1EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION AND THERMODYNAMIC CALCULATION ON PHASE PRECIPITATION OF INCONEL 740显示文摘A novel nickel-based superalloy INCONEL 740 was under development for application in ultra-supercritical superheater tubers above 750℃. The precipitation behaviors of η phase and γ’ particles of the alloy were investigated through experimental study and phase computation. Experimental results showed that η phase formed a Widmanst?tten pattern structure following long-term exposure at elevated temperatures and that the coarsening of γ’ particle follows a cube rate law:r-3 ∝ t. Thermodynamic calculation results showed that Al and Ti had an important effect on the precipitation behavior of γ’ andη phases. Two suggested novel modified alloys, wherein the Al and Ti contents were modified, were designed and melted for the experimental study. The preliminary results indicated that the modified alloys exhibited higher structural stability following long-term exposure at 750℃ till 5000h.S.Q. 2Thermodynamic calculation on the smelting slag of direct recycling of electric arc furnace stainless steelmaking dust显示文摘Thermodynamic calculation on the smelting slag of direct recycling of electric arc furnace stainless steelmaking dust was presented. An induction furnace was used to simulate electric arc furnace smelting to recover the metals from the dust. The elements of iron, chromium and nickel in the ingot and the components of metal oxides in the slag were analyzed. The thermodynamic model for FeO Cr 2O 3 MgO SiO 2 slag was set up and the active concentrations of substances in the slag at 1 550 ℃ were determined by thermodynamic calculation according to the experimental data. The results show that the apparent equilibrium constant and quantitative distribution of chromium between slag and steel are unstable and affected by the mass ratios of pellets to start iron and metal reducing agent to the pellets. 3Reaction between Lanthanum and Phosphorus in Steel显示文摘Using Miedema binary heat formation model, it was confirmed thermodynamically that the fixation of P by La is possible. The reaction between La and P was studied by means of SEM and TEM. The result of electron diffraction shows that the compound between La and P is LaP. 5Thermodynamic Calculation on Calcium Treatment for 26CrMo4S/2 Steel显示文摘Because CaSi core wire was not fed in external refining process for 26CrMo4S/2 steel making, it was found that the molar ratio of calcium versus alumina was very low and subsequently resulted in generation of much more non-metallic inclusions. Hence, it was reasonable to sugguest feeding appropriate amount of Ca core wire. Before the performance, the thermodynamic calculation had been carried out to obtain the theoretical amount of Ca wire to be fed. 7垃圾焚烧过程中吸附剂对Cu迁移转化的影响(英文)显示文摘Oxides of silicon, aluminium and calcium are normally dominant minerals during municipal solid waste(MSW)combustion. In flue gas, Si O2, Al2O3 and Ca O all act as sorbents capturing heavy metals(and semi-volatile organics). To further understand the effect of sorbents during MSW combustion, the effects of Si O2, Al2O3 and Ca O on Cu partitioning were experimentally investigated by the combustion of synthetic MSW in a tubular furnace and their effects on Cu speciation were studied by thermodynamic equilibrium calculations using Chem Kin software. The experiments show that Ca O has the highest Cu sorption efficiency at 900 °C, followed by Al2O3 and Si O2. Thermodynamic equilibrium calculations show that for Cu the addition of Si O2 and Al2O3reduces the amount of liquid Cu Cl, which is more volatile. 10Thermodynamic Assessment of Reactions between Yttrium and Tramp Elements in Petroleum Pipe Steel显示文摘In the thermodynamic evaluation Y was selected as a typical heavy rare earth metal for reducing the detrmental effects of tramp elements in the petroleum pipe steel. 14Macrosegregation and the underlying mechanism in Ti-6.5Al-1.0Cr-0.5Fe-6.0Mo-3.0Sn-4.0Zr alloy显示文摘A novel method for the analysis of composition distribution of titanium alloys over a large area(64 mm × 72 mm) was investigated by exploring the original position statistic distribution based on spark spectrum(OPA-SS) in Ti-6.5 Al-1.0 Cr-0.5 Fe-6.0 Mo-3.0-Sn-4.0 Zr titanium alloy. The results showed that OPA-SS could characterize the distribution of elements in different positions on the titanium alloy. The macrosegregation of Sn was the most pronounced, with a statistic segregation degree higher than 18%;the macrosegregation of Mo followed with a statistic segregation degree of 10%;the macrosegregation of Al and Fe was relatively milder,lower than 8%. 15Study on Transformation of CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO System Inclusions in ZG06Cr13Ni4Mo Stainless Steel显示文摘This paper aims at generally studying on the inclusions of ZGG06Cr13Ni4Mo ultra-low carbon stainless steel used for large scale hydraulic turbine sets. On the basis of analysis the industrial test samples, thermodynamic software FactSage is used to study inclusions transformation process in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO system while stainless steel is been smelting. The results illustrate the inclusions melting points and plasticity variation law. The reasonable inclusions plasticity controlling area is found out in low melting point. The melting point is up to 1280℃ While MgO weight concentration is 10% in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO system, SiO2, Al2O3 and CaO in inclusions are in weight concentration range of 50-70%, 10-20% and 10-40%, respectively. 18Thermodynamic Calculation Method for Formation of Rare Earth Inclusions in Conductive Copper显示文摘The thermodynamic calculation method for the formation of rare earth inclusions in conductive copper was discussed. After the formation sequence was calculated, the thermodynamic condition for the interchange between RE inclusions was further calculated. As an example, thermodynamic law of the formation for all kinds of cerium inclusions was discussed in conductive copper alloyed by cerium. 20Reaction mechanisms between molten CaF2-based slags and molten 9CrMoCoB steel显示文摘Investigating the reaction mechanism between slag and 9CrMoCoB steel is important to develop the proper slag and produce qualified ingots in the electroslag remelting(ESR) process. Equilibrium reaction experiments between molten 9CrMoCoB steel and the slags of 55 wt%CaF2–20 wt%CaO–3 wt%MgO–22 wt%Al2O3–xwt%B2O3(x = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0) were conducted. The reaction mechanisms between molten 9 CrMoCoB steel and the slags with different B2O3 contents were deduced based on the composition of the steel and slag samples at different reaction times. Results show that B content in the steel can be controlled within the target range when the B2O3 content is 0.5 wt% and the FeO content ranges from 0.18 wt% to 0.22 wt% in the slag. When the B2O3 content is ≥1 wt%, the reaction between Si and B2O3 leads to the increase of the B content of steel.
