| 2 | 河南封丘县域农田土壤固碳速率空间变异特征及其影响因素显示文摘农田土壤固碳速率是评价土壤固碳效应和潜力的重要指标,精确估算区域农田土壤固碳速率对土壤地力及环境效应均具有重要意义.本研究选取黄淮海平原典型潮土区河南省封丘县为研究区域,按照土壤利用-土壤类型联合单元布点法,于2011年采集了70个耕层土样,测定了土壤有机碳含量、机械组成、容重、pH,并与全国第二次土壤普查(1981年)数据进行对比分析,结合地统计方法和GIS技术研究了该地区近30年农田土壤固碳速率的空间变异特征,利用显著性检验、回归分析、方差分析等方法定量分析了该区域农田土壤固碳速率的影响因素.结果表明:近30年封丘县域土壤固碳速率平均值为0.33 t C·hm^(-2)·a^(-1),变异系数为74%,属于中等变异性;土壤固碳速率的变化在东西方向上表现为西高东低、中部高南北低,呈片状分布,区域结构性因素是引起农田土壤固碳速率空间分布差异的主导因素,如土壤类型、机械组成、容重、pH,可解释空间变异的59.5%,其次是随机性因素,如秸秆还田量、施肥量,可解释空间变异的40.5%. | 赵占辉 张丛志 刘昌华 蔡太义 张佳宝 | 2016 | 应用生态学报2016,27,5: | 10 |
| 3 | Environmental impacts on the distribution of microbial tetraether lipids in Chinese lakes with contrasting pH: Implications for lacustrine paleoenvironmental reconstructions显示文摘Glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers(GDGTs) in lake sediments are useful biomarkers for the continental paleoclimatic reconstruction. However, the environmental controls on the distribution of these compounds, in particular the 6-methyl isomers of bacterial branched GDGTs(bGDGTs), in the lakes with contrasting pH, are still unknown, hindering their application for paleo-reconstructions. Here, we investigated the environmental impacts on the distribution of GDGTs in 17 alkaline lakes and 1 acid lake in China. It was found that the dissolved oxygen content in water column may have an impact on the distribution of archaeal isoprenoid GDGTs(iGDGTs) by causing the change in archaeal communities. The ratio of GDGT-0/crenarchaeol increases with decreasing oxygen content, indicating that the relative abundance of anaerobic methanogenic archaea or Miscellaneous Crenarchaeotic Group(MCG) vs. aerobic Thaumarchaeota is controlled by the oxygen content dissolved in water of these lakes. Thaumarchaeota are likely to contribute only a small proportion of iGDGTs in the relatively oxygen-depleted lakes, and thus TEX_(86) is not suitable for the reconstruction of the surface temperature of these lakes. The abundance ratio of iGDGTs to bGDGTs(R_(i/b)) appears to show no relationship with water pH in all the lakes, but exhibits a significant positive correlation with the water depth of the acid Lake Qinghai in Tengchong. As expected, the methylation degree of bGDGTs(MBT′) was found to correlate with both mean annual air temperature(MAT) and water pH, and the cyclization degree of bGDGTs(CBT) correlates only with water pH in these lakes. However, the MBT′_(5ME), an index to measure the methylation degree of 5-methyl bGDGTs, exhibits no relationship with MAT, whereas MBT′_(6ME), the methylation degree of 6-methyl bGDGTs, was found to correlate significantly with MAT. This is opposite to the situation observed in the global soils, pointing to a different adaptation of b GDGT-producing bacteria to environmental variables or different microbial sources of bGDGTs in these lakes. The relative abundance of 6- vs. 5-methyl bGDGTs is controlled by pH in these lakes, similar to that observed in worldwide soils. | 5 | Distribution of GDGTs in lake surface sediments on the