| 1 | Terminal Blend胶粉改性沥青的复合改性研究显示文摘采用室内试验分析了岩沥青和SBS掺量对Terminal Blend胶粉改性沥青(TB沥青)性能的影响;采用荧光显微镜及表面能测试仪研究了岩沥青和SBS对于溶胶沥青的增强作用及增强机理.结果表明:岩沥青与SBS在提高TB沥青高温性能的同时,可在一定程度上保留其低温性能中的突出特点;TB岩沥青(内掺20%(质量分数,下同)岩沥青+20%橡胶粉)的PG分级可达PG 76-28;车辙试验表明掺量为2.0%的SBS与TB岩沥青(内掺10%岩沥青+10%橡胶粉)复合后的SBS/TB岩沥青改性沥青高温性能高于SBS掺量为4.5%的SBS改性沥青(PG 76-22),从而有效降低了SBS掺量;表面能试验与TSR试验结果均表明TB沥青的黏附性能随着岩沥青与SBS掺量的增加呈现出先增后减趋势,岩沥青与SBS总体上提高了TB沥青的黏附性;荧光显微镜的观测结果进一步证实了SBS与TB沥青二次复合后的改性沥青内部均匀、稳定. | 黄卫东 吕泉 柴冲冲 | 2016 | 建筑材料学报2016,19,1: | 19 |

| 5 | A Decision Support Method for Truck Scheduling and Storage Allocation Problem at Container显示文摘Truck scheduling and storage allocation, as two separate subproblems in port operations, have been deeply studied in past decades. However, from the operational point of view, they are highly interdependent. Storage allocation for import containers has to balance the travel time and queuing time of each container in yard. This paper proposed an integer programming model handling these two problems as a whole. The objective of this model is to reduce congestion and waiting time of container trucks in the terminal so as to decrease the makespan of discharging containers. Due to the inherent complexity of the prob-lem, a genetic algorithm and a greedy heuristic algorithm are designed to attain near optimal solutions. It shows that the heuristic algorithm can achieve the optimal solution for small-scale problems. | 8 | A novel ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydroase is involved in toad oocyte maturation显示文摘p28, a 28kD protein from toad (Bufo bufo gargarizans) oocytes, was identified by using p13suc1-agaroseaffinity chromatography. Sequence homology analysis of the full-length cDNA of p28 (Gene Bank accessionnumber: AF 314091) indicated that it encodes a protein containing 224 amino-acids with about 55% iden-tities and more than 70% positives to human, rat or mouse UCH-L1, and contains homological functionaldomains of UCH family. Anti-p28 monoclonal antibody, on injecting into the oocytes, could inhibit theprogesterone-induced resumption of meiotic division in a dose-dependent manner. The recombinant proteinp28 showed similar SDS/PAGE behaviors to the native one, and promoted ubiquitin ethyl ester hydrolysis,a classical catalytic reaction for ubiquitin carboxyl terminai hydrolases (UCHs). | 11 | Characteristics of the microbial community in rhizosphere of Camptotheca acuminata cultured with exotic invasive plant Eupatorium adenophorum显示文摘The traditional culture-dependent plate counting and culture-independent small-subunit-ribosomal RNA gene-targeted molecular techniques, Single-Strand Conformation Polymorphism (SSCP) and ter-minal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (tRFLP) combined with 16S rDNA clone library were adopted to investigate the impacts of secretion from Camptotheca acuminata (abbreviated to Ca) roots on the quantities and structure of eukaryotic microbes and bacteria in the rhizosphere, and the possi-bility that Ca controls exotic invasive plant Eupatorium adenophorum (Ea). The counting results indi-cated that the number of bacteria increased in turn in rhizospheres of Ea, Ca-Ea mixed culture and Ca, while that of eukaryotic microbes decreased. PCR-SSCP profiles showed eukaryotic microbial bands (corresponding to biodiversity) in rhizosphere of Ea were more complex than those of Ca and CE. Meristolohmannia sp., Termitomyces sp. and Rhodophyllus sp. were the dominant populations in the rhizosphere of Ca. Bacterial terminal restriction fragments (TRFs) profiles showed no difference among three kinds of rhizospheres, and the sequences of the 16S rDNA clone library from Ca rhizospheres were distributed in 10 known phyla, in which phylum Proteobacteria were the absolute dominant group and accounted for 24.71% of the cloned sequences (δ-Proteobacteria accounted for up to 17.65%), and phyla Acidobacteria and Bacteroidetes accounted for 16.47% and 10.59% of the cloned sequences, respectively. In addition, high performance liquid chromatography detected a trace amount of camp-tothecin and hydroxycamptothecin in the rhizospheric soil of Ca and CE, but examined neither camp-tothecin nor hydroxycamptothecin in rhizospheric soil of Ea. Therefore, invasion and diffusion of Ea evidently depended on distinguishing the eukaryotic community structure, but not on that of the bac-terial pattern. Ca was able to alter the eukaryotic community structure of invasive Ea by secreting camptothecin and hydroxycamptothecin into rhizospheres, and may benefit the control of overspread of Ea. | 15 | Association between tear film break up time and blink interval in visual display terminal users显示文摘AIM:To investigate the association between tear film break up time(TBUT)and blinking interval in visual display terminal(VDT)users.METHODS:Nine hundred and thirty VDT users underwent dry eye testing,and functional visual acuity(FVA)test.The blinking interval during FVA was compared with TBUT.Subjects with longer blinking interval than TBUT were considered as unstable tear film.Logistic regression analysis revealed the risk factors for unstable tear group.RESULTS:Among 930 workers,858 subjects(92.3%)participated in this study.Almost 80% of the subjects were categorized into the unstable tear group.Unstable tear group has significantly lower Schirmer values and TBUT(17.5±11.6 vs 21.1±11.5 mm,3.7±2.6 vs 5.7±2.7s,both P<0.001).There were no significant differences in epithelial staining or severity of symptoms.Logistic regression showed that over 40y was a risk for being unstable tear group[odds ratio(OR)=1.53;95%confidence interval(CI)=1.06-2.20].Contact lens use was protective factor for being in the unstable tear group(OR=0.37;95%CI=0.26-0.53).CONCLUSION:Subjects with shorter TBUT than blinking interval are prevalent among VDT users.Subjects over the age of 40 shows an increased risk for unstable tear film. | Miki Uchino Motoko Kawashima Yuichi Uchino Kazuo Tsubota Norihiko Yokoi | 2018 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2018,11,10: | 5 |

| 20 | Early surgery in Crohn's disease a benefit in selected cases显示文摘AIM: To compare the outcomes of a cohort of Crohn's disease(CD) patients undergoing early surgery(ES) to those undergoing initial medical therapy(IMT).METHODS: We performed a review of a prospective database CD patients managed at a single tertiary institution. Inclusion criteria were all patients with ileal or ileocolonic CD between 1995-2014. Patients with incomplete data, isolated colonic or perianal CD were excluded. Primary endpoints included the need for, and time to subsequent surgery. Secondary endpoints included the number and duration of hospital admissions, and medical therapy. RESULTS: Forty-two patients underwent ES and 115 underwent IMT. The operative intervention rate at 5 years in the ES group was 14.2% vs IMT 31.3%(HR = 0.41, 95%CI: 0.23-0.72, P = 0.041). The ES group had fewer hospital admissions per patient [median 1 vs 3(P = 0.012)] and fewer patients required anti-TNF therapy than IMT(33.3% vs 57%, P = 0.003). A subgroup analysis of 62 IMT patients who had undergone surgery were compared to ES patients, and showed similar 5 year(from index surgery) re-operation rates 16.1% vs 14.3%.
