1Research on network integration technology of observation stations显示文摘According to the phenomenon of 'four more'and'four low 'problems in the observation stations,the surface-based meteorological observing system can't adapt to the change of the adaptive observation equipment and reduce of business intensification. A station integrated system is proposed,w hich can be configured,connected and extended to all kinds of observation equipment. And the integrated processor is designed,supporting a variety of communication interface standards. Flexible configuration,connection and expansion betw een conventional and new type of meteorological observation equipment are supported. It is capable for online calibration and maintenance of observation equipment. 2Design scheme for fast charging station for electric vehicles with distributed photovoltaic power generation显示文摘The demand for fast charging is increasing owing to the rapid expansion of the market for electric vehicles. In addition, the power generation technology for distributed photovoltaic has matured. This paper presents a design scheme for a fast charging station for electric vehicles equipped with distributed photovoltaic power generation system taking the area with certain conditions in Beijing as an example construction site. The technical indexes and equipment lectotype covering the general framework and subsystems of the charging station are determined by analyzing the charging service demand of fast charging stations. In this study, the layout of the station is developed and the operation benefits of the station is analyzed. 4High-accuracy topographical information extraction based on fusion of ASTER stereo-data and ICESat/GLAS data in Antarctica显示文摘In order to better support Antarctic inland ice sheet expedition from Zhongshan Station to Dome A,the topographic data are necessary.At present,although the entire Antarctic DEM provided by RAMP(Ra-darsat Antarctic Mapping Project) was estimated at the highest horizontal(spatial) resolution of about 200 m,the real horizontal resolution of the DEM varies from place to place depending on the density and scale of the original source data.For ice shelves and the inland ice sheet,the horizontal resolution is about 5 km;the vertical accuracy is estimated to be ±50 m in interior East Antarctic ice sheet and away from the mountain ranges.Therefore,more accurate topographic data are unavailable in Antarc-tica.In order to meet the requirements of high-accuracy topographic information for further researches,this paper mainly addresses a fusion study of ASTER stereo pairs and ICESat/GLAS altimetry data for extraction of high-accuracy DEM in East Antarctica,based on the high horizontal resolution(15 m) of ASTER and vertical accuracy(13.8 cm) of ICESat/GLAS.First,some altimetry data were selected as vertical control points to reduce errors of image correlation matching during the extraction of ASTER-based DEM.Second,ice sheet altimetry data derived from ICESat were used to generate DEM ranging from 75° to 81°S because existing ASTER data do not cover this area and high density of the coverage of ICESat altimetry data.Finally,the DEM in coverage of the expedition route was produced.The analysis of result reveals that the DEM accuracy is improved significantly.The absolute vertical accuracy of DEM is higher than 15 m in some cases and higher than 30 m for all the areas along the expedition route except from the 009-001 scene;the interior accuracy is higher than 15 m and higher than 7 m in some cases.It can meet the requirements of topographic map at 1:50000 scale,which is an economic and advantageous method to produce the topographic products.E DongChen1,3,SHEN Qiang2,XU Ying1,3 & CHEN Gang4 1 Chinese Antarctic Center of Surveying and Mapping,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 2 Institute of Seismology China Earthquake Administration,Wuhan 430071,China 3 Key Laboratory of Polar Surveying and Mapping,State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430079,China 4 Department of Geography,University of Calgary,Calgary,Alberta T2N 1N4,Canada 2009Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,5:9
5A Single-Site Positioning Method Based on TOA and DOA Estimation Using Virtual Stations in NLOS Environment显示文摘This paper presents a single-site positioning method based on the joint estimation of propagation time-of-arrival(TOA) and direction-of-arrival(DOA), with the assist of virtual stations in the typical non-line-of-sight(NLOS) environment. Consider the influence of multipath noise on the positioning performance, the proposed method firstly presents a modified high-resolution estimation technique called Multipath noise Limiting Matrix Pencil(MLMP) algorithm to achieve the TOA/DOA estimations, in which the matrix pencil and matrix enhancement process are implemented to deal with the measurements from the uniform linear array(ULA) receiver. Meanwhile, the subspace dimension estimation is improved via an adaptive threshold, for enhancing the performance of high-resolution techniques in low signal-noise-ration(SNR) situation. Next the proposed method generates virtual stations utilizing the known floor plan of surrounding reflectors, and adopts a weighted Least Square(WLS) position estimator to calculate the required position, combining the TOA/DOA estimations with the location of virtual stations. 