1基于STM32的EtherCAT从站的设计与实现显示文摘介绍了Ether CAT的工作原理,设计了一种基于STM32和ET1100的Ether CAT从站。采用模块化和层次化的开发方式能够有效的改善设备的开发质量、加快开发速度,为开发Ether CAT设备提供了一种便捷的途径。文章分析了系统软硬件设计方案,并通过实验对设备I/O功能、实时性能以及数据精确度进行了测试,实验表明设备性能良好。目前该从站已在'蓝天数控'系统中得到初步应用。左振领 何方 李霄 2016组合机床与自动化加工技术2016,,7:13
2Synergistic activity of lawsone methyl ether in combination with some antibiotics and artocarpin against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, and Trychophyton rubrum显示文摘Objective: One appealing strategy to overcome and prevent resistant problem is the use of combined two or more antibacterial substances. Lawsone methyl ether(LME) is the naphthoquinone found in the leaves of Impatiens balsamina. The objective of this study is to determine the interaction of LME with some antibiotics(ampicillin, tetracycline, norfloxacin, and clotrimazole) and a natural compound, artocarpin against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA), Candida albicans, and Trychophyton rubrum.Methods: A broth microdilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC). Synergistic effects were evaluated at their own MIC using the checkerboard method and time-kill assay.Results: LME showed moderate antibacterial activity against MRSA with MIC value of 15.6 μg/mL, and exhibited strong antifungal activities against T. rubrum and C. albicans with MIC values of 7.8 and 3.9 μg/m L,respectively. The interaction of LME with the natural compound artocarpin against MRSA produced a synergy with fractional inhibitory concentration index(FICI) value of 0.31, while the combination of LME and clotrimazole exhibited synergy against C. albicans and T. rubrum with FICI values of 0.38 and 0.24, respectively. The time-kill assays confirmed that the compounds in combination enhanced their antimicrobial activities against the resistant microorganisms with different degrees.Conclusion: LME in combination with clotrimazole exhibited synergy effect against C. albicans and T.rubrum. 4沉默Ether à go-go 1基因调控VEGF/PI3K/AKT抑制骨肉瘤增殖和血管生成的研究显示文摘目的:检测沉默Ether à go-go 1(Eag1)基因对骨肉瘤增殖和血管生成的影响及其可能的调控机制。方法:构建抑制Eag1表达的短发卡RNA(short hair RNA,shRNA)重组腺病毒载体Ad5-Eag1-shRNA并感染骨肉瘤细胞株。采用实时定量聚合酶链反应(real-time polymerase chain reaction,Real-time PCR)和蛋白印迹技术(Western blot analysis,WB)检测Ad5-Eag1-shRNA的感染效能。采用CCK-8法和裸鼠成瘤实验检测感染前后骨肉瘤细胞增殖和裸鼠骨肉瘤体积的变化。采用免疫组化技术和WB技术分别检测感染前后裸鼠肿瘤组织中微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达的变化。采用WB技术检测感染前后骨肉瘤细胞中VEGF、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(phosphoinositide 3-kinase,PI3K)和蛋白激酶B(protein kinase B,AKT)的表达变化。结果:构建的重组腺病毒载体Ad5-Eag1-shRNA具有良好的感染效能。感染Ad5-Eag1-shRNA可沉默骨肉瘤中Eag1的表达并能有效地抑制骨肉瘤细胞增殖和裸鼠骨肉瘤生长(均P<0.001),同时下调裸鼠骨肉瘤组织中MVD密度和VEGF的表达(均P<0.001)。感染Ad5-Eag1-shRNA可下调骨肉瘤细胞中VEGF的表达(P<0.05)并抑制PI3K和AKT的磷酸化(均P<0.001)。结论:沉默Eag1可能通过调控VEGF/PI3K/AKT信号通路抑制骨肉瘤增殖和血管生成。吴进 刘庆军 曾文容 吴采荣 戴立林 陈志达 2016肿瘤预防与治疗2016,29,4:8

6Effect of different anesthesia methods on erythrocyte immune function in mice显示文摘Objective:To explore effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in mice.Methods:The mice were anesthetized by isoflurane and ether inhalation,and also under intraperitoneal anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital and chloral hydrate,Blood was collected from the ventro-cardinal vein.Automatic blood cell analyzer was used for routine blood examination,and the canthine oxidase method was used to measure the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity.Lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA)was measured with TBA,and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was measured with DTNB,and then the effect of different anesthesia methods and different anesthetics on erythrocyte immune function in mice was observed.Result:Hct level of chloral hydrate intraperitoneal injection group was significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).And the MDA levels in the pentobarbital sodium group were significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.05).SOD and GSH-Px of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two groups;RBC-C 3bRR and RBC-ICR of the chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection group were significantly lower than the other two groups.Conclusions:Different drugs can induce changes in immune function of mice at different levels.Isoflurane and ether have less damage to animal body,while chloral hydrate and sodium pentobarbital intraperitoneal injection have a certain inhibitory effect on the animal body respiratory system and can cause greater damage to the body.Therefore,the reasonable selection and control of anesthetics are very important in order to avoid the experimental errors caused by anesthesia.Wen-Long Zhang Meng-Ying Liu Zhen-Chen Zhang Chen-Yang Duan 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2013,6,12:7

