| 4 | Differences and significance of motilin,vasoactive intestinal peptide and gastrin in blood and gallbladder tissues of patients with gallstones显示文摘BACKGROUND: The disorders of gallbladder motility may play an important role in the formation of gallstones. Many neural and hormonal factors and their interactions regulate gallbladder motility and bile flow into the duodenum. Further study in these factors may help to reveal the etiology of gallbladder diseases. This study was undertaken to assess the relationship of the levels of motilin, vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and gastrin in blood and gallbladder tissues with the formation of cholelithiasis. METHODS: The levels of motilin, gastrin and VIP in blood and gallbladder tissues of 36 patients with gallbladder stones, 14 patients with gallbladder polyps, 10 healthy volunteers and 10 patients with common bile duct stones were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The level of motilin in plasma and gallbladder tissues of the gallbladder stone group was higher than that of the control and gallbladder polyp groups (P<0.05). The levels of plasma VIP and serum gastrin were much higher than those of the other three groups (P<0.01). The level of VIP in gallbladder tissues was higher than that of the control and gallbladder polyp groups (P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS: The abnormal excretion of hormonal factors is closely related to gallstone formation. The high level of VIP in gallbladder tissues may be an important cause of gallbladder hypomotility. | 7 | Detection of Laminin in Serum and Ascites from Patients with Epithelial Ovarian Tumor显示文摘The change in serum laminin (LN) level and its clinical significance in epithelial ovarian tumor were investigated. The LN levels in serum and ascites samples from 69 patients with epithelial ovarian tumor and 42 cases as control group before and after operation were analyzed by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the serum LN levels in the patients with malignant tumors (157.85 ±14.37 ng/ml) were significantly higher than that in the control group (125.14 ±7.03 ng/ml) and in the patients with benign tumors (128.36±8.75 ng/ml)(both P <0.01) before operation. The serum LN levels in the malignant group were decreased significantly after operation as compared with those before operation ( P <0.05). The serum LN levels in low differentiated tumors was higher than those in moderate differentiated tumors and high differentiated tumors ( P <0.05). The LN levels in ascites (172.94±15.26 ng/ml) was significantly higher than in serum (161.34±6.59 ng/ml)( P <0.05) in malignant tumors. The serum LN levels in the patients with lymph node metastasis (165.41±19.91 ng/ml) was obviously higher than those without lymph node metastasis (152.35±10.34 ng/ml)( P <0.05). | 8 | Experimental Study of the Inhibitory Effect of Gantai Capsule (肝泰胶囊) on HBsAg and HBeAg Expression显示文摘Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of Gantai capsules (肝泰胶囊, GTC) on replication and expression of HBsAg and HBeAg. Methods: The 2.2.15 cell line was chosen as a in vitro cell culture system, and by means of radioimmunoassay, the hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) in cell cultured medium were examined. Results: HBsAg, HBeAg values of 2.2.15 cells treated by GTC (200 μg/ml-1200 μg/ml) were lower than those of the control. And this inhibitory effect was in a dose dependent manner under experimental condition, GTC had no cytotoxicity. | 9 | The relationship between obese protein and noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus显示文摘To explore the role of obese protein (OP), the product of the obese gene, in the development of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Metbods: Plasma obese protein level was measured by radioimmunoassay in 21 normal subjects, 24 adult obese patients and 20 patients with NIDDM. Results: The levels of the plasma obese protein in NIDDM patients (81. 0±17. 5 pg/ml) were very significantly lower than those in normal subjects (194. 3±17. 7 pg/ml) and obese patients (109.1±16. 4 pg/ml ) (P<0.01). The levels of the plasma obese protein in non-obese NIDDM patients were very significantly lower than those in non-obese normal subjects (P<0.01), and the levels of the plasma obese protein in obese NIDDM patients were very significantly lower than those in obese patients (P<0. 