| 1 | 东北酸菜不同发酵时间有机酸变化及其对产品酸感的影响显示文摘采用高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)和暂时性感官支配分析法(temporal dominance of sensations,TDS)研究东北酸菜有机酸变化及其对产品酸感的影响。HPLC检测结果表明:在0~120 d发酵过程中能检测到9种有机酸,其中乳酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、草酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸及酒石酸含量随发酵时间的增加而增加,发酵120 d时还检测到了丙酸和戊酸;TDS评价结果表明,发酵90 d样品相比其它发酵时间样品酸感更加柔和适中,说明其各种有机酸含量及比例适宜。因此,90 d为东北酸菜最适发酵期;相关性分析表明乳酸在东北酸菜酸感形成中起主导作用,柠檬酸、乙酸、草酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸及酒石酸则起到辅助作用。这些有机酸含量及比例合适时对东北酸菜柔和酸感起到促进作用;含量及比例不合适时会破坏柔和酸感。丙酸和戊酸的存在则会导致尖酸酸感。 | 马艺荧 孙波 张宇 郝宇 解双瑜 李天一 刘东傲 | 2019 | 食品与发酵工业2019,45,5: | 19 |

| 3 | Process and mechanism for oil and gas accumulation, adjustment and reconstruction in Puguang Gas Field, Northeast Sichuan Basin, China显示文摘With the discoveries of a series of large gas fields in the northeast of Sichuan Basin, such as Puguang and Longgang gas fields, the formation mechanism of the gas reservoir containing high H2S in the ancient marine carbonate formation in superposition-basin becomes a hot topic in the field of petroleum geology. Based on the structure inversion, numerical simulation, and geochemical research, we show at least two intervals of fluid transfer in Puguang paleo-oil reservoir, one in the forepart of late Indo-Chinese epoch to early Yanshan epoch and the other in the metaphase of early Yanshan epoch. Oil and gas accumulation occurred at Puguang structure through Puguang-Dongyuezhai faults and dolomite beds in reef and shoal facies in Changxing Formation (P2ch) - Feixianguan Formation (T1f) in the northwest and southwest directions along three main migration pathways, to form Puguang paleo-oil reservoir. Since crude oil is pyrolysised in the early stage of middle Yanshan epoch, Puguang gas reservoir has experienced fluid adjusting process controlled by tectonic movement and geochemical reconstruction process controlled by thermochemical sulfate reduction (TSR). Middle Yan-shan epoch is the main period during which the Puguang gas reservoir experienced the geochemical reaction of TSR. On one hand, TSR can recreate the fluid in gas reservoir, which makes the gas drying index larger and carbon isotope heavier. On the other hand, the reciprocity between fluid regarding TSR (hydrocarbon, H2S, and water) and reservoir rock induces erosion of the reservoir rocks and anhydrite alteration, which improves reservoir petrophysical properties. | 4 | Genetic analysis of yield and fiber quality traits in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum L.) cultivated in different ecological regions of China显示文摘Background:Cotton is an important fiber crop worldwide.The yield potential of current genotypes of cotton can be exploited through hybridization.However,to develop superior hybrids with high yield and fiber quality traits,information of genetic control of traits is prerequisite.Therefore,genetic analysis plays pivotal role in plant breeding.Results:In present study,North Carolina II mating design was used to cross 5 female parents with 6 male parents to produce 30 intraspecific F1cotton hybrids.All plant materials were tested in three different ecological regions of China during the year of 2016-2017.Additive-dominance-environment(ADE)genetic model was used to estimate the genetic effects and genotypic and phenotypic correlation of yield and fiber quality traits.Results showed that yield traits except lint percentage were mainly controlled by genetic and environment interaction effects,whereas lint percentage and fiber quality traits were determined by main genetic effects.Moreover,dominant and additiveen vironine nt in teraction effects had more influence on yield traits,whereas additive and domi nance-e nviron ment interaction effects were found to be predominant for fiber traits.Broad-sense and its interaction heritability were significant for all yield and most of fiber quality traits.Narrow-sense and its interaction heritability were non-significant for boll number and seed cotton yield.Correlation analysis indicated that seed cotton yield had significant positive correlation with other yield attributes and non-significant with fiber quality traits.All fiber quality traits had signiflcant positive correlation with each other except micronaire.Conclusions:Results of current study provide important information about genetic control of yield and fiber quality traits.Further,this study identified that parental lines,e.g.,SJ48-1,ZB-1,851-2,and DT-8 can be utilized to improve yield and fiber quality traits in cotton. | SHAHZAD Kashif LI Xue QI Tingxiang GUO Liping TANG Huini ZHANG Xuexian WANG Hailin ZHANG Meng ZHANG Bingbing QIAO Xiuqin XING Chaozhu WU Jianyong | 2019 | Journal of Cotton Research2019,2,2: | 5 |

| 6 | The impact of Gunnera tinctoria(Molina)Mirbel invasions on soil seed bank communities显示文摘Aims In recent years,there has been an increasing interest in the impact of invasive alien plant species on the soil seed bank.Soil seed banks play an important role in determining the composition and dynamics of the vegetation through time.Therefore,an ability to form a persistent seed bank and/or a capacity to alter the structure of the seed bank of invaded communities could be important factors in determining the success of many alien plant species.In this study,we report on a detailed assessment of the characteristics of the seed bank community associated with the herbaceous plant invader,Gunnera tinctoria,a newly emerging and potentially globally significant invasive plant species.This species,native to South America,is invasive in a range