8Catalytic performance of hierarchical H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 for methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether显示文摘Micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 were prepared by the hydrothermal technique with alkali-treated H-ZSM-5zeolite as the source and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption measurement and NH3 temperature-programmed desorption.The catalytic performances for the methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether over H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 were evaluated.Among these catalysts,H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 prepared with NaOH dosage (nNa/nSi) varying from 0.4 to 0.47 presented excellent catalytic activity with more than 80%methanol conversion and 100%dimethyl ether selectivity in a wide temperature range of 170—300℃,and H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 prepared with nNa/nSi=0.47 showed constant methanol conversion of about 88.7%,100% dimethyl ether selectivity and excellent lifetime at 220℃.The excellent catalytic performances were due to the highly active and uniform acidic sites and the hierarchical porosity in the micro-mesoporous composite molecular sieves.The catalytic mechanism of H-ZSM-5/MCM-41 for the methanol dehydration to dimethyl ether process was also discussed.Yu Sang Hongxiao Liu Shichao He Hansheng Li Qingze Jiao Qin Wu Kening Sun 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5:7

10Visible Light-Induced Methoxycarbonyldifluoromethylation of Trime-thylsilyl Enol Ethers and Allyltrimethylsilanes with FSO2CF2CO2Me显示文摘A photocatalytic methoxycarbonyldifluoromethylation of trimethylsilyl enol ethers with FSO2CF2CO2Me in the presence of fac-lr(ppy)3 wasdeveloped. This reaction provided a practical strategy for the construction of various α-CF2CO2R aromatic ketones, which are difficult to access by othermethods. Furthermore, a series of methoxycarbonyldifluoromethylated allylic compounds could also be obtained from allyltrimethylsilanes using thesame strategy. 11Study on hexaaluminate MnLaAl_(11)O_(19-δ) catalyst for catalytic combustive reaction of dimethyl ether as a new fuel显示文摘Study on catalytic combustive reaction of dimethyl ether as a new fuel was presented. Hexaaluminate catalysts were used to reduce ignition temperature so that dimethyl ether completely combusted at low temperature. Hexaaluminate catalysts MnLaAl11O19-δ were prepared by reverse microemulsion method. Crystalline phase and structure of the catalyst were analysed by means of TG-DTA, XRD and BET. The results show that the hexaalunminate is of magnetoplumbite structure when La is taken as mirror plane cation. Hexaalunminate phase is formed slowly via 1050 ℃ calcined for 4 h and it can keep hexaaluminate phase and high surface area of 48 m2·g-1 even calcined at 1200 ℃ for 2 h. Catalytic activity of MnLaAl11O19-δ was tested in combustion reaction of dimethyl ether. 13Applications of Crown Ether Cross-Linked Chitosan for the Analysis of Lead and Cadmium in Environmental Water Samples显示文摘A new type of crown ether cross-linked chitosan was synthesized by the reaction of chitosan with 4,4’-dibromodibenzo-18-crown-6 (Br-DBC). Its token structure was analyzed with FT-IR and NMR and the adsorption behaviors for lead and cadmium in environmental water samples by FAAS were studied. In addition the best analysis conditions were discussed and the adsorption mechanism was explained. As the enrichment factor is above 100, both recoveries are 94%-106%, the detection limits of lead and cadmium are 0.5 μg·L -1and 0.04 μg·L -1 and the relatively standard deviations of lead and cadmium are 3.1% and 2.8% respectively, this new method was successfully applied to the determination of environmental water samples. 