| 1 | 拔罐配合药物治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察显示文摘目的观察拔罐配合药物治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将112例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组采用拔罐配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后瘙痒程度评分、风团大小评分及风团面积评分,并比较两组临床疗效及复发率。结果两组治疗2星期和4星期后瘙痒程度评分、风团大小评分及风团面积评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2星期后痊愈率和总有效率分别为50.0%和80.3%,对照组分别为33.9%和67.8%,两组痊愈率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4星期后痊愈率和总有效率分别为69.6%和96.4%,对照组分别为51.8%和80.4%,两组痊愈率和总有效率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组有效患者均在治疗结束后8星期进行随访,治疗组54例有效患者复发9例,占16.7%;对照组45例有效患者复发19例,占42.2%。两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拔罐配合药物是一种治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效方法。 | 滕小慧 陈慧君 | 2014 | 上海针灸杂志2014，33，5： | 2 |
| 2 | Hypothesis, Modern Researches and Clinical Applications of Cutaneous Regions in Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘As one of the most important concepts in traditional Chinese medicine, cutaneous regions have a close relationship with skin in modern medicine. According to the doctrine of traditional Chinese medicine, the cutaneous regions are the corresponding projections of twelve meridians in the superficial layer of the body and play an important role in body surface-viscera correlation. The symptoms of visceral disorders will reflect on cutaneous regions and one of the major patterns of manifestation is referred visceral pain accompanied by tenderness and hyperalgesia on the body surface. On the contrary, cutaneous regions participate in the treatment of visceral disorders. As major clinical applications of the cutaneous regions hypothesis, superficial acupuncture, subcutaneous needling, massage(tuina), moxibustion, and wrist-ankle acupuncture have achieved favorable therapeutic outcomes in clinical practice.
