1AtbHLH29 of Arabidopsis thaliana is a functional ortholog of tomato FER involved in controlling iron acquisition in strategy I plants显示文摘AtbHLH29 of Arabidopsis, encoding a bHLH protein, reveals a high similarity to the tomato FER which is proposed as a transcriptional regulator involved in controlling the iron deficiency responses and the iron uptake in tomato. For identification of its biological functions, AtbHLH29 was introduced into the genome of the tomato FER mutant T3238fer mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciencs. Transgenic plants were regenerated and the stable integration of AtbHLH29 into their genomes was confirmed by Southern hybridization. Molecular analysis demonstrated that expression of the exogenous AtbHLH29 of Arabidopsis in roots of the FER mutant T3238fer enabled to complement the defect functions of FER. The transgenic plants regained the ability to activate the whole iron deficiency responses and showed normal growth as the wild type under iron-limiting stress. Our transformation data demonstrate that AtbHLH29 is a functional ortholog of the tomato FER and can completely replace FER in controlling the effective iron acquisition in tomato. Except of iron, FER protein was directly or indirectly involved in manganese homeostasis due to that loss functions of FER in T3238fer resulted in strong reduction of Mn content in leaves and the defect function on Mn accumulation in leaves was complemented by expression of AtbHLH29 in the transgenic plants. 2CEA、CA153、TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1检测在乳腺癌术后转移中的诊断价值显示文摘目的探索肿瘤标志物CEA、CA153、TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1在乳腺癌术后转移中的诊断价值。方法选择2012-2014年在唐山市人民医院治疗的578例原发性乳腺癌患者,随访3年后根据有、无转移分为转移组42例,从未出现转移患者中随机抽取42例作为未转移组。采用化学发光法检测患者CEA、CA153、TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1水平,比较转移组与未转移组CEA、CA153、TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1水平差异;采用Pearson相关性检验分析在乳腺癌术后转移患者中TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1三者的相关性;采用受试者ROC曲线检验各组数值对乳腺癌术后转移的检验效率。结果乳腺癌术后转移组患者血清CEA、CA153、TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1水平[分别为(6.11±1.87)ng/m L、(26.97±9.52)U/m L、(155.95±22.03)U/L、(173.08±19.87)ng/m L、(18.98±7.33)ng/m L]比未转移组[分别为(5.33±1.85)ng/m L、(23.34±8.30)U/m L、(133.22±19.09)U/L、(142.29±22.59)ng/m L、(6.76±1.59)ng/m L]升高,TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1水平变化更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺癌术后转移患者血清TPS、Fer、CYFRA21-1均未见明显相关性;CYFRA21-1的ROC曲线下面积(0.903)>Fer(0.849)>TPS(0.791),在乳腺癌术后转移的诊断中,CYFRA21-1曲线下面积最大具有较高的诊断价值。结论乳腺癌患者术后血清TPS、Fer、CY-FRA21-1的水平升高与乳腺癌术后发生转移密切相关,CYFRA21-1对于监测乳腺癌术后转移具有较高的价值。李玉柱 张玉敏 韩龙才 张华 刘新唐 张海军 林秋全 王磊 2017实用医学杂志2017,33,22:23
3AFP、AFU、Fer、GP73联合检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的价值显示文摘目的探讨肿瘤标志物甲胎蛋白(AFP)、岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、血清铁蛋白(Fer)和高尔基体糖蛋白73(GP73)联合检测在原发性肿瘤(PHC)诊断中的应用价值。方法应用电化学发光免疫分析法和全自动生化分析仪法测定80例原发性肝癌患者和60例正常对照组血清AFP、AFU、Fer和GP73的含量,并分析对原发性肝癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果原发性肝癌组AFP、AFU、Fer、GP73水平明显高于正常对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01);AFP、AFU、Fer、GP73单个肿瘤标志物诊断原发性肝癌的敏感性为72.5%、22.5%、68.8%、75.0%,特异性为95%、100%、96.3%、95.0%,四种肿瘤标志物联合检测在PHC诊断中的敏感性和特异性分别为98.8%和100%,联合检测的敏感性与单项检测有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 AFP、AFU、Fer和GP73联合检测对原发性肝癌有一定的诊断价值,尤其可提高AFP阴性原发性肝癌的诊断率。刘志云 陈志刚 2011河南职工医学院学报2011,23,6:12
4AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值显示文摘目的探讨AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断价值。方法选择73例原发性肝癌患者为A组,同期收治的72例肝脏肿瘤良性病变者为B组,同期收治的71例健康体检者为C组,对比3组受试者血清中的AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF含量,并对其各指标单独及联合检测的阳性率、灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值进行计算。结果3组的AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF血清含量差异有统计学意义,A组明显高于B、C组,而B组明显高于C组,P<0.05。A组AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF、AFP-L3+Fer+TSGF检测的阳性率明显高于B、C组,P<0.05;B、C组间无统计学差异,P>0.05。A组AFP-L3+Fer+TSGF联合检测阳性率明显高于AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF单独检测,P<0.05。AFP-L3、Fer、TSG单独检测时,其灵敏度均低于80%,而联合检测时的灵敏度、特异度准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均高于95%。结论AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF单独检测对原发性肝癌诊断有一定临床应用价值,但灵敏度较低,而联合检测可弥补单一检测的不足,有利于原发性肝癌的诊断。孟菁菁 贾建民 2019实用癌症杂志2019,34,9:9

6血清肿瘤标志物铁蛋白(FER)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和总胆汁酸(TBA)联合检测对原发性肝癌早期诊断的临床价值显示文摘目的探究血清肿瘤标志物铁蛋白(FER)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)和总胆汁酸(TBA)联合检测对原发性肝癌(PHC)早期诊断的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2013年12月—2016年12月收治的30例肝硬化患者及34例PHC患者临床资料进行分析,将其作为研究组A组与B组,另取同期健康体检正常者30例作为对照组,所有研究对象均行FER、AFP及TBA检测,比较三组FER、AFP、TBA检测水平及检出阳性率。结果研究组A、B组检出FER、AFP、TBA水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组B组较研究A组高(P<0.05);三项指标联合检测阳性率显著高于各项指标单独检测,且研究B组联合检测阳性率较对照组、研究A组显著高(P<0.05)。结论 PHC应用FER、AFP及TBA联合检测有助于提升检测准确性,为临床早期诊断确诊及治疗提供科学参考依据,可推广。岳菊 2017临床医药文献电子杂志2017,4,43:7
7肿瘤标志物联合检测对乳腺癌早期诊断的意义显示文摘目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA和Fer联合检测对乳腺癌早期诊断的意义。方法采用电化学发光免疫分析法,检测45例乳腺癌患者、45例良性乳腺疾病患者以及45例健康体检的正常女性血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA和Fer水平,并对检查结果中阳性检出率、敏感度、特异性以及准确性进行比较分析。结果乳腺癌组血清中肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA和Fer表达水平均显著高于其他两组,P<0.05;乳腺癌组血清三项肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA、Fer的单项检测和联合检测,其阳性检出率依次为:66.7%,57.8%,60.0%和88.9%;三项指标联合检测的敏感度为88.9%,特异性为93.3%,准确性为91.1%,三项指标联合检测的敏感度和准确性均较单项检测有明显提高,P<0.05。结论血清肿瘤标志物CA153、CEA和Fer联合检测可提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感度和准确率,对乳腺癌早期诊断具有重要的意义。乐华帮 2011当代医学2011,17,13:7

11一种基于Keras和CNN的人脸表情识别系统设计显示文摘采用深度学习算法的人脸表情识别系统需要较高的CPU或GPU硬件进行模型训练。实践中也需要将模型嵌入不同的硬件终端平台进行识别,工程化后的系统软硬件成本较高。该文提出一种B/S结构的低成本静态图片人脸表情识别系统,技术路线采用Bootstrap、Python、Anaconda、Tensorflow和Keras,采用CNN实现人脸检测定位和表情检测分类功能。模型训练集采用了CK+、Fer2013、日本的JAFFE等开放数据库。系统通过浏览器端上传人脸表情图片进行识别处理,将GPU训练好的CNN模型在单机低端硬件配置上实现了内存预先加载,单张识别速度小于0.002秒,总体表情识别率可以达到65%左右。樊雷 2018电脑知识与技术2018,14,11X:4

16铁蛋白及CA724在乳腺癌诊断中的应用分析显示文摘目的:分析铁蛋白(ferritin,FER)及CA724在乳腺癌诊断中的应用和临床价值。方法:对我科2009年450例病例,其中正常体检对照者40例,乳腺良性增生患者286例,乳腺癌患者124例,行FER及CA724检查。结果:FER及CA724的检测结果从正常对照者到乳腺癌患者之间呈逐渐增高的趋势,差异有统计学意义。二者联合检测乳腺癌的敏感度为51.6%,特异度为60.1%。FER在有无淋巴结转移患者中检测值差异有统计学意义。结论:FER及CA724的联合检测对于乳腺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。高学平 杨清默 杨巧鹭 陈双龙 2010实用医学杂志2010,26,22:4
17The RALF1-FERONIA Complex Phosphorylates eIF4E1 to Promote Protein Synthesis and Polar Root Hair Growth显示文摘The molecular links between extracellular signals and the regulation of localized protein synthesis in plant cells are poorly understood.Here,we show that in Arabidopsis thaliana,the extracellular peptide RALF1 and its receptor,the FERONIA receptor kinase,promote root hair(RH)tip growth by modulating protein synthesis.We found that RALF1 promotes FERONIA-mediated phosphorylation of elF4E1,a eukaryotic translation initiation factor that plays a crucial role in the control of mRNA translation rate.Phosphorylated elF4E1 increases mRNA affinity and modulates mRNA translation and,thus,protein synthesis.The mRNAs targeted by the RALF1-FERONIA-elF4E1 module include ROP2 and RSL4,which are important regulators of RH cell polarity and growth.RALF1 and FERONIA are expressed