6Overview of China's Antarctic research progress 1984–2016显示文摘It is more than 30 years since the first Chinese National Antarctic Research Expedition(CHINARE) landed in Antarctica in 1984, representing China's initiation in polar research. This review briefly summarizes the Chinese Antarctic scientific research and output accomplished over the past 30 years. The developments and progress in Antarctic research and the enhancement of international scientific cooperation achieved through the implementation of the CHINARE program have been remarkable. Since the 1980 s, four permanent Chinese Antarctic research stations have been established successively and 33 CHINAREs have been completed. 7Numerical Simulation of Dynamic Response of an Existing Subway Station Subjected to Internal Blast Loading显示文摘In order to design and retrofit a subway station to resist an internal blast, the distribution of blast loading and its effects on structures should be investigated firstly. In this paper, the behav-ior of a typical subway station subjected to different internal blast loadings was analyzed. It briefly introduced the geometric characteristics and material constitutive model of an existing two-layer and three-span frame subway station. Then three cases of different explosive charges were consid-ered to analyze the dynamic responses of the structure. Finally, the maximum principal stress, dis-placement and velocity of the columns in the three cases were obtained and discussed. It con-cluded that the responses of the columns are sensitive to the charge of explosive and the distance from the detonation. It’s also found that the stairs between the two layers have significant effects on the distribution of the maximum principal stress of the columns in the upper layer. 8Illegal Radio Station Localization with UAV-Based Q-Learning显示文摘This paper proposes a novel unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)-based illegal radio station(IRS) localization scheme, where the transmit power of the IRS, the channel model and the noise model are unknown to the UAV. A direction-aware Q-learning algorithm is developed to process received signal strength(RSS) values collected by a directional antenna, as well as directions corresponding to the RSS values. This algorithm determines the direction the UAV flies towards and thereby finds the IRS. The proposed scheme is compared to two baseline schemes. One baseline locates the IRS by a UAV equipped with an omnidirectional antenna, where conventional Q-learning is exploited to process the measured RSS and determine the UAV's trajectory. The other baseline locates the IRS by a directional-antenna UAV, where the UAV flies towards the direction with respect to the maximum RSS value. Numerical results show that, especially for a low receive SNR, the proposed scheme can outperform the two baselines in terms of the localization efficiency, providing a smoother trajectory for the UAV.Shengjun Wu 2018China Communications2018,15,12:7

12Quality control of marine big data——a case study of real-time observation station data in Qingdao显示文摘Offshore waters provide resources for human beings,while on the other hand,threaten them because of marine disasters.Ocean stations are part of offshore observation networks,and the quality of their data is of great significance for exploiting and protecting the ocean.We used hourly mean wave height,temperature,and pressure real-time observation data taken in the Xiaomaidao station(in Qingdao,China)from June 1,2017,to May 31,2018,to explore the data quality using eight quality control methods,and to discriminate the most effective method for Xiaomaidao station.After using the eight quality control methods,the percentages of the mean wave height,temperature,and pressure data that passed the tests were 89.6%,88.3%,and 98.6%,respectively.With the marine disaster(wave alarm report)data,the values failed in the test mainly due to the influence of aging observation equipment and missing data transmissions.The mean wave height is often affected by dynamic marine disasters,so the continuity test method is not effective.The correlation test with other related parameters would be more useful for the mean wave height.QIAN Chengcheng LIU Aichao HUANG Rui LIU Qingrong XU Wenkun ZHONG Shan YU Le 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,6:6

The following reliability problems of the service station are studied: (a) The probability that it fails at time t , i.e. its unavailability; (b) The expected failure number during the time interval (0,t\]; (c) The expected failure number during the ″server busy period″; (d) The expected downtime during the time interval (0,t\]. 19长河坝水电站工程特陡高边坡开挖施工技术显示文摘长河坝水电站工程是大渡河梯级开发中的第10级电站,大坝右岸以1 485 m高程为界分为坝肩开挖和基坑开挖,坝肩边坡最大开挖高程为1 791 m,最大开挖高度306 m(计算至1 485 m高程),开挖厚度15~40 m。右岸高边坡开挖施工条件复杂,经分析,按照钻孔、爆破和开挖甩渣分两个工序循环施工。目前长河坝电站工程右岸坝肩已开挖至坝顶1 697 m高程,工程进度和安全均处于可控状态。这表明施工场内交通布置、开挖施工程序(包括浅层支护、深层支护滞后开挖面高度)、爆破设计参数等的选择是合理、有效的,可供其他类似工程借鉴。秦定龙 田洪 杨福蓉 2010水力发电2010,36,11:5