Tibetan Plateau and its influencing factors显示文摘Quantitative paleotemperature records are vital not only for verifying and improving the accuracy of climate model simulations, but also for estimating the amplitude of temperature variability under global warming scenarios. The Tibetan Plateau(TP) affects atmospheric circulation patterns due to its unique geographical location and high elevation, and studies of the mechanisms of climate change on the TP are potentially extremely valuable for understanding the relationship of the region with the global climate system. With the development of biomarker-based proxies, it is possible to use lake sediments to quantitatively reconstruct past temperature variability. The source of Glycerol Dialkyl Glycerol Tetraethers(GDGTs) in lake sediments is complex, and their distribution is controlled by both climatic and environmental factors. In this work, we sampled the surface sediments of 27 lakes on the TP and in addition obtained surface soil samples from six of the lake catchments. We analyzed the factors that influence GDGT distribution in the lake sediments, and established quantitative relationship between GDGTs and Mean Annual Air Temperature(MAAT). Our principal findings are as follows: the majority of GDGTs in the lake sediments are b GDGTs, followed by crenarchaeol and GDGT-0. In most of the lakes there were no significant differences between the GDGT distribution within the lake sediments and the soils in the same catchment, which indicates that the contribution of terrestrial material is important. i GDGTs in lake sediments are mainly influenced by water chemistry parameters(p H and salinity), and that in small lakes on the TP, TEX_(86) may act as a potential proxy for lake p H; however, in contrast b GDGTs in the lake sediments are mainly controlled by climatic factors. | 6 | 喜马拉雅山南坡海拔梯度表土GDGTs分布特征及其指示意义显示文摘甘油二烷基甘油四醚脂类化合物(GDGTs)可记录陆地古气候环境变化。然而,古菌产生的类异戊二烯GDGTs(iGDGTs)、细菌产生的支链GDGTs(bGDGTs)及其异构体(5-,6-甲基bGDGTs)在不同海拔梯度环境中的分布及其影响因素仍不甚清晰。本文利用高效液相色谱-大气压化学电离-质谱(HPLC-APCI-MS)对喜马拉雅山南坡尼泊尔境内安纳普娜山地区沿海拔梯度971~5307m的26个表土样品中的GDGTs化合物进行分析,利用3根硅胶柱串联(硅胶柱型号:Hypersil GOLD Silica,100mm×2.1mm,1.9μm)的方法分离了bGDGTs化合物的5-,6-甲基同分异构体。在所有土壤样品中均检测到了iGDGTs与bGDGTs化合物。与环境因子进行分析发现iGDGTs的相对丰度随土壤pH的升高而增大。基于bGDGTs化合物的MBT'5ME指标与年均温(MAT)显著相关,而MBT'6ME受土壤pH值影响明显,并发现6-甲基bGDGTs的存在是影响MBT'与MAT相关性的主要因素。分析发现最近新定义的pH指标IRⅢ a'、IRⅡa'在安纳普娜山地区与pH没有显著的相关性,说明该pH指标不适用于安纳普娜山地区。剔除6-甲基bGDGTs,本文建立了MBT'5ME与MAT的转换方程:MAT=-11.396+34.521×MBT'5ME(n=26,R2=0.874,RMSE=2.0℃,p〈0.001)以及MAT=-11.418+34.776×MBT'5ME-0.269×CBT5ME(n=26,R2=0.874,RMSE=2.08℃,p〈0.001)。利用上述方程重建的安纳普娜山地区MAT的气温直减率(ΔT=-0.45℃/100m)与由WorldClim数据集提取的采样点MAT计算的气温直减率(ΔT=-0.50℃/100m)基本一致,同时也与由尼泊尔境内56个气象台站气象数据计算的喜马拉雅山中部南坡气温直减率(ΔT=-0.52℃/100m)以及由青藏高原南部气象台站气象数据计算的青藏高原南部气温直减率(ΔT=-0.48℃/100m)基本一致,但低于全球平均气温直减率(ΔT=-0.65℃/100m)。本研究说明在安纳普娜地区MBT'5ME以及MBT'5ME/CBT5ME指标可以用来重建喜马拉雅山南坡地区的古温度和古海拔变化。本文建立的转换方程为用bGDGTs指标定量重建喜马拉雅山南坡地区的古温度和古海拔奠定了研究基础。 | 李秀美 朱二雷 王明达 梁洁 王兆峰 梁尔源 侯居峙 | 2017 | 第四纪研究2017,37,6: | 7 |