of wet habitats in Europe,Australasia and the USA.Methods A comprehensive assessment of the seed bank of invaded and comparable uninvaded areas was made at two points in time(May and October),at three sites in western Ireland.The seedling emergence approach was used to assess the structure(diversity,dominance and abundance)of the soil seed bank.Differences between invaded and uninvaded seed bank communities were investigated at the spatial scales of site,plot and depth.Important Findings Gunnera tinctoria formed a large persistent seed bank at the study sites.Approximately 30000 seedlings per square metre emerged from soils collected from invaded areas,of which 30%were found in deep soil layers.Seedlings of this invader represented 53–86%of the total number of seedlings associated with invaded areas.Both the transient and the more persistent component of the seed bank of invaded communities were significantly less diverse and abundant than those of uninvaded areas,and were characterized by higher dominance,even when seedlings of the invader were not included in the analysis.The seed bank of invaded areas was largely composed of seeds of agricultural weeds in addition to those of the invader.These results suggest that G.tinctoria has the capacity to profoundly alter the seed bank of invaded communities.These results have direct relevance for the development of control and management strategies,for this and other comparable invasive species,which should account for both quantitative and qualitative alterations in the seed bank community.Our study also suggests that control measures that result in disturbance of areas colonized by G.tinctoria could promote the germination of undesirable weeds. | Margherita Gioria Bruce Osborne | 2009 | Journal of Plant Ecology2009,2,3: | 3 |

| 9 | Changing trends in prevalence of different Plasmodium species with dominance of Plasmodium falciparum malaria infection in Aligarh(India)显示文摘Objective:To determine the prevalence of malaria in Aligarh and analyze species dominance in different years over a decade.Methods:Diagnosis of malaria was done using microscopy as gold standard,rapid antigen detection assays and quantitative buffy coat(QBC) assays.Giemsa stained blood smear examination was done,thick and thin films were examined for presence of different Plasmodium spp.Rapid antigen detection assays employing detection of HRP-2 and parasite lactate dehydrogenase antigen(pLDH) by immunochromatography was done in patients whose blood smear found to be negative by conventional Giemsa slide examination.QBC was done in cases where there is strong clinical suspicion of malaria with blood smear negative,in patients with chronic malaria,splenomegaly,or in those patients who had inadequate treatment and for post-treatment follow up.Results:Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum were only species detected in our hospital.Overall prevalence of malaria in Aligarh was found to be 8.8%.The maximum prevalence of 20.1%was observed in year 2008 and lowest 2.3%in 2002. | 13 | Influence of evenness on the litter-species richness-decomposition relationship in Mediterranean grasslands显示文摘Aims Human impacts on natural ecosystems induce changes in their functioning through alterations in species richness,composition and evenness of plant communities.Most litter diversity–decomposition processes studies have only manipulated species richness,ignoring the role of evenness.Here,results from a field litterbag experiment are presented to test whether changes in evenness of species distribution in litter mixtures affected the strength of the litter-species richness–decomposition relationship.Methods Ten herbaceous species abundant in Mediterranean grassland communities and representative of different genera and functional groups were used.Species richness was directly manipulated to produce litter mixtures of three and six plant species,as well as litter of each individual species used.Each level of species richness was replicated several times such that each repeat had a different species composition.Three-and six-species litter mixtures were also treated to vary in evenness(three levels).Decomposition rate was assessed by percentage dry weight loss over the 90 days of the experiment.Important Findings Decomposition rate was positively related to the linear increase in litter-species richness and was affected by the composition of the litter-species mixture.Decomposition rates differed significantly between evenness treatments and moreover,the strength of the positive relationship between litter-species richness and decomposition rate decreased notably in the low-evenness treatment.The effects of evenness on decomposition rate,at different richness levels,were partially explained by the differences in the initial litter mixture’s carbon-to-nitrogen ratio within them.This study reveals that shortterm decomposition rate is positively affected by both components of Mediterranean grassland litter-species diversity. | Panayiotis G.Dimitrakopoulos | 2010 | Journal of Plant Ecology2010,3,2: | 1 |

