1器官衰老与退行性病变研究显示文摘衰老是伴随增龄而出现的机体功能衰退的过程,涉及器官、组织、细胞和分子等多个层面,呈现基因组不稳定、干细胞耗竭、细胞间通信改变等特征。全身系统性组织器官的再生能力下降易诱发机体衰老及衰老相关疾病的发生。本文揭示器官退行性变化的机制,解析衰老对器官稳态的影响,构建衡量器官健康状态的指标体系,研究干预器官衰老,以推动人类衰老与再生的基础和转化医学研究,实现衰老相关疾病的精准诊断和科学干预,提高和保障老年群体的身心健康。毕诗佳 李兰竹 杨远涵 丁英杰 王翠 张维绮 曲静 刘光慧 2021中国基础科学2021,,6:5
2Editorial of non-human primate research显示文摘The progress of biology and medicine over the past century has been greatly facilitated by research based on animal models that could be used for experimentation.Small animal models such as the nematode worm C.elegans and the fruit fly Drosophila played crucial roles in the development of genetics,embryology,and cell biology.The mouse has become the quintessential animal model in the past few decades,largely due to development of mouse lines that have acquired genetic homogeneity via inbreeding over many generations,and many transgenic mouse lines carrying modified genetic makeup are also available.Mouse lines mimicking a variety of human diseases caused by genetic mutations are widely used for studying pathogenic mechanisms and for testing the efficacy of therapeutic treatments prior to human clinical trials.Mu-ming Poo 2023National Science Review2023,10,11:0
