1铸造镁稀土合金研究现状及其在航空发动机领域应用展望显示文摘镁稀土合金密度低、比强度与比刚度高、耐热性能好、阻尼减振性优良,将其应用到航空发动机部件能实现装备减重、系统降噪,大幅提升飞行器的载重量和机动性能。首先对铸造镁稀土合金分类进行了介绍,阐述了不同镁稀土合金的强韧化机制;系统总结了镁稀土合金的各类铸造成型工艺并分析了其对合金组织性能的影响;然后归纳了现有航空发动机适航标准及通用标准规范中对镁合金的使用要求,概述了铸造镁稀土合金在国内外多种型号航空发动机及其他航空航天部件上的应用现状;最后面向实际工程应用需求,对航空发动机用镁稀土合金存在的问题及发展趋势进行了总结与展望。吴国华 童鑫 眭怀明 魏广玲 肖旅 2022航空制造技术2022,65,3:6
2Effects of Ce-rich RE on microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-8Li-3Al-2Zn-0.5Nd alloy with duplex structure显示文摘The effects of Ce-rich RE on the microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-8Li-3Al-2Zn-0.5Nd-x RE(x = 0, 1, 2, 3 wt%) alloys were investigated. The results indicated that the as-cast Mg-8Li-3Al-2Zn-0.5Nd alloy mainly consisted of α-Mg, β-Li, AlLi, MgLi2 Al and Al2 Nd phases. With the addition of Ce-rich RE in the alloy,Al3 RE and Al2 RE phases generated and gradually grew into net-like or block-like structure. With the addition of RE, Al-RE phases generated by consuming Al element and, thus, less Al element was dissolved in the matrix and less AlLi phase formed. Furthermore, less AlLi phase means that more Li element released to cause the increase ofβ-Li phase and refine the α-Mg phase. Under the influence of these factors, adding more RE led to higher elongation and lower tensile strength and hardness. With the addition of Ce-rich RE, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the as-cast Mg-8Li-3Al-2Zn-0.5Nd alloy gradually decreased from 180 to 152 MPa and from 215 to 193 MPa, respectively, while the elongation was remarkably improved from 21.1% to 40.2%.Xiang Peng Guohua Wu Lv Xiao Hao Ji Jie Zhang Wenbing Zou Zhongquan Li Wencai Liu 2019Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2019,29,1:3
3Combination of eddy current and heat treatment for crack healing and mechanical-property improvement in magnesium alloy tube显示文摘The continuous eddy current pulse treatment(ECPT)combined with heat treatment was employed to heal the microcracks in spin formed Mg alloy tubes and improve their mechanical properties in this study.The results show that all the microcracks in different tube specimens were almost healed after different continuous ECPT schemes up to 15 cycles.The schemes with less cooling intervals exhibited better healing effect and increased the strength and elongation of Mg alloy tubes more obviously.After aging treatment,the strength improvement of the specimens with ECPT was more remarkable than that of the specimens without ECPT,and the elongation decrease of the specimens with ECPT was less evident than that of specimens without ECPT due to the segregation of RE elements on the crack surface.Besides,after solution treatment,the strength reduction and ductility improvement of the specimens with ECPT were more pronounced than that of the specimens without ECPT owing to the notable decrease of dislocation density of the specimens with ECPT.Both narrowed cracks induced by ECPT and the segregation of precipitates in the vicinity of microcrack surface during aging treatment contributed to the maximum strength in the as-spun specimens with ECPT followed by aging treatment.Wenchen Xu Chuan Yang Haiping Yu Xueze Jin Guojing Yang Debin Shan Bin Guo 2021Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,5:1
4热处理对Mg97.5 Gd1.9 Zn0.6 合金组织与力学性能的影响显示文摘采用OM,SEM,TEM和电子万能试验机系统地研究了Mg 97.5 Gd 1.9 Zn 0.6合金在铸态、退火态、挤压态和挤压后直接时效(T5)的组织演化和力学性能。结果表明,合金的铸态组织由α-Mg、共晶形貌的(Mg,Zn)3Gd相和层片状的14H-LPSO相组成。在510℃均匀化退火过程中,发生了(Mg,Zn)3Gd转化成块状14H-LPSO的相变。根据生成相的形貌和发生反应的热力学条件得知其为包析转变,即(Mg,Zn)3Gd+α-Mg→14H-LPSO。挤压后直接时效(T5)处理过程中,发生了晶内14H-LPSO相和β′相的沉淀析出。在14H-LPSO强韧化与沉淀强化的共同作用下,合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别为216 MPa和361 MPa,伸长率也保持在较好的水平,为6.9%。甄睿 方信贤 皮锦红 许恒源 吴震 2020材料工程2020,48,9:1