| 15 | Progressive heterosis in genetically defined tetraploid maize显示文摘Progressive heterosis, i.e., the additional hybrid vigor in double-cross tetraploid hybrids not found in their single-cross tetraploid parents, has been documented in a number of species including alfalfa,potato, and maize. In this study, four artificially induced maize tetraploids, directly derived from standard inbred lines, were crossed in pairs to create two single-cross hybrids. These hybrids were then crossed to create double-cross hybrids containing genetic material from all four original lines. Replicated fieldbased phenotyping of the materials over four years indicated a strong progressive heterosis phenotype in tetraploids but not in their diploid counterparts. In particular, the above ground dry weight phenotype of double-cross tetraploid hybrids was on average 34% and 56% heavier than that of the single-cross tetraploid hybrids and the double-cross diploid counterparts, respectively. Additionally,whole-genome resequencing of the original inbred lines and further analysis of these data did not show the expected spectrum of alleles to explain tetraploid progressive heterosis under the complementation of complete recessive model. | 16 | The Analysis of Dominance Degree of Land Use in Irrigation District——A Case Study of Jinghuiqu Irrigation District in Shaanxi Province显示文摘According to the remote sensing interpretation data in study area, statistics and the data concerning agricultural land classification of Shaanxi Province, on the basis of degree of dominance of land use, taking Jinghuiqu Irrigation District as an example, this paper adopts benefit-cost analysis method and the method of degree of dominance of land resources per capita to conduct analysis on degree of dominance of land. The results show that in study area, the ratio of cost and benefit of farmland is 1.5, with relative big value, indicating that farmland is the dominant land resource in Jinghuiqu Irrigation District; the abundance of land resources in study area is 0.73, the combination index of land resources is 2.3, and degree of dominance of land resources per capita is 0.32, indicating that the combination index of land resources in study area is relatively big, while degree of dominance of land resources per capita is relatively small, which shows that in study area, the combination of all kinds of land resources is in a poor state, with poor supporting ability. | 17 | Recovery of Baikiaea forest of southwestern Zambia from shifting cultivation and its implications for sustainable management显示文摘We studied the dominant species by age category of re-growth, and how subsistence forest use through shifting cultivation impacted on the floristic composition of Baikiaea forest. For re-growth stands, variable sampling method was adopted in data collection while in mature stands, a sample plot size of 50 m 9 50 m was used at each of three study sites. Distribution of species by age categories showed that shrub, herb, and grass species were abundant in young re-growth stands while woody vegetation became common with increasing age of the re-growth stand. Hierarchical clustering for common woody species showed several species associations with age categories and also with relatively undisturbed woodland. Common regeneration mechanisms of key woody species were mainly by seed(48%), coppicing(40%) and root suckers(12%). The young re-growth stands of 6–10 and 11–15 years were characterized by B. petersiana, B.massiensis, Combretum zeyheri, and Guibourtia coleosperma. Older stands(16–20 years after abandonment) were characterized by B. plurijuga, Pterocarpus antunesii, and Baphia massiensis, thus closely mimicking the relatively undisturbed forest whose dominant key woody species were B. plurijuga, P. antunesii, and G. coloesperma. There were many stems in younger stands(2–5 years) and fewer stems in older re-growth stands of 16–20 years after abandonment following shifting cultivation. Older regrowth stands(16–20 years) were similar to undisturbed stands(P \ 0.005). The similarity between re-growth stands of 16–20 years and control stands demonstrates the recovery of Baikiaea forest over time after cessation of shifting agriculture. Baikiaea forest requires some disturbance to perpetuate the dominant species and begins to show signs of recovery from shifting cultivation within16–20 years after abandonment. | 20 | Genome-wide unbalanced expression bias and expression level dominance toward Brassica oleracea in artificially synthesized intergeneric hybrids of Raphanobrassica显示文摘Raphanobrassica(R^(r)R^(r)C^(r)C^(r),2n=4x=36),which is generated by distant hybridization between the maternal parent Raphanus sativus(R s R s,2n=2x=18)and the paternal parent Brassica oleracea(C°C°,2n=2x=18),displays intermediate silique phenotypes compared to diploid progenitors.However,the hybrid shares much more similarities in silique phenotypes with those of B.oleracea than those of R.sativus.Strikingly,the silique of Raphanobrassica is obviously split into two parts.To investigate the gene expression patterns behind these phenomena,transcriptome analysis was performed on the upper,middle,and lower sections of pods(RCsiu,RCsim,and RCsil),seeds in the upper and lower sections of siliques(RCseu and RCsel)from Raphanobrassica,whole pods(Rsi and Csi)and all seeds in the siliques(Rse and Cse)from R.sativus and B.oleracea.Transcriptome shock was observed in all five aforementioned tissues of Raphanobrassica.Genome-wide unbalanced biased expression and expression level dominance were also discovered,and both of them were toward B.oleracea in Raphanobrassica,which is consistent with the observed phenotypes.The present results reveal the global gene expression patterns of different sections of siliques of Raphanobrassica,pods,and seeds of B.oleracea and R.sativus,unraveling the tight correlation between global gene expression patterns and phenotypes of the hybrid and its parents. | Libin Zhang Jianjie He Hongsheng He Jiangsheng Wu Maoteng Li | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 1 |