14THE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECTS OF SIX MYCOTOXINS ON THE CULTURAL CHONDROCYTES显示文摘The effects of deoxynlvalenol (DON), T--2 toxin, nivalenol (NIv), hutenolide (BuT).alternariol methyl ether(AME) and monlliformin (cON ) on rabbit articular chondrocytes were observed by using the method of chondrocyte monolayer culture. The amounts or DNA in chondrocytesand glucuronate in matrix were measured. And the chondrocytes were observed by inversion microscope and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results showed that the cultured chondrocytes were damaged by all the six mycotoxinsl and the synthesis of DNA and the divided reproductionof chondrocytes were restrained; the damage errect was more evident, esl,ecially in the early stage ofculturel the higher concentration or toxin in the media was used, the lower density of the culturalckondrocytes was observed; the cells were even round damaged and dead, so long as the media contolued toxin. When the six mycotoxins arrected the cultural chondrocytes r.spectively, three dirfereut kinds or ultrastructural changes in ckondrocytes were seen by TEa. 15Selectivity enhancement of quaternized poly(arylene ether ketone)membranes by ion segregation for vanadium redox flow batteries显示文摘Quaternary ammonium densely functionalized octa-benzylmethyl-containing poly(arylene ether ketone)s(QA-OMPAEKs) with ion exchange capacities(IECs) ranging from 1.23 to 2.21 mmol g^(-1) were synthesized from:(1) Ullmann coupling extension of tetra-benzylmethyl-containing bisphenol A;(2) condensation polymerization with activated dihalide in the presence of K_2CO_3;(3) selective bromination using N-bromosuccinimide; and(4) quantitative quaternization using trimethylamine. Both smallangle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and transmission electron microscope(TEM) characterizations revealed distinct nano-phase separation in QA-OMPAEKs as a result of the dense quaternization. The QA-OMPAEK-20 with an IEC of 1.98 mmol g^(-1) exhibited a high SO_4^(2-) conductivity of 11.4 mS cm^(-1) and a low VO^(2+) permeability of 0.06×10^(-12) m^2 s^(-1) at room temperature,leading to a dramatically higher ion selectivity than Nafion N212. Consequently, the vanadium redox flow battery(VRFB)assembled with QA-OMPAEK-20 achieved a Coulombic efficiency of 96.9% and an energy efficiency of 84.8% at a current density of 50 mA cm^(-2), which were much higher than those of the batteries assembled with Nafion N212 and a home-made control membrane without distinct nano-phase separation. 16Synthesis,biological activities and 3D-QSAR studies of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety显示文摘A series of(R)-2-phenyl-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide derivatives containing a sulfur ether moiety were synthesized and characterized on the basis of NMR and elemental analysis(EA). The crystal structure of(R)-N-(2-methyl-1-(methylthio)propan-2-yl)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)-4,5-dihydrothiazole-4-carboxamide(13 d) was determined to show R configuration. The bioasssy results indicated that most title compounds displayed good and broad spectrum antifungal activities against several phytopathogenic fungi. The structure activity relationships were discussed. Based on the antifungal activity of title compounds against Phytophthora capsici, a CoMSIA calculation was performed to establish a 3 D-QSAR model, which revealed that electrostatic and hydrophobic fields were the two most significant factors for antifungal activity. 18Studies on the Catalytic Properties of Magnesia Supported on γ-Alumina显示文摘We have shown that MgO can be dispersed on γ Al 2O 3 with different loadings. The observed dispersion capacity of MgO on the surface of γ Al 2O 3 is higher than the theoretical monolayer dispersion value. The surface area and the maximum in the pore size distribution gradually decrease with the increase in MgO content at low loadings. The surface area and the maximum in the pore size distribution of MgO/ γ Al 2O 3 decrease more rapidly when the MgO content is large because the pores of γ Al 2O 3 become blocked.
