |
| 4 | Extraction of palladium(Ⅱ) from hydrochloride solutions with 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one as novel extractant显示文摘Solvent extraction of palladium(Ⅱ)from hydrochloric acid solution with 2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one(OIT)/cyclohexane was studied.Effects of different parameters on extraction efficiency were evaluated.99.96% and 98.26% palladium(Ⅱ)could be effectively extracted with 0.018 mol·L-1OIT/cyclohexane of 0.1 and 4.0 mol·L-1HCl medium,respectively.Nonpolar solvent and low acidity could improve the extracting efficiency,and successfully strip palladium(Ⅱ)from the loaded organic phase was achieved with 0.5 mol·L-1(NH2)2CS solution.It was proposed that the extraction of Pd complexes from HCl medium proceeded through the ionassociation mechanism by slope method,NMR and FT-IR spectra. | Song-Ping Wu | 2013 | Rare Metals2013,32,4: | 1 |
| 5 | 电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定载钯树脂中钯的前处理方法考察显示文摘采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定载钯树脂中的钯,对比了灰化法、硝酸-高氯酸法和微波消解法3种前处理方法,考察了称样量、消解加酸量、处理时间和灰化温度等对测定的影响,优化了最佳试验条件,讨论了共存离子的干扰.结果表明,钯质量浓度在0~50 mg/L范围内与强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 5,灰化法、硝酸-高氯酸法和微波消解法3种方法的检出限分别为0.002 8、0.005 4、0.002 3 mg/L,相对标准偏差(n=11)分别0.69%、0.63%、0.42%,加标回收率分别为98%~100%、98%~101%、100%~104%.采用3种方法对实际样品进行测定,发现微波消解法处理时间最短,样品处理最完全,检测值最平行.用试验方法与原子吸收光谱法测定同一个载钯树脂,两者测定结果基本相符. | 闫春辉 方魏 唐明华 金珍 马泓冰 孙宏枚 | 2017 | 分析测试技术与仪器2017,23,4: | 0 |