| 8 | A 12-kyr record of microbial branched and isoprenoid tetraether index in Lake Qinghai,northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau:Implications for paleoclimate reconstruction显示文摘Branched and Isoprenoid Tetraether(BIT) index was considered as a proxy for terrestrial organic matter input in lake sediments, based on the assumption that branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers(b GDGTs) are mainly derived from terrestrial soils. However, mounting evidences have showed that the in situ production of b GDGTs is widespread in lakes, challenging BIT as a reliable terrestrial input proxy. Recently, BIT has been proven to be a reliable proxy for paleohydrology in a small crater lake(Lake Challa) in accordance with a different mechanism. However, the response of BIT to paleohydrology variation may differ for different lakes. In this study, we investigate the variations in the BIT index and the concentrations of its related GDGTs in a 12-ka sediment core from Lake Qinghai, in combination with our previous results for surface sediments. We find that variations in BIT strongly depend on the concentration of crenarchaeol in both surface and ancient sediments of this lake, whereas b GDGT concentration varies much less remarkably. Considering that crenarchaeol production is positively correlated with water depth in Lake Qinghai, water depth may exert negative control on the BIT index in this lake. This case is inconsistent with the positive relationship between BIT and lake levels or rainfall intensity reported for Lake Challa, suggesting that the response of BIT to local paleohydrology is site specific in lacustrine systems. | 10 | Distribution of branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers in soils on the Northeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and possible production by nitrite-reducing bacteria显示文摘Branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers(b GDGTs) are ubiquitous and abundant in soils, but their sources remain elusive. Recent studies demonstrate that the distributions of b GDGTs are sensitive to various environmental factors. In an effort to understand how and to what extent soil moisture(expressed as soil water content(SWC) or mean annual precipitation(MAP), p H and temperature may impact the distribution of b GDGTs, and to shed more light on the biological sources of b GDGTs in cold and arid regions, we investigated the distribution of b GDGTs as well as bacterial 16 S r RNA gene and functional genes involved in the N cycle(including amo A, nir S and nir K) in 41 surface soil samples from around Lake Qinghai and east of Qaidam Basin on the Northeastern Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. We found that lower soil moisture reduced the fractional concentrations of cyclic b GDGTs and thus the cyclisation ratio of branched tetraethers(CBT) index correlated negatively with SWC and MAP, suggesting that soil moisture is an important factor controlling b GDGT distributions in soils in this arid and semi-arid region. Two