01). The leve1s of the plasma obese protein in NIDDM patients were significantly correlated with polyphagia (P<0.05), but not correlated with the body weight indexes after strict dieting, and the plasma levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting glucose, hemoglobiti A, and the insulin levels during glucose tolerance test (P>0.05). | 14 | Changes of Intestinal Caicitonin Gene-related Peptide in Acute Intestinal Radiation Sickness in Rats显示文摘The characteristic distribution of calcitonin gone-related peptide(CGRP)inthe small intestine of rats and its changes in acute intestinal radiation sickness(AIRS)were studied with immunocytochemistry(whole mount stretch preparations of the smallintestine and cryostat sections)and radio-immunoassay.It was found that in all the lay-ers of the intestinal walls,there were large amounts of CGRP immunoreactive(CGRP-I)nerve fibers which existed in especiaUy high density in the myenteric,submucosal andmucosal plexuses.There was also a rather high density of the nerves around the smallvessels of the small intestine and the intestinal crypts.Some CGRP-I neurons were seenin the myenteric and submucosal plexuses.In AIRS,the intestinal CGRP showed a dip-hasic change,in a lower level in the 24th h and a higher level in the 48th and 72nd h af-ter irradiation.The results indicate that CGRP may be related to the regulation of the motility,se-cretion,absorption,sensation,and regional blood flow of the gastrointestinal tract.Pro-bably,CGRP is released under the stress of AIRS and participates in the mechanism ofinjury through many ways especially through the influence on the regional blood flowand the increase of the permeability of blood vessels. | 吴康 蔡文琴 | 1990 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)1990，5，2： | 0 |

| 19 | Antidepressant Effect of Shenwei Ningyu Tablets on Rat Chronic Stress Model and Mouse Tail Suspension Model显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the antidepressant effect of Shenwei Ningyu Tablet,a new antidepressant traditional Chinese medicine,on rat chronic stress depression model and mouse tail suspension models.[Methods]Rat chronic stress model:except for the normal group,the rats in other groups were given corresponding chronic stress,and administered by gavage 1 h before modeling,for a total of 21 d.The changes of each indicator before and after the experiment were observed through the body weight change,the sugar water test,and open field test.The relevant hormone levels were detected by radioimmunoassay.Mouse tail suspension depression model:after continuous administration for 7 d,the activity times was recorded with the mouse automatic recorder,and the mouse immobility time was recorded after tail suspension,to explore the effects of each administration group on the tail suspension immobility time of mice.[Results]Chronic stress depression model:21 d after modeling,compared with the normal group,rats in the model group exhibited significantly reduced body weight,sucrose preference index,and horizontal and vertical movement scores(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the low-dose Shenwei Ningyu Tablets group had significant differences in the sugar water test,horizontal and vertical movement scores(P<0.05).In addition,all three dose groups of Shenwei Ningyu Tablets could effectively reduce the content of CRF in chronic stress model rats,and the low dose group could significantly reduce the ACTH level in model rats(P<0.05).Mouse tail suspension depression model:the immobility time after tail suspension in each administration group was significantly different from that in the model group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Shenwei Ningyu Tablets has a certain anti-depression effect on both the rat chronic stress depression model and the mouse tail suspension depression model. | Yaxin WANG Shanshan GUO Yingjie GAO Ya TU Xiaolan CUI | 2022 | Medicinal Plant2022，13，2： | 0 |
| 20 | CORRELATION OF ANNUAL CHANGE OF LUTEINIZING HORMONE-RELEASING HORMONE (LH-RH) WITH GONADAL DEVELOPMENT IN AMPHIOXUS显示文摘The present study demonstrates for the first time by RIA that LH-RH is present in the heads as well as the bodies of the amphioxuses of both sexes. Gonadoliberin increases gradually during the course of gonadal development. At the time of gonadal maturity, LH-RH content reaches a maximum. The annual change of LH-RH correlates well with gonadal development and the gonadosomatic index (GSI). The reproductive season of the amphioxus covers about three months from May to July, and LH-RH content starts to increase in May (66.89±5.26 ng) and reaches the peak in June (158.57±3.17 ng), indicating that LH-RH is likely also to be involved in the reproductive activity of the chordate.
