1CO2分压对N80油管钢在CO2驱注井环空环境中应力腐蚀行为的影响显示文摘使用恒应变试样浸泡试验、表面分析技术和电化学测试技术研究了CO2分压对N80钢在模拟CO2驱注井环空环境中应力腐蚀行为的影响.研究结果表明:CO2分压对腐蚀速率的影响存在一个拐点,环境温度为25℃时拐点约为1 MPa.当CO2分压小于1 MPa时,由于腐蚀产物膜(FeCO3)成形较慢,覆盖率低,随CO2分压的增高,N80钢的自腐蚀电流密度快速增大;当CO2分压大于1 MPa时,腐蚀产物膜能以较快的速率成形,覆盖率高,CO2分压的进一步增高反会使得N80钢的腐蚀电流密度降低.CO2溶于模拟环空溶液中会使溶液pH持续下降,促使N80油管钢在环空环境下发生应力腐蚀开裂.N80钢在CO2注入井环空环境中的应力腐蚀开裂机制是阳极溶解和氢脆共同作用的混合机制.应力腐蚀裂纹在萌生阶段局部阳极溶解作用(点蚀)为主导,该作用下CO2分压为1 MPa时应力腐蚀裂纹最易萌生;在应力腐蚀裂纹生长阶段氢脆作用更强,这种作用导致CO2分压更高时应力腐蚀裂纹更容易生长,应力腐蚀敏感性进一步提高.崔怀云 梅鹏程 刘智勇 卢琳 2020工程科学学报2020,42,9:14
2应力对X70钢在NaHCO_(3)溶液中腐蚀行为的影响显示文摘采用电化学交流阻抗技术和显微微观观察研究了X70钢在0.5 mol/L NaHCO_3+0.5 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。分析了外加应力水平对开路电位、极化电阻及表面形貌的影响。结果表明,在弹性载荷范围内,X70钢的耐蚀性下降。外加应力主要从两个方面促进了金属的腐蚀溶解:首先是在应力集中区域,原子排列发生形变,随着外加应力的增大,晶格缺陷增多,原子活化能提高,从而使平衡电位急剧下降;二是在应力集中区域,表面钝化膜发生不同程度的破坏或局部减薄,导致在钝化膜破裂或薄弱的位置上发生优先腐蚀并溶解。在外加应力和侵蚀性介质的共同作用下,X70钢表面的钝化膜破裂,试样局部塑性变形增加,导致局部电位发生变化,从而使其与周围基体形成了大阴极小阳极的腐蚀微电池,为点蚀形核创造了条件。陈旭 何川 刘硕 徐杨 吴明 2011石油化工高等学校学报2011,24,5:11
3覆有短期腐蚀产物膜的X80钢的电化学行为显示文摘将X80钢放入酸性鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中浸泡30 d使其表面形成短期腐蚀产物膜,采用SEM,EDS和XRD对腐蚀产物膜的表面形貌、元素和物相组成进行测试与分析,通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗方法考察腐蚀产物膜对X80钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:与X80裸钢相比,腐蚀产物膜作用下的X80钢的自腐蚀电位更负,自腐蚀电流密度更大。这是因为产物膜主要由Fe3O4和β-FeOOH组成,短期形成的Fe3O4产物膜存在很多微小孔洞和微裂纹等缺陷,为溶液中侵蚀性Cl-的吸附和滞留提供了潜在场所,同时也增大了基体和腐蚀介质反应的有效面积;而产物膜中的β-FeOOH抗Cl-侵蚀作用很弱,且参与了阴极还原反应。这些因素的综合作用导致覆有短期腐蚀产物膜的X80钢在酸性土壤模拟溶液中表现出更大的腐蚀速率。梁平 王莹 2013中国腐蚀与防护学报2013,33,5:9
4X80钢及其焊缝在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中的循环伏安行为显示文摘用循环伏安法研究了X80钢及其焊缝在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中,溶液/电极界面上的电化学腐蚀反应。通过改变扫描速率、阳极电位上限、离子浓度、通气状态研究了钢的阳极极化和阴极析氢反应之间的相互作用。结果表明,酸性环境中的X80钢电化学行为是不可逆的电荷转移过程,钢的表面不能形成一个稳定的氧化膜。溶液中的侵蚀性离子使阳极极化和阴极析氢反应程度增加。阳极极化产生的稳定沉淀层对析氢反应起催化作用。氧气的存在能使钢表面能生成稳定的氧化膜,这会降低对析氢反应的催化作用。溶液中的CO2能增加焊缝的SCC敏感性。陈旭 吴明 何川 王成详 2010石油化工高等学校学报2010,23,3:8
5X80钢在酸性红壤模拟液及室外红壤中的腐蚀动力学规律及相关性分析显示文摘通过腐蚀失重、SEM和XRD等方法获得了X80钢在酸性红壤模拟液中的腐蚀演变特征;同时,利用精密电阻法原位、连续监测了X80钢在南昌红壤中的长期腐蚀动力学规律;基于室内模拟液腐蚀和室外红壤暴露实验结果,评价了二者之间的相关性,建立了腐蚀寿命预测模型。结果表明,酸性红壤模拟液及南昌红壤中,X80钢的腐蚀失重量与腐蚀时间之间均符合幂函数变化规律(△W=At^n)。通过定性比较和灰关联法分析表明,室内模拟液腐蚀实验与室外红壤暴露实验在腐蚀动力学、腐蚀形貌及腐蚀产物组成上均具有良好的一致性;二者的腐蚀动力学关联度为0.6233。基于室内腐蚀实验建立的GM(1,1)灰色模型可以对室外红壤暴露实验结果进行一定程度的预测,相对误差小于20%。王帅星 杜楠 刘道新 肖金华 邓丹萍 2019中国腐蚀与防护学报2019,0,1:6
6激光冲击对X70焊接接头慢拉伸电化学腐蚀的影响显示文摘为了改善X70管线钢焊接接头慢拉伸电化学腐蚀性能,用激光冲击波对X70管线钢焊接接头表面进行强化处理.采用慢应变速率拉伸法分析了X70管线钢焊接接头,在不同H2S浓度的NACE溶液(0.5%HAC+5%NaCl)中电化学腐蚀行为,测试了激光冲击处理前后X70管线钢焊接接头腐蚀电位,讨论了激光冲击处理对X70管线钢焊接接头腐蚀电位和断口形貌的影响.实验结果表明,激光冲击处理改善了X70管线钢焊接接头腐蚀性能,其SCC敏感性指数Iscc降低了6%.经激光冲击处理后试样自然腐蚀电位正移,极化电阻逐渐增大,其耐蚀性比原始状态有所提高.孔德军 吴永忠 龙丹 2012材料科学与工艺2012,20,1:6
7SCC evaluation of ultra-high strength steel in acidic chloride solution显示文摘The stress corrosion crack(SCC) susceptibility of ultra-high strength steel AerMet 100 was investigated by slow strain rate technique(SSRT),tensile with polarization and surface analysis technique.The curves of t fC l/tfW-strain rate are divided into three regions:stress-dominated region,SCC-dominated region,and corrosion-dominated region,so as the curves of tfCl/tfW-strain rate and tm/tf-strain rate.The results of tensile tests with polarization show that the main SCC mechanism of AerMet 100 is anodic dissolution,which