| 1 | Kinematics and activity of M dwarfs in LAMOST DR1显示文摘We report on the first investigation into kinematics and chromospheric activity of M dwarfs from the Guo Shou Jing Telescope(also called the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope – LAMOST) data release one(DR1).The sample comprises 71 304 M dwarfs. Their fundamental parameters such as spectral types, radial velocities, important molecular band indices and magnetic activities are measured. Their distances are determined by a spectroscopic parallax relation.Space motion(U, V, W) and Galactocentric cylindrical coordinates(R, θ, Z) for the M dwarfs are also computed. We examine velocity dispersion as a function of height from the Galactic plane and find that all three components of velocity dispersion increase with height as measured with respect to the Galactic plane. The investigation into chromospheric activities along the height from the Galactic plane confirms that M dwarfs closer to the Galactic plane are more likely to be active. We take a pure kinematical approach to select thin disk stars and thick disk stars from our sample, then to investigate the differences in properties between these two populations. | 2 | Preface: The LAMOST Galactic surveys and early results显示文摘By the time of this writing, the ongoing LAMOST Galactic surveys have collected approximately 4.5 million stellar spectra with signal-to-noise ratios better than 10 per pixel. This special issue is devoted to early results from the surveys,mostly based on the LAMOST Data Release 1(DR1; Luo et al., this volume) that contains data secured by May 2013, the end of the first year of regular surveys, although a few studies have made use of data collected in the second year of regular surveys. LAMOST DR1 was released to the Chinese astronomical community and international partners in August 2013 and made public to the whole world in March2015. Here we briefly review the scope and motivation, data reduction and release, as well as early results of the surveys. | 3 | The first data release(DR1) of the LAMOST regular survey显示文摘The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio(SNR) ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters: late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra(1 061 918 entries), A-type stars(100 073 entries), and M-type stars(121 522 entries). This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. | 4 | 中间锦鸡儿CiDR1的克隆及干旱胁迫下的表达分析显示文摘[目的]研究并了解中间锦鸡儿CiDR1基因功能及其对干旱胁迫的响应,为抗性育种提供候选基因。[方法]通过RACE技术从中间锦鸡儿中克隆CiDR1基因的c DNA全长,利用生物信息学分析软件对其基因结构及功能进行分析和预测。再通过qRT-PCR技术对干旱胁迫后的幼苗中的CiDR1表达模式进行研究。[结果]从中间锦鸡儿中克隆到CiDR1基因的c DNA全长共计4 297 bp,Gen Bank登录号为KP277100。生物信息学分析表明,预测的CiDR1蛋白序列中含有1 243个氨基酸残基,具有抗病基因特征结构域TIR、NB-ARC、LRR等,其等电点为6.35,不稳定指数为42.91,不具备信号肽,为非分泌蛋白,定位于细胞质中。定量PCR检测发现,CiDR1基因在幼年期的茎中表达量较低,在成年期的叶片中表达量较高;在干旱胁迫处理后的幼苗中,CiDR1表达水平有明显下降,表明该基因的表达受干旱抑制,可能与中间锦鸡儿适应干旱相关。[结论]中间锦鸡儿在干旱胁迫后其根、茎和叶中CiDR1的表达均明显下降,表明CiDR1的表达受干旱抑制,可能与中间锦鸡儿适应干旱相关,进一步研究发现CiDR1在根、茎、叶中的表达水平可能受发育阶段调控。 | 武苾菲 李万峰 徐海燕 张立峰 齐力旺 韩素英 | 2017 | 林业科学研究2017,30,2: | 2 |

| 6 | Validation of LAMOST stellar parameters with the PASTEL catalog显示文摘The Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST) published its first data release(DRl)in 2013,which is currently the largest dataset of stellar spectra in the world.We combine the PASTEL catalog and SIMBAD radial velocities as a testing standard to validate stellar parameters(effective temperature T_(eff),surface gravity log g,metallicity[Fe/H]and radial velocity V_r)derived from DR1.Through cross-identification of the DR1 catalogs and the PASTEL catalog,we obtain a preliminary sample of 422 stars.After removal of stellar parameter measurements from problematic spectra and applying effective temperature constraints to the sample,we compare the stellar parameters from DR1 with those from PASTEL and SIMBAD to demonstrate that the DR1 results are reliable in restricted ranges of T_(eff).We derive standard deviations of 110 K,0.19 dex and 0.11 dex for T_(eff),log g and[Fe/H]respectively when T_(eff)<8000 K,and 4.91 km S^(-1) for V_r when T_(eff)<10 000 K.Systematic errors are negligible except for those of V_r.In addition,metallicities in DR1 are systematically higher than those in PASTEL,in the range of PASTEL[Fe/H]<-1.5. | Hua Gao Hua-Wei Zhang Mao-Sheng Xiang Yang Huang Xiao-Wei Liu A-Li Luo Hao-Tong Zhang Yue Wu Yong Zhang Guang-Wei Li Bing Du | 2015 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2015,15,12: | 1 |

| 8 | Electro-optic Properties of DR1 Doped SiO_2 Organic/inorganic Guest-host Films显示文摘We made a comprehensive investigation on the electro-optic(EO) properties of hybrid sol-gel silica film doped with Dispersed Red 1 dye(DR1/SiO2). An important finding is that the dipoles which don't orient along the direction of corona poling field in the films can be instantaneously poled by alternate modulation electrical field. This instant poling effect results in the EO coefficients dependent on the frequency and intensity of alternate modulation electric field, and some experiments have proved it. We also investigated the electro-optic coefficients and thickness of films at different stir temperatures(Ts) of start solution and at different number densities of DR1. Experimentally the DR1 number density was optimized to an order of 1021/cm3 and a large EO coefficient of γ33=37 pm/V for DR1/SiO2 film was measured by simple reflection technique at 1 kHz frequencies of modulation electric field. | 11 | CaII H&K emission distribution of ~120000 F,G and K stars in LAMOST DR1显示文摘We present chromospheric activity index SHK measurements for 119 995 F, G and K stars with high signal-to-noise ratio(S/N > 80) spectra, extracted from LAMOST DR1 in SDSS g band. The index δS for each of these stars is calculated by the difference between its SHK value and the baseline determined from very inactive stars. The effect of metallicity on measurement of δS varies with stellar Teff. No evident Vaughan-Preston gap appears in our sample. The relation between δS and vertical distance from the Galactic plane is determined for stars with Teff < 5500 K. Stars with higher δS tend to be closer to the Galactic plane. Two open clusters in the DR1 sample, M45 and M67, exhibit the expected general trend that δS decays with age.For stars with Teff > 5500 K, similar δS levels appear in both young and old cluster stars, which supports Pace's suggestion that caution should be exercised when deriving the age of a single star by using its chromospheric activity. | 12 | Searching for classical Be stars in LAMOST DR1显示文摘We report on searching for Classical B-type emission-line(CBe) stars in the first data release of the Large Sky Area Multi-Object fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST; also called the Guo Shou Jing Telescope). A total of 192 objects(including 12 previously known CBes) were identified as CBe candidates with prominent He I λ4387, He I λ4471 and Mg II λ4481 absorption lines, as well as Hβλ4861and Hαλ6563 emission lines. These candidates significantly increase the currently known sample of CBes by about 8%. Most of the CBe candidates are distributed near the Galactic Anti-Center due to the observing strategy used for LAMOST. Only two CBes are in star clusters.