in a polar manner in RHs,which facilitate elF4E1 polar丨ocalization and thus may control local f?OP2 translation.Moreover,we demonstrated that high-level accumulation of RSL4 exerts negative-feedback regulation of RALF1 expression by directly binding the RALF1 gene promoter,determining the final RH size.Our study reveals that the link between RALF1-FERONIA signaling and protein synthesis constitutes a novel component regulating cell expansion in these polar growing cells.Sirui Zhu Jose Manuel Estevez Hongdong Liao Yonghua Zhu Tao Yang Chiyu Li Yichuan Wang Lan Li Xuanming Liu Javier Martinez Pacheco Hongwei Guo Feng Yu 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,5:3
18The LRXs-RALFs-FER module controls plant growth and salt stress responses by modulating multiple plant hormones显示文摘Salt stress is a major environmental factor limiting plant growth and productivity.We recently discovered an important new salt tolerance pathway,where the cell wall leucine-rich repeat extensins LRX3/4/5,the RAPID ALKALINIZATION FACTOR(RALF)peptides RALF22/23 and receptor-like kinase FERONIA(FER)function as a module to simultaneously regulate plant growth and salt stress tolerance.However,the intracellular signaling pathways that are regulated by the extracellular LRX3/4/5-RALF22/23-FER module to coordinate growth,cell wall integrity and salt stress responses are still unknown.Here,we report that the LRX3/4/5-RALF22/23-FER module negatively regulates the levels of jasmonic acid(JA),salicylic acid(SA)and abscisic acid(ABA).Blocking JA pathway rescues the dwarf phenotype of the lrx345 and fer-4mutants,while disruption of ABA biosynthesis suppresses the salt-hypersensitivity of these mutants.Many salt stress-responsive genes display abnormal expression patterns in the lrx345 and fer-4 mutants,as well as in the wild type plants treated with epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),an inhibitor of pectin methylesterases,suggesting cell wall integrity as a critical factor that determines the expression pattern of stress-responsive genes.Production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is constitutively increased in the lrx345 and fer-4mutants,and inhibition of ROS accumulation suppresses the salt-hypersensitivity of these mutants.Together,our work provides strong evidence that the LRX3/4/5-RALF22/23-FER module controls plant growth and salt stress responses by regulating hormonal homeostasis and ROS accumulation.Chunzhao Zhao Wei Jiang Omar Zayed Xin Liu Kai Tang Wenfeng Nie Yali Li Shaojun Xie Yuan Li Tiandan Long Linlin Liu Yingfang Zhu Yang Zhao Jian-Kang Zhu 2021National Science Review2021,8,1:3

20原发性肝癌早期诊断中AFP、AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF检验的准确性显示文摘目的探讨原发性肝癌患者早期诊断中应用甲胎蛋白(AFP)、血清甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)、铁蛋白(Fer)肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)检验的准确性。方法选择2018年1月至2020年4月我院收治的78例原发性肝癌患者作为观察组,另择取同期78例健康体检者作为对照组,早期诊断中均接受AFP、AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF检验,两组检验结果进行比较。结果①观察组AFP、AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②对照组AFP(3.85%)、AFP-L3(3.85%)、Fer(5.12%)、TSGF(3.85%)、联合检测阳性率(1.28%)均低于观察组的76.92%、79.49%、78.21%、79.49%、97.44%(P<0.05);③联合检测准确度(98.70%)、特异度(90.80%)、灵感度(77.50%)、阳性预测值(86.40%)、阴性预测值(88.20%)均高于AFP(86.40%、90.80%、77.50%、86.40%、88.20%)、AFP-L3(89.50%、91.50%、79.40%、87.80%、90.10%)、Fer(87.20%、91.50%、78.30%、82.50%、89.60%)及TSGF(88.30%、93.20%、78.20%、85.20%、89.70%)指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AFP、AFP-L3、Fer、TSGF联合检验能提高原发性肝癌患者疾病确诊率、改善预后,值得推广。黄维 2021中国现代医生2021,59,2:3
