1铁掺杂氧化锌的制备及其对甲基橙的光催化降解(英文)显示文摘采用一种简单的方法制备了铁掺杂氧化锌的粉末,将其作为光催化剂对甲基橙(MO)的光催化降解进行了研究。通过X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、紫外可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对所合成样品进行了表征。结果表明,采用铁掺杂氧化锌光催化剂,甲基橙的光催化降解显示出比纯氧化锌催化剂更高的光催化降解率,这被归因于铁的掺杂使颗粒的表面性质改变,有效的阻止了团聚,改善了紫外可见光的吸收。铁掺杂氧化锌光催化剂是甲基橙光催化降解过程的一种有潜力的光催化剂。吴诗德 李超 方少明 郑先君 韩周祥 于智铄 王焕新 陈荣峰 2010人工晶体学报2010,39,2:11
2ZnO纳米棒的制备与气敏性能的研究显示文摘以Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和NaOH为原料,CTAB为表面活性剂,通过微波辅助液相反应过程在低温下成功地制备了ZnO纳米棒。X射线衍射谱和扫描电镜结果表明,产物是六方纤锌矿结构ZnO纳米棒,长度为5~30μm,直径为0.1-1μm。气敏性能测试表明,所制备的ZnO纳米棒对H2S气体具有较好的选择性,但灵敏度不高。对ZnO纳米棒进行In掺杂后,对H2S气体的灵敏度和选择性大幅提高,在工作温度为332℃时,对体积分数为50×10^-6的H2S灵敏度为29.217,说明In掺杂的ZnO纳米棒是有潜力的探测H2S气体的气敏传感器材料。宋彦良 张华林 李超 夏同驰 王焕新 卫应亮 2011材料导报2011,25,12:6
3ZnO纳米棒的微波合成及Pt掺杂对其气敏性能的改善显示文摘以Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和NaOH为原料,CTAB为表面活性剂,微波加热到90℃,反应30min,成功制备了ZnO纳米棒。X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,产物是六方纤锌矿结构ZnO纳米棒,长度为1~5μm,直径为50~100nm左右。对ZnO纳米棒进行了Pt掺杂,并对掺杂前后的气敏性能进行了对比研究。与未掺杂Pt的ZnO纳米棒相比,掺杂Pt的ZnO纳米棒对H2S气体的灵敏度和选择性大幅提高,在工作温度为273℃时,对体积分数为50ppm(10-6)的H2S灵敏度为480.44。这些结果说明,Pt掺杂的ZnO纳米棒是有潜力的探测H2S气体的气敏传感器材料。吴诗德 宋彦良 李超 夏同驰 卫应亮 2011化工新型材料2011,39,5:5
4Novel ZnO-Al_2O_3 composite particles as sorbent for low temperature H_2S removal显示文摘ZnO-Al2O3 composite particles composed of ZnO nanosheets(thickness of 40-80 nm) on alumina particles were prepared by heterogeneous precipitation method using bayerite seed particles.The asprepared composite particles were characterized in terms of crystal structure,morphology,surface area and pore volume.The composite particles were used as sorbent for H2S adsorption at low temperature, and were compared with pure ZnO sorbent.The composite sorbent showed a greater sulfur adsorption capacity(0.052 g/g) than pure form of ZnO(0.028 g/g).This significant improvement was mainly attributed to higher surface area,more pore volume and unique morphology in nanoscale,which were also obtained by low cost presented method in this work for synthesis of ZnO sorbent supported on alumina particles.Hamid Tajizadegan Mehdi Rashidzadeh Majid Jafari Reza Ebrahimi-Kahrizsangi 2013Chinese Chemical Letters2013,24,2:4
5La-doped SnO_2:synthesis and its electrochemical property显示文摘Tin dioxide(SnO2) and La-doped(1%,5%,10% in mass ratio) SnO2 samples were prepared via a hydrothermal method. The as-prepared powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) . Results showed that the particle size of SnO2 decreased gradually with the increase of the doped La element. When used as anode materials of Li ion battery,the La-doped samples exhibited better cycling performance than the pure SnO2,and the cycling performance of the La-doped samples got better and better with the increase of the doped La. 6Synthesis and photocatalytic property of Ce-doped SnO_2显示文摘Pure SnO2 and Ce-doped(1%,4%,7%,10% in mass ratio) SnO2 powders were prepared by a simple sol-gel method.The as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) specific surface area analyzers.Results showed that the 7% Ce-doped sample has a particle size of 0.1-0.3 μm with a narrow particle size distribution while the pure SnO2 was consisted of large agglomerated particles with a diameter up to several micrometers.When used as the catalyst to degrade methyl orange(MO),the 7% Ce-doped sample showed best photocatalytic property.These properties can be attributed to the large surface area and small particle size of the 7% Ce-doped sample.吴诗德 李超 魏伟 王焕新 朱有启 宋彦良 2010Journal of Rare Earths2010,28,S1:1
7以碳球为造孔剂的ZnO多孔材料的制备及其气敏性能研究显示文摘以葡萄糖作为碳源,采用水热法制备纳米碳球,并将其作为造孔剂制备ZnO多孔材料。分别用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、氮吸附比表面积测试仪对材料进行表征,并研究ZnO多孔材料对应元件的气敏性能。实验结果表明:添加50 m L纳米碳球制备出的ZnO多孔材料其对应元件对乙酸表现出高灵敏度和较好的选择性;在相对湿度为50%,工作温度为310℃时,该材料对应元件对体积分数为1 000×10-6乙酸的灵敏度为393.8,为纯ZnO材料的63.6倍。张俊 董永平 白林山 张王兵 储向峰 2016安徽工业大学学报(自然科学版)2016,33,2:1
8空心ZnFe_2_O4微球的合成及气敏性能研究显示文摘采用水热和煅烧相结合的方法合成了空心ZnFe2O4微球,并对其微观结构和气敏性能进行了研究。通过X-射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM)和高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)表征手段,对产品的微观结构进行了表征。并进一步对空心ZnFe2O4微球的气敏性能进行了研究,研究结果表明该材料具有良好的气敏性能,在乙醇气体的检测方法中具有潜在的应用价值。气敏性能的提高可以归结为空心ZnFe2O4微球内部三维的空心结构。马麦霞 梁君飞 2015中国陶瓷2015,51,8:1