subgroups of b GDGTs were assigned on the basis of cluster analysis, and b GDGT indices behaved differently in the two groups, hinting at different biosynthetic mechanisms for b GDGTs under different environmental conditions. Real time PCR results showed that nir S and nir K genes correlated significantly with the concentration of b GDGTs, suggesting that the nir S- or nir K-encoding bacteria involved in denitrification might potentially be an additional biological source for soil b GDGTs(besides Acidobacteria). | 15 | 包气带土壤pH对灌溉施肥响应的变异过程显示文摘为了分析灌溉施肥活动引起的包气带土壤pH值变异特征及其对地球化学条件的响应,通过历时3 a的野外原位灌溉施肥试验,应用不同季节灌前、灌后6 m土层中不同深度的测定资料,系统分析了土壤pH对灌溉、施肥的响应过程,结果表明:各深度pH值呈弱变异性(CV=1.01%~2.28%),与灌溉前相比,灌后土壤pH值的均值和变异系数均呈现明显的变化;灌前包气带各层pH具有强烈的空间自相关性,灌后受水分、基质等相互作用影响,pH的空间自相关性有所减弱,C_0/(C_0+C)和变程a分别由7.23 m和3.54 m(灌前0 d)减少到3.26 m和2.76 m(灌后第10天)。土壤基质是决定土壤酸碱性的主要因素,在灌溉施肥活动对pH的响应过程中,地球化学条件(土壤含水量、土壤温度、土壤有机质(SOM)、氧化还原电位(RP)等)、土壤基质组成和氮底物浓度(NH^+_4-N)等的交互作用影响pH的动态。土壤含水量和温度单独对pH影响不显著,两者交互作用对pH有显著影响。引起土壤pH变化的主要变异源为Cl^-、土壤有机质(SOM)、NO^-_3-N、NH^+_4-N等营养物质和不同空间深度土壤基质的差异,表明灌溉施肥改变了包气带pH地球化学动力场、营养物质和土壤基质的交互作用,引起各深度的生物地球化学反应,控制pH值的空间变异特性。当包气带介质土壤水分变化时,首先营养物氨态氮以分子态或水合态形式被介质吸附,H^+得到释放,使得灌后第4天pH值下降。随着氨氧化过程中H^+的释放,pH在灌前和灌后第10天和第30天有显著差异。氨的氧化引起硝酸盐含量不断增加,使得硝酸盐对pH值的影响在灌后不断增强,相关系数由0.24(0 d,P<0.05)增加到0.41(30 d,P<0.01),而氨态氮对pH值的影响逐步降低,相关系数由0.43(0 d,P<0.01)降低为0.19(30 d,P>0.05)。 | 狄龙 刘秀花 胡安焱 谢兰宝 刘光辉 | 2019 | 干旱地区农业研究2019,37,2: | 1 |
| 16 | The spatial distribution of archaeal lipids in a mesoscale subtropical watershed, Southeast China显示文摘Archaea play an important role in global carbon and nitrogen cycles. Archaeal lipids, such as isoprenoid glycerol diakyl glycerol tetraethers(i GDGTs), are important biomarkers tracing change in archaeal community structure and biogeochemical processes in the natural environments. In this research, the spatial distributions of archaeal lipids in the surface sediments of the Jiulong River(JR) and the Jiulong River estuary(JRE) were examined. GDGT-0(containing zero cyclopentyl ring) and crenarchaeol were the most abundant i GDGTs in the JR and JRE. From the rivers to the estuary, the total i GDGTs, GDGT-0, crenarchaeol and archaeol concentrations showed significant spatial variation; in particular, GDGT-0 and archaeol in the river may be predominantly derived in situ from methanogens, whereas crenarchaeol in the estuary mainly derived in situ from Thaumarchaeota. | 18 | 中国干旱-半干旱区表土bGDGTs与气候环境因子数据再分析显示文摘文章通过收集中国北方干旱-半干旱区域已发表的bGDGTs数据,重新计算了不同地区表土bGDGTs各组分与温度及pH等环境因子之间的相关关系。主要获得以下认识:1)不同于干旱区,半干旱区bGDGTs的异构体指标与土壤pH表现为强相关,在4个异构体指标(IBT、CBT'、IR'_(Ⅱa)、IR'_(Ⅲa))中CBT'、IR'_(Ⅲa)计算的pH结果精度较高;2)半干旱区f(5 me)与pH表现为强相关(-0.847),指示了基于5-甲基bGDGTs的指标同样具有重建半干旱区pH的潜力。但是目前缺乏CBT'_(5ME)-pH之间的转换函数;3)全球温度校正方程计算得出的温度误差普遍大于中国区域校正方程(中国北方、青藏高原等区域)获取的温度误差。通过整合数据重新计算发现4个区域温度校正方程(MBT'_(5ME)、Tmr、MAATsr、Index 1)计算的温度结果具有较小的误差,且在半干旱区重建的温度结果更为精确;另外MAATsr、Index 1的区域温度校正方程也适用于干旱区的温度重建,但是由于本文集成数据中包含的干旱区样本较少,因此在实际应用中需要谨慎。在未来的研究中需要加强干旱-半干旱区尤其是干旱区的地表过程研究,为建立该地区的温度校正方程提供更多有用的信息。 | 晁倩 赵晖 侯居峙 张帅 汪克奇 孙爱军 杨宏宇 | 2022 | 第四纪研究2022,42,2: | 0 |
