The proposed algorithm constructs a system of noisy linear equations and utilizes all its coefficients to recover parity check matrix. | 3 | Gearbox fault diagnosis of rolling mills using multiwavelet sliding window neighboring coefficient denoising and optimal blind deconvolution显示文摘Fault diagnosis of rolling mills, especially the main drive gearbox, is of great importance to the high quality products and long-term safe operation. However, the useful fault information is usually submerged in heavy background noise under the severe condition. Thereby, a novel method based on multiwavelet sliding window neighboring coefficient denoising and optimal blind deconvolution is proposed for gearbox fault diagnosis in rolling mills. The emerging multiwavelets can seize the important signal processing properties simultaneously. Owing to the multiple scaling and wavelet basis functions, they have the supreme possibility of matching various features. Due to the periodicity of gearbox signals, sliding window is recommended to conduct local threshold denoising, so as to avoid the 'overkill' of conventional universal thresholding techniques. Meanwhile, neighboring coefficient denoising, considering the correlation of the coefficients, is introduced to effectively process the noisy signals in every sliding window. Thus, multiwavelet sliding window neighboring coefficient denoising not only can perform excellent fault extraction, but also accords with the essence of gearbox fault features. On the other hand, optimal blind deconvolution is carried out to highlight the denoised features for operators' easy identification. The filter length is vital for the effective and meaningful results. Hence, the foremost filter length selection based on the kurtosis is discussed in order to full benefits of this technique. The new method is applied to two gearbox fault diagnostic cases of hot strip finishing mills, compared with multiwavelet and scalar wavelet methods with/without optimal blind deconvolution. | 4 | Vehicle Ego-Localization Based on Streetscape Image Database Under Blind Area of Global Positioning System显示文摘Vehicle positioning is critical for inter-vehicle communication, navigation, vehicle monitoring and tracking. They are regarded as the core technology ensuring safety in everyday-driving. This paper proposes an enhanced vehicle ego-localization method based on streetscape image database. It is most useful in the global positioning system(GPS) blind area. Firstly, a database is built by collecting streetscape images, extracting dominant color feature and detecting speeded up robust feature(SURF) points. Secondly, an image that the vehicle shoots at one point is analyzed to find a matching image in the database by dynamic programming(DP)matching. According to the image similarity, several images with higher probabilities are selected to realize coarse positioning. Finally, different weights are set to the coordinates of the shooting location with the maximum similarity and its 8 neighborhoods according to the number of matching points, and then interpolating calculation is applied to complete accurate positioning. Experimental results show that the accuracy of this study is less than 1.5 m and its running time is about 3.6 s. These are basically in line with the practical need. | 11 | Research on dynamic characteristics of multi-sensor system in the case of cross-sensitivity显示文摘In this study, the dynamic characteristic of a multi-sensor system made up of such sensors as are sensitive to several parameters is discussed, and the effect of cross-sensitivity on the precision of a measurement system is also discussed. A multi-sensor system is looked as a serial of a linear filter and a memoryless nonlinear system, i.e. Wiener system, and the subsequent information fusion system is regarded as a Hammerstein system, i.e. a serial of a memoryless nonlinear system and a linear filter. On the basis of static calibration, it is presented to determine the inverse filter in a Hammerstein system using blind deconvolution. In order to control the uncertainty of amplitude of signals recovered by blind deconvolution well, a regulation approach to regulating the inverse linear filter coefficient matrixes is presented according to the identity between inverse filter coefficient matrixes and static calibrating matrix. So the approximate inverse dynamic model of multi-sensor system is obtained, the degree of distortion of dynamic measurement result is reduced, the measurement precision is improved, and the need of practice can be reached. Simulation example and simulation result show that the recovered error of the inputs of sensor system, the frequency of which is 1/10 of sampling frequency, is 1/20 of the measurement results without dynamic compensation, and is one half of the measurement results with sole dynamic compensation, and the rapidity is improved 2 times. The dynamic compensation results of a metal oxide semiconductor methane sensor show that the dynamic measurement error is less than one half of that without dynamic compensation. | 14 | 陆地棉两个同源基因GhBlind的克隆与表达分析显示文摘Blind同源基因对植物株型调控起着重要作用。本研究用同源克隆策略,在陆地棉(GossypiumhirsutumL.)腋芽部位cDNA中克隆出2个Blind同源基因GhBlind1(GenBank登录号为HQ115643)和GhBlind2(登录号为HQ115644)。GhBlind1和GhBlind2均由3个外显子和2个内含子组成,分别编码359个和262个氨基酸残基。组织特异性表达分析表明,GhBlind1在腋芽部位和茎尖分生组织部位优势表达,在根、叶、茎尖、幼嫩纤维表达,而在茎部不表达;GhBlind2在腋芽部位以及根、茎、叶片、茎尖表达,而在幼嫩纤维不表达。通过重组PCR技术,构建表达载体pSuper-gus-b1和pSuper-gus-b2;应用根癌农杆菌EHA105介导转化棉花胚性愈伤组织进行瞬时表达分析。将棉花胚性愈伤组织共培养4d后,2个表达载体转化的胚性愈伤组织中均能检测到GUS活性,但pSuper-gus-b2表达活性强于pSuper-gus-b1。对Blind同源蛋白的保守结构域比对发现,GhBlind1和GhBlind2与Blind同源蛋白的一致性分别达94%和91%。以Blind同源蛋白作为外参,结合NCBI已公开的23个棉花MYB蛋白构建系统发生树,发现GhBlind1和GhBlind2与棉花大多数MYB蛋白遗传距离较远,和Blind同源蛋白组成一个较小的分支。 | 熊冠军 徐芹 华金平 | 2011 | 作物学报2011,37,2: | 3 |

On the basis of the model of underdetermined blind source separation, the artificial neural network with single-layer perceptron is introduced into the proposed algorithm. Source signals are regarded as the weight vector of single-layer perceptron, and approximate ι~0-norm is taken into account for output error decision rule of the perceptron, which leads to the sparse recovery. Then the procedure of source recovery is adjusting the weight vector of the perceptron. What's more, the optimal learning factor is calculated and a descent sequence of smoothed parameter is used during iteration, which improves the performance and significantly decreases computational complexity of the proposed algorithm. | 20 | Low-complexity fractional phase estimation for totally blind channel estimation显示文摘To remove the scalar ambiguity in conventional blind channel estimation algorithms, totally blind channel estimation(TBCE) is proposed by using multiple constellations. To estimate the unknown scalar, its phase is decomposed into a fractional phase and an integer phase. However, the maximum-likelihood(ML) algorithm for the fractional phase does not have closed-form solutions and suffers from high computational complexity. By exploring the structures of widely used constellations, this paper proposes a low-complexity fractional phase estimation algorithm which requires no exhaustive search. Analytical expressions of the asymptotic mean squared error(MSE) are also derived.