controls the corrosion process.The three regions have been discussed according to the relationship between the rate of slip-step formation and the rate of dissolution.Fracture appearances in different environments were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).SCC fracture appears as a mixture of intergranular and dimples,while it is totally dimples in the inert environment.The εf becomes the parameter to predict tf because the relationship between tfCl/tfW and tfC l/tfW is a straight line for AerMet 100.吴凌飞 李松梅 刘建华 于美 2012Journal of Central South University2012,19,10:6
8Stress corrosion cracking of X80 pipeline steel exposed to high pH solutions with different concentrations of bicarbonate显示文摘Susceptibilities to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) of X80 pipeline steel in high pH solutions with various concentrations of HCO3- at a passive potential of -0.2 V vs. SCE were investigated by slow strain rate tensile (SSRT) test. The SCC mechanism and the effect of HCO3- were discussed with the aid of electrochemical techniques. It is indicated that X80 steel shows enhanced susceptibility to SCC with the concentration of HCO3- increasing from 0.15 to 1.00 mol/L, and the susceptibility can be evaluated in terms of current density at -0.2 V vs. SCE. The SCC behavior is controlled by the dissolution-based mechanism in these circumstances. Increasing the concentration of HCO3- not only increases the risk of rupture of passive films but also promotes the anodic dissolution of crack tips. Besides, little susceptibility to SCC is found in dilute solution containing 0.05 mol/L HCO3- for X80 steel. 900Cr18Ni10N奥氏体不锈钢焊接接头应力腐蚀特性显示文摘采用恒载荷应力腐蚀实验方法和表面显微分析方法研究了3.5%NaCl水溶液中00Cr18Ni10N奥氏体不锈钢母材及焊接接头的应力腐蚀开裂行为.通过应力腐蚀120 h后剩余强度的损失量分析来比较00Cr18Ni10N母材及其焊接接头的应力腐蚀性能,并利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了00Cr18Ni10N钢焊缝区、热影响区与母材的显微组织差别和应力腐蚀开裂断口形貌.结果表明,焊接接头的应力腐蚀断裂位置均位于焊缝区,在较高应力水平90%σ0.2下00Cr18Ni10N母材的强度损失较焊接接头低13.02%,母材的抗应力腐蚀性能优于焊接接头.断口形貌分析表明,00Cr18Ni10N母材和焊接接头在应力和腐蚀介质的共同作用下发生断裂,断口显现出沿晶断裂和韧窝断裂的形貌特征.刘建华 王兵 李松梅 于美 2014北京航空航天大学学报2014,40,7:4
10Effects of laser heat treatment on the fracture morphologies of X80 pipeline steel welded joints by stress corrosion显示文摘The surfaces of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were processed with a CO2 laser, and the effects of laser heat treatment(LHT) on H2 S stress corrosion in the National Association of Corrosion Engineers(NACE) solution were analyzed by a slow strain rate test. The fracture morphologies and chemical components of corrosive products before and after LHT were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy, respectively, and the mechanism of LHT on stress corrosion cracking was discussed. Results showed that the fracture for welded joints was brittle in its original state, while it was transformed to a ductile fracture after LHT. The tendencies of hydrogen-induced corrosion were reduced, and the stress corrosion sensitivity index decreased from 35.2% to 25.3%, indicating that the stress corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel welded joints has been improved by LHT.De-jun Kong Cun-dong Ye 2014International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2014,21,9